✓ Missing paymentsI am a new restaurant owner. Never add the Uber eats service to your shop. So far I know 4 restaurants reported same problem. We lost all over $20000 at Uber because they stealing you money and telling you bank account been change to different one. They don’t take any responsibility. Sounds still acceptable then change back to my original account through a lots paperwork and approval forms. How they change my account so easy but hard time to owner ? That’s my question, and without any notice to you. They didn’t paid out their payment if you don’t pay attention. They’re service are terrible and no way to contact to right department. Phone representative will tell you Sorry service only by email but never replied back or wait. No matter how many case numbers you create with them. ✓ Not much different to website versionThis app is only good for showing daily sales or past sales. What it is intended for is managing UberEats, which it doesn’t do. For example the simplest thing like adding a new dish or changing a price of a item is hard work as it is too tight for the screen and I’m using a iphone11 Pro. I had the same issues on the website version, you would think someone would go through the app or website before going live! The website version works ok on a ipad, but you have to keep going back to find the sub category menu section again. Hard work considering we are in 2021! ✓ Useless and timewaster support teamThe support team is absolutely useless and timewasters, I called them 10+ times, all they say Is sir please wait 3 minutes until I find your details, then either they say that they cannot find my details on the system or say please send us email we’ll get back to you, even after many emails I sent nothing happens. They don’t care at all, all they care is their 30% commission on the order + extra 20% vat tax added on total weekly commission. Merchant support team is only there to sit there do nothing and nothing and nothing and get paid. I cannot believe how you employ these people. Elon Musk should buy this company too and fire all those useless employees, just like he did with twitter lately. I think I will close my account very soon if it carries on like this. Uber eats, you have to improve or you will lose even more of your market share worldwide, I’m so fed up and angry with your team.
