Stretching & Flexibility: Bend for Positive User Reviews

Love it!The timer that can be adjusted and the graphics are very helpful. However, some of the graphics are difficult to make out (the shoulder opener, for example - I can’t tell how to position my body based on what I’m seeing in the pic). The customization of Bend is my favorite feature. The ability to choose my own poses along with the length of time for each pose gives me the motivation to use Bend every day..Version: 3.3.5

Simply Great!💕💕💕At first, I thought this wasn’t going to be what I hoped for because it has illustrations and not live teachers! NOT So! I love this app! The illustrations are appealing and very clear. I can choose and set the program to meet my needs. Ability to study written instructions and illustrations for individual bends so I can be sure I’m doing each one correctly. Gentle timer alerts and small corner illustration of the upcoming stretch are very helpful! So many exercises to choose from and I love the way they’re grouped to target specific body parts! The app keeps track of my progress. I love the option to manually select individual exercises or press the start button to begin a series of stretches that play automatically. Simply great!.Version: 3.3.5

Amazing appI've been using it for a few weeks now and I can already feel a difference in my flexibility. I've tried other stretching apps in the past, but yours is by far the most effective. The app is easy to navigate and the instructions are clear and concise. The variety of stretches is impressive and I appreciate that I can customize my own routine. I also love that the app tracks my progress and reminds me to stretch throughout the day. It's been a game-changer for me, especially since I have a desk job and tend to sit for long periods of time. Overall, I'm so impressed with your app and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their flexibility and overall health..Version: 4.1.0

The best yoga app! It’s so easy to use, I’ve done loads already and feel really good, just choose a workout you want and if you don’t know the pose, click the info button for a description either before the workout or pause it at anytime during. 👍🏼.Version: 3.3.1

Incredible App to make you feel youngerAmazing app. Been using it 50 days consistently and it has honestly helped alleviate nags and strains I had, especially back pain. I’m 40, but feel 10 years younger. Looking at the stretch routines initially I thought I’d be through them in a week, lol. They are tough and there’s always room for improvement. Would highly recommend..Version: 4.0.9

AmazingInitially I was reluctant to pay for this app but I’m so glad I did. As a 57-year old woman, and after years of illness, I had lost much range of motion and confidence in what my body can still do. After just one week with Bend, I have recovered so much and my body confidence is restored. The app is flexible and unjudgemental. It has set routines or u can concentrate on one body area, or just do the stretches you want. The instructions are clear and you can set a reminder at the same time each day to do your stretches. If you are unsure like I was, just join for one month (less than £5) and see how you like it. You won’t be disappointed in the app or what your body can do..Version: 4.0.0

GREAT for disabilities!I have ankylosing spondylitis and have had a few health boo-boos as a result. THINGS HURT! Other apps are a little too hard core. I am NOT looking to do the splits in 6 days! I AM looking to reduce my pain and increase my movement. I love how I can tailor the program. AND it is affordable…. AND I can play my tunes! That’s a big deal for me! WELL DONE, and THANK YOU!.Version: 3.2.0

So far so good 👍🏼👌🏼Enjoying all the variety of stretching exercises. I still haven’t gone through all of them, but have found the quick 7-8 minutes routines very useful. When time allows I intend on doing a couple longer routines. So far so good and feeling better for “bending” each day.Version: 4.1.1

Great. Simple. Worth it.I love the simplicity of it. I would like some more target based stretches though.Version: 4.0.3

The best thing to get fit quickly is this app l lost 1 pound over nightThis was because l saw an add on it and l thought this is good l will do it and l could louse 5 pound a week so in a month l could louse 7 pound a month and 12 pound a year.Version: 4.0.1

Awesome to use on the dailyDaily routines and metrics are great. I would love more targeted physio style workouts for body locations, and some more dynamic movement and joint strengthening exercises would be great..Version: 4.1.2

Accidental purchaseI never intended to purchase this. I thought I was getting a 7 day trial, so that was misleading. However I was looking into buying Kit Laughlin’s book and video series which is 3x the price of this app. So far when I do use it, I do really like the direction. I forget to exercise or stretch so the fact that this guides me through different stretches is really helpful to me. I’m not spending times researching which stretches to do and never then doing them. It does all that for me..Version: 3.2.4

Best Stretch AppI’ve looked at so many apps for stretches or yoga, this is by far the easiest to follow and the flow of the routines is perfect. It’s a great way to start the day.Version: 4.0.3

Me FoxwokoFive minutes to feel good al day. Love it..Version: 4.0.1

I love this appI live in a small town where there are very few opportunities to take yoga classes. I love this app, but when I use it on my phone it’s a little tricky balancing my phone where I can see it. I would like to be able to turn my phone on its side and the screen goes long. I would like to be able to get the app on my desktop Mac computer to see it better. Can you help an old girl out? ❤️.Version: 3.3.4

Overall goodUpdate: thank you so much to the developer for listening to me, and restoring the posture reset. I cannot believe you guys did that! Also I love all the changes to the new update with the little picture popping over to show the next exercise and the pause in between each to get set up for the next pose. Original: Overall I think this is a cheap app for following a basic yoga routine. But they had an office type stretch that they got rid of and that was the sole reason I bought the app..Version: 2.0.3

Great appI use this at least once a day. Sometimes two or three times. Wake up I’d the first thing I do in the morning. I use it to stretch after I exercise. Some days I use posture reset during work. Easy to do stretches. Keeps you on track during. Feel great afterwards. Remember to breathe and stay in the moment while you do these and your body and brain will literally start craving it.Version: 2.0.5

Simple and fantasticIt’s so simple yet perfect. I’m hooked. I’d never stretch so much and so regularly without it. I honestly think it’s great, the exercises are very effective and intuitive. If I were to suggest an improvement it would be around the history, being able to see how many hours of specific exercises you’ve done..Version: 4.0.3

Simplicity is the key!I love the graphics and the timer. Keeping everything simple works for me, it really adds to the calmness of the routines. Also the instructions are great..Version: 4.0.4

Simple, just how it should be.So I’ve just bought the year membership for this app. Firstly, the price, it’s good. On 50% sale £26 for the whole year? I looked at other stretching apps, trying to find one with a good UI and customisability, they are all significantly more expensive (talking some £160 a year…) Bend is simple, stretching is simple, you don’t have to get a posture completely perfect, don’t sweat it. It should be uncomfortable at most, that shows it’s working. If I had to give some constructive criticism it would be maybe you could make more pre-packaged stretching programs, focused on certain sports? And also more dynamic stretches as these are very limited… I come from a climbing background and wanted something that would improve climbing specific flexibility (hips are very important, ankle, hamstring, and wrist flexibility). Granted you can make these yourself but the full list can seem overwhelming!.Version: 4.0.3

I never pay for apps and i bought thisI also never leave reviews but Bend has been a lifesaver. i originally downloaded the free version just to start generally getting back into shape and it was exactly what i wanted. then i slept weird and pinched a nerve in my neck and shoulder. i showed my physical therapist the app and downloaded the full version to help with my injury at home. so so good. i can’t say thank you enough!.Version: 3.0.5

Great app but would love to see rewardsI have been loving using this app, but for the premium membership fee I would love to see rewards/medals be introduced, different achievements to be unlocked because that would really help to motivate me to stay consistent with it..Version: 4.0.4

LOVE IT!I absolutely love this app and never write reviews. It is so simple. You can create your own routines or simply use the ones that are already created. Perfect if you have a busy life. I have been looking for something for so long. Tried so many different apps. Yoga, workouts etc but this doesn’t exactly what I need. Feel great with it too. Have been doing for about a week and already noticing a difference. Love how they have strength exercises too. To make it even better, maybe a few more strength exercises and perhaps some inversion postures also. Crow, headstand etc. Also it would be complete with some cardio routines included, as well as the strength ones. Imagine this wouldn’t be complicated to do. Such a simple application. Other than this I think this is absolute genius! Thank you..Version: 4.1.0

One of the best ever.Only used the App for a few days and already noticed the difference in my hamstrings particularly. Can be tailored to your needs and you can adjust the length of time according to your ability. I am loving this..Version: 3.3.5

Sufferer of sciatic arthritis reviewIt’s helping me feel less pain in general daily movements not helped by the sciatic arthritis I have at the moment, yes meditation is helping but it can only take you so far. This app gives me the reminder I need in my busy life to bend everyday. Thank you..Version: 4.0.9

Best app on my phoneI have been practising Yin yoga for the last 6 years or so and I find that this application is just perfect for complementing my practice. I’m so busy with work, so having Bend, I can practice at home and i’m saving money and feeling great. It has just been a game changer for my body and I couldn’t be happier. It’s super simple to use and you can cater to your own needs. Thanks so much🙏🏾☮️🧘🏽‍♂️.Version: 4.0.7

Easy to doI love this app because it gives you so many options of different stretches and pre-made sessions for you to choose from. I do these stretches everyday and I feel so much better. The best part is that you can pause, skip or restart a stretch and you don’t have to listen to anyone talking through your stretches..Version: 4.1.1

Developers are selloutsI was just promoted to pick the icon for this app. Maybe that’s why they’ve tripled their prices. Its ridiculous that this company can’t even respond to the reviews correctly. I guess they sold their great app to some big company. Unfortunately they lost a great opportunity to really help people. What a shame. Don’t buy the premium or even waste your time downloading, just research the stretches yourself. please..Version: 3.2.3

Less is moreEasy to follow and has got me into stretching everyday.Version: 4.0.1

Surprise! After doing only the wake-up the first time, my back felt better, I felt more awake—I was surprised at the difference a bit of stretching can make!.Version: 4.0.9

Great Add on to My Workout ScheduleIt’s short and sweet workouts, I love the targeted workouts. It’s a nice complement to my CrossFit and swimming schedule..Version: 4.1.2

Wish there were more free stretches.I am in love with this app, I’ve had it for about a week. I use the ‘wake up stretch’ every morning and it really does improve my posture. However, that is the only free stretch routine all the others you have to pay for. Which I find really disappointing, because I really do enjoy using this app but I am not prepared to pay for the rest of the stretches, I do understand that they need some funds from the app but if they could just have, say.... 1 free stretch routine per category, I think that would be the most reasonable amount. Other than that it’s pretty good..Version: 3.0.8

AwesomeWhen I downloaded Bend I liked it enough to use it, the UI/UX was friendly and engaging and I mainly found the exercises convenient for a quick stretch boost. Since the most recent update I have to say I am super impressed and excited! The targeted exercises are perfect if you feel like a full body stretch sometimes does not do justice to specific parts of your body. I’ll definitely use the app more often from now on. Moreover I love that you can build you own routine now! That was my biggest wish when I started using the App early last year - and now it came true! Thanks a lot Bend developers! Keep it up ^^.Version: 3.3.1

Not quite a home run, more like a triple ⚾️All in all a pretty decent app but I have a few suggestions. I like the assortment of stretches to choose from and explanations on how to perform each but the timer in my opinion could use a little work. High priority for me would be adding a small chime or something at the beginning of each exercise. There are 3 beeps at the end of an exercise but there’s no beep letting you know when to start the next exercise, after your ‘delay’. I hate having to continually watch the screen to know when the next exercise begins. Maybe an option to turn off the vibrations feature would be nice too. Next maybe add some color to the sweeping bar timer, like green for when you’re doing an exercise and yellow for the delay timer phase. When my phone’s a few feet away, it’s hard to see the grey sweeping bar timer. Jazz it up a little with some color LOL. Also maybe a different delay timer would be nice. Like the ability to set 15 sec between exercises and 30 sec to transition to the next group of exercises. Lastly, I wish there was a specific ‘category’ or ‘type’ for ‘BALANCE’ exercises, in the create your own routine area. Some of us older population could use some help in fine tuning our balance. Well worth the subscription I think. Thanks and keep up the good work!.Version: 4.0.4

About pain managementFound it quite relevant with the questions. Seems interesting..Version: 4.1.1

Great AppThis is a great tool to keep flexible for ever💥👌.Version: 3.3.5

Bend yogaGreat start to the morning. You are directed on how long to hold a pose. It only takes 5 minutes, but makes you so much more flexible..Version: 4.0.4

Customer ServiceI recently was locked out of my account due to switching phone platforms. I contacted customer Services (Anna) who was excellent and extremely helpful. Anna rectified my issue promptly and showed outstanding customer service. Also the App is very functional, easy to use and provides basic up to advanced workout/stretches for all levels. Highly recommend.Version: 4.0.1

Accessible to all levels! This is a simple, but effective stretching app, so I find it easy to use and fit in to daily life!.Version: 4.0.2

For the “Oldies”I have found Bend to be an answer to some of the woes of aging with stiffness of joints as well as keeping muscle length. I would rate higher if there was an added warning for the over 55 what would be a safer stretching method to replace, for example Pigeon and Quad Stretch.Version: 4.0.3

BendEnjoying it.Version: 3.2.9

Easy to followGreat app, lots of variety. Been using daily for 4 weeks. I like how there is no talking but some background meditation music might be nice!.Version: 4.1.0

Where’s the total time stat for stretching? This is one of the best yoga apps I’ve used and love how clean it is. My only caveat is that I wish it can track how much total stretching you have done over the course of your lifetime that many other yoga apps do. I would definitely increase this to a 5 stars and stay as a customer if I can see this feature! Another nice feature would be also some sort of lifetime subscription as well!.Version: 3.3.7

Bend is a Great AppAs a young 71 year old woman, I knew I needed more flexibility than my regular stretches were giving me. The exercises in Bend are exciting and challenging and making a huge difference. By doing my routines regularly I am much more flexible, strong & balanced. Along with my aerobics and weights, I feel I am getting healthier. I really appreciate being able to create my own routines. Bend pushes me to master the stretches even though I couldn’t do some at the start. Thank you for this app. A year later I am still using the app regularly and my husband also has his own routine set up. It has made a huge difference for him as well..Version: 4.1.0

ThanksI have been suffering with shoulder, hip, and and feet pan. And i have been meaning to try to do something to relieve these symptoms. i’m still quite active and i can usually fight through the pain. but lately it’s been getting worse, I think because i am now retired and not as active as i had been while i was working. I just kept putting it off. then this app popped up on my screen, right after i just woke up and am going thru the painful morning routine of fighting through the pain and get moving. so it’s like this app popped up right at the perfect time. When i needed it. Thanks i’m going to try my best to keep this up and hopefully not have to resort to some form of pain pills. Thanks again..Version: 4.1.0

Fantastic appLove it. Stretching almost every day.Version: 3.3.5

WonderfulI usually don’t leave reviews because often times apps simply aren’t good enough to be worthy of a review to me. They do exactly what I want them to do, which is what I thought they would do. This app has really shown me it’s value though. I use it every day. The UI is beautiful and it’s very straight forward and easy to use. I’ve used various stretching apps and this is by far the best I’ve seen..Version: 3.2.3

Great AppI’m new to Bend and LOVE IT! Such an easy and customizable way to stay healthy and active. One great addition to the app would be a verbal cue of the next pose along with the countdown and visual cue. I use Bend on my phone so I have to sit up, etc to see the next pose. Thanks for offering the 50% off otherwise I likely wouldn’t have subscribed :).Version: 4.0.4

So MobileReal simple to follow and take with you - no need for a TV. Love the countdown timer that transitions you from pose to pose. Thanks for the thought put into crating this team.Version: 3.1.4

EasyEfficient, great graphics and instructions. So very achievable to do..Version: 3.3.5

Good but could be betterReally like the idea and the haptic feedback. Wish you could turn off the 5 second alert though as find this really annoying!.Version: 3.1.4

TransformativeI’ve been in pain for ages, first with sciatica and then some problems from how I was adapting posture etc. to minimise pain. Nothing had really shifted what has remained excruciating pain until this. A couple of weeks of daily Bend and life has become way more comfortable. A calves routine would be a great help now… but it finally feels like an end might be in sight..Version: 4.0.7

Amazing, I’d love to see a few new features though..First off, this app is so simple and that’s the reason I love it. It has jump started a habit for me to start stretching every morning by providing quick and simple stretching follow alongs. I would love to see a total time stretched to see how many hours I’m putting in to keeping my body healthy. I’d love to have some sort of leaderboards to “compete” with friends. Also there’s no login feature which is cool because it’s so simple, BUT I would hate to loose all my progress if I were to accidentally delete it or get a new phone. Also I’d love to see more stretching categories, like “post run stretches” “post workout stretch” etc. Anyways, all in all, thanks for a great app!.Version: 2.1.1

CmtAs a woman 67 with cmt and losing flex ability at an alarming rate I’m hoping this will help me regain some of my flexibility so far I’m hopeful.Version: 3.2.2

Great appIt’s simplicity, don’t overcomplicate it. I’ve gone from doing yoga every now and again with my wife, she then mentioned this app and I absolutely love it. As I prefer just picking my time slots and just stretching. My body is thanking me for using this app everyday. Keep it simple, clean and easy to use like it is now. Obviously add some more routines or other innovations that stay true to the simple, clean experience..Version: 4.0.8

AMAZING APPI suffer from PSA and this is what gets me moving every day mentally and physically. Great app..Version: 4.0.1

Room for improvementsAt first the upgrade button didn’t work for half a day. When it did work, the App is helping me do a variety of stretches. What would make it better for me, is the ability to add different exercises to a custom routine I.e. those given to me by my physiotherapist whilst I’m recovering from an injury..Version: 3.3.5

Great app!I was looking for an app to motivate me with improving and maintaining my flexibility. With its short, customizable routines, Bend works great for me. While I’ve always been hesitant to start a long routine I might find elsewhere, it’s easy for me (physically and psychologically) to pick a 4 minute routine in Bend and make some progress. Because who can’t do something for 4 minutes? It’s so low pressure. I often find myself choosing to do another routine and even another, and next thing I know, I’ve spent 20 or 30 minutes stretching, which is great to help combat the painful symptoms of my autoimmune disease. I highly recommend this app..Version: 4.0.9

😊Haven’t been able to use it yet.Version: 4.1.0

Great for recoveryI was experiencing a great deal of soreness for a few months to the point of even going to see a physical therapist. After trying some recommended workouts & stretching not much was helping. However, after using the Bend App for a few weeks I started to feel a big improvement not just with the soreness but my overall mobility. I highly recommended this app..Version: 4.1.0

Great but not without issuesThis app is perfect for getting into stretching and taking it more seriously. I don’t have an issue with the content in the app, but rather the app itself. 1. When using the Apple Watch app, it often records the workout twice within the health app. One being the full workout, the other being just a few seconds long. 2. When I start the workout, I expect the app on my Apple Watch to open itself and start recording. I shouldn’t have to open up the app myself. 3. If Siri is called when a stretch workout is in progress, it pauses it. Quite frustrating when telling my HomePod to do something and Siri appearing on my phone for a split second causes it to pause. 4. If I click on the instruction icon to read about the current exercise, it pauses the workout. I can read and do the exercise at the same time. 5. No dark mode, my eyes burn at night. 6. No audio prompts regarding the next exercise. Things I’d also like to see: 1. A standalone Apple Watch app that lets me start workouts without my phone in range 2. More hamstring stretches 3. Family sharing (so I can let people in my household use this app that I paid for). Even with these problems listed above, I still think this app is great and is well worth the £25 per year..Version: 4.0.4

An app I desperately neededI’ve found this app so beneficial. I’d love to see more exercises and strength exercises added. Especially some more neck type exercises if that’s possible..Version: 4.0.7

Great for office workMaking me move and it’s easy stuff but you really feel the stretch. Great for office workers.Version: 3.3.1

Loving this appStretching or bending isn’t something I prioritized or even did much of throughout my life. Now in my forties, after years of playing sports and still continuing to do so, my body has accumulated injuries and it’s living with pain, so I decided to listen to it and my PT and invested I. This app by purchasing the annual subscription. What I love about Bend is that it’s easy to use and has a simple interface without too many distracting features, it has detailed instructions if I need them, and has a tracking system that keeps me accountable. Also, as a New York City native, I was delighted to know that it’s made in NYC with ❤️. If you’re looking for an amazing, affordable app to bend your stiffness and pain away day by day, look no further. Movement is Freedom. I believe it, and this is only the beginning. 🙌🏼.Version: 4.1.0

It’s ok but could be improvedI was hoping to have a video instruction of the stretches instead of just one picture …. Some back ground music would be good as well ..Version: 4.0.3

Best UI! Needs to add a few more stretchesOf all the stretching apps out there, this one has the best UI/UX, and is therefore the only one I can see myself wanting to engage with daily. The options here are thoughtful and streamlined, and I’m finding that it’s more pleasurable to use without a lot of features clutter. There are a few more customizable features I’d like to see. I think the option to change the stretch times would be nice. I’d also like to see a bigger stretching library. Like, no squats?? Squat stretch is a classic! It should be in one of the core routines! Low bridge stretch, rear hand clasp and some other upper body stretches in general would be nice to incorporate as well. Maybe some dynamic stretches, too, which are a pretty important component of mobility. Some non-essential suggestions on my personal wishlist: I would really love to see the classic “starting stretching” sequence added here! And Kit Laughlin’s iconic daily 5 👀 although maybe that’s a little more niche (and possibly proprietary). A hip mobility/flexibility routine in general would be nice. As an incredibly lazy person who optimistically pursues an over ambitious stretching routine every 3 months and quickly gives up, I like that the routines are SHORT. 4-10 minutes is the sort of stretch I can psychologically commit to. Great app for maintaining mobility!.Version: 1.1.1

First impressions are great.Downloaded the free version to try but already looking at purchasing. This is a simple app with what I need. I like that I don’t need to sign-in to anything, simple and clean interface and has a very good library of stretches. As a male that was looking for a simple app for incorporating stretching into my daily routine, all the apps I first came across where geared towards a more feminine experience or just overkill, feeling more like joining a yoga cult. This app was the only I came across that was very neutral and dead simple. Keep it simple forever!.Version: 2.0.3

Feature requestThis app is really great. If the developers could add the option to enable voice prompts so I don’t have to put my glasses on and look at my phone every 30 seconds to see what’s next. Also, another nice (separate) option would be to enable the app to read the description during the stretch and maybe a reminder to breathe, etc. Thank you..Version: 4.0.4

Only a few days in but………so far it’s really. All I ever wanted was a simple stretching app as I have the flexibility of an old oak tree. I can feel myself getting a little looser every day and I’m exited to see how far I can get over the next few months. Brilliant..Version: 3.3.5

GreatReally nice, quick and easy way to do a full body stretch first thing in the morning - or at any time. Just makes you a bit more motivated to do it. Hoping to carry it on after the weeks free trail..Version: 3.3.5

Good but can improveThis app gives a good range of timed stretches and I like the discipline of the reminder. However I’d like more upper torso stretches for delts, lats, pecs and shoulders please. Also, I’ve had a knee replacement and there’s no way I can do heroes pose for example. Is there a way of suggesting an alternative for the same muscles. Having said that, I have a good understanding of the targeted muscles and can improvise but I’m sure not everyone can..Version: 3.3.5

This isn’t actually badI like using it and since I have started my Jody as been much better it’s kind of difficult to keep up with the day count tho but it’s a feature that makes people want to use the app so it’s ok.Version: 3.3.5

Simple but effectiveSimple for someone who was not that flexible to start with to do and you can feel the progress. Also love the variety of stretches.Version: 4.1.0

Healthy Living For LifeI love the ability to to have customized targets for my routines whether I want 2 minutes or 60 minutes for full body or focused areas as well as the intentional ability to use the focus areas throughout my day. I am still working and sit and use a standup desk 9 hours a day and Bend allows me to have that 4-5-6-7 minute stretch without a disruption throughout my day. I am 62 and my intent is to never miss a Bend Day from here on so I can be 100 and healthy! Thank you!.Version: 4.0.9

New DadManageable stretches/holds/exercises in good timed sessions to fit around a busy day. Clear explanations of each stretch. Nice combination of stretches and strength exercises. It’s been a god send as a new dad needing to bend and stretch in different ways. Thank you..Version: 4.0.9

Wonderful daily routines.Flexibility is important to me now at my age. With a desire to still play golf, Bend let’s me move easier through the swing with less pain..Version: 3.3.9

Best App for any fitness levelI love this app . Simple timed routines that can be adjusted for any level of fitness or particular area of the body I have started with the beginners Wake Up (5 mins) and Sleep routines 10mins It’s already made a big difference in just a few days Highly recommend.Version: 3.2.6

Feels Really GoodI just started using it. I’m 49 and it feels really good every time..Version: 4.0.3

Really 1 ⭐️Not up front about CostWhen I selected to load the app , as always, I searched the app description for cost - there was no mention of it or trial period or options. Upon loading and initiating the app, suddenly I am requested to pay. I deleted the app because I find that cause for caution. If you are requiring a subscription, why not be honest up front in the app description? If you cannot be up front about one thing, there more than likely are other things you are being deceptive about. Hackers love to use that technique. No mention of securely maintaining your data. I have been subject to that before by this same technique. I am sure remarks will come, but go ahead. One day you too will learn to recognize certain signs..Version: 4.0.6

Simple and EasyI have been using this app for a while now. I have tried many stretching and yoga apps and this is by far my favorite. I love that it is simple, straight and to the point. I love that you can adjust length of activities so you can customize it to your ability level. You can also create your own routine. Only thing that would make it better would be more options for already made routines. It’s the only app so far that makes me want to keep coming back to stretch!.Version: 4.0.9

Great appThis is such a great app, I always find it hard to stretch before and after gym and since using this, I’ve found I’m not as sore as I use to be. Love it Love that the stretches times you can change..Version: 3.3.5

BEST $30 YOU WILL SPEND IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFEI have been suffering with chronic lower back pain for years. After trying just about everything ( massages, chiropractors, stretching on my own, this that and the other) I had come to just accept my pain. I happened across this app, and within one week of using it daily, have experienced an almost immeasurable amount of relief. It will get you to loosen up muscles you didn’t know you had! I’m walking straighter, sleeping better and getting more out of my day. Thank you bend!.Version: 4.0.6

A must have app for Seniors!I suggest you try the free trial (no risk) and just do the Wake Up session for a week. It takes 5 minutes, and after 5 days you should notice a difference in your flexibility. I noticed a marked difference in doing the simple things in the morning; putting on socks, tying shoes, etc. I have more range of motion and less inflammation. I then progressed to the Lower Back session and now the Hamstring session. For me, this app delivered..Version: 3.4.0

Great app! Could use a few improvements...All in all, this is a fantastic stretching app for beginners. I use this daily & it’s a very rewarding program with a well designed layout. However, there are some improvements I’d love to see in the future: 1) The ability to lengthen/shorten the amount of time you spend stretching. This one’s probably my biggest hang up. Some of the stretches are too short for my taste (they’re 30 seconds each) & I wish I was able to customize that. Adding an option to change how long you stay in a position for would be a game changer. 2) Being able to see the next movement during the countdown. If a teaser of the stretch popped up during the 3 second countdown, it would make transitioning from one position to the next smoother & more efficient. 3) Adding an option to automatically pause after each stretch. This is kind of a tag along to #2. Having the ability to pause & move to the next position would help immensely with getting a more effective stretch. Instead of wasting 5 of the 30 seconds getting into the next position, you could pause & hit go when you’re ready, using all of the time in the stretch. All in all, this really is a great app & I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an organized way to improve their flexibility..Version: 1.1.1

Can’t fault it.I love the app and frequently recommend it to other people. It just works. It’s not complicated. It’s very clear to navigate. I can’t fault it. Because I love it so much. I would like it if there was a community element to the app, maybe some supporting material to inspire and encourage and train?.Version: 3.3.5

Good but all paidOnly 1 exercise is included in free trial, considering it’s a trial you would expect more. App seems really good and straightforward to use but should allow you to explore more options before committing and for that reason I won’t be committing..Version: 4.0.3

Love itEasy to follow range of areas in the body to stretch.Version: 3.3.6

Game changerI downloaded this app thinking ‘oh I’m probably gonna download and never use it’ but decided to actually use it. I’m on the free trial and have only used it for two days with the wake up stretches and oh my god, this app is amazing. I feel better throughout the day by just focusing on the simple 5 minute wake up exercises. My body feels relaxed. Absolutely love the app and have recommended it to my friends. It’s great!.Version: 4.0.9

Update From Previous ReviewI’m writing in regards to an update. It is only fair that I do an update because I was able to talk with a representative and they assisted me with my issue and my concerns. The representative by the name of Anna came to the rescue. Gave me some tips and some pointers in my issue and my concerns were both resolved. That is a mark of good business and their values they have for their customers. I really appreciate what Anna did for me. I have been able to get some good work in since receiving feedback. So if you are interested in getting this app I highly recommend you do so because they have people like Anna who is willing to help their customers out like myself. Thanks again and God Bless! AmazingI love this. Stumbled upon it by accident. This is a game changer. What do I love? It’s similar to yoga in that the stretches are “yoga moves”. What makes It different than yoga is that it cuts to the chase. No rambling, talking that you get in yoga videos. It has a timer. 30’seconda do this. Then, goes straight to next stretch with 30 second timer. No fluff. No talk. Just amazing stretches and exercises. Not a second wasted that is unrelated. I love it so much. Also 30 minute exercise is all exercise. Nobody talking for 2 minutes about whatever. I am grateful..Version: 4.0.1

Simple, effective, targeted exercisesSo simple, there are static pictures but full written explanations are available if any position is unclear. The exercises start from a very basis level. This is better than super-fit people demonstrating exercises that I can’t do, even at beginner level. There are different routines, showing what region is targeted. I have issues with neck and shoulders so often choose these routines. Much less expensive and more convenient than going to the gym..Version: 4.0.6

BendMakes me feel good ! Thank you..Version: 4.0.8

Simple yet effectiveWhile im Still on the trial I find this app very helpful. Clicking on the picture giving you detailed instructions. And timed exercises. It doesn't need to be hard in the beginning. As long as your doing something. I struggle with body pains. I must admit even after doing a 5 min exercise I feel a little better than before. Let's face it waking up 5 mins earlier to do this exercise won't kill U but it could help you.Version: 4.0.0

Love this appSimple. I use it everyday. The instructions are clear and there is plenty of variety in the routines. It saves me a fortune on classes and I’m feeling better about my body and mind. I’ve not done much yoga before. I recommend. Oh and no ads!.Version: 3.3.5

Easy As!Love the easy to follow instructions and graphics - and sets are created to make them easy to incorporate into daily routines..Version: 3.3.5

J’adore BendLe choix des étirements est varié et on se sent accompagné avec la minuterie qui indique les changements de poses. Merci !.Version: 4.0.2

Life changing 🥳🥳🥳I’ve known how important stretching is for years, and never got in the routine of doing it…… until Bend….. I’m 5 months in and it’s now part of my daily routine. Simple enough to use while listening to podcasts, with really helpful inoffensive beeps when you need to change position. I’m on a 35 day streak and determined not to lose it, thanks Bend 👍🏼.Version: 4.0.4

For beginners to advancedThe daily wake up exercises have become part of my daily morning routine. Very happy so far, will try to explore the app further. A good incentive is the daily consecutive counter. Missing a day starts you back at one..Version: 3.3.5

I use it every single day.Overall, a great app. I would like to have the ability to reorganize the poses in a set. That would truly make this app the best of its kind..Version: 4.0.3

Great stretching appGreat app for the price. Simple and sleek. Well done.Version: 3.3.1

BendEasy to follow and stick to stretching on a regular basis. Thanks. Les.Version: 3.3.6

Used everyday since I got itI’ve wanted to get into stretching since being diagnosed with a muscle disorder. I spend a lot of time at a desk so find this really useful for getting me moving in the daytime. In the morning I do the posture reset at my desk, then after lunch I do tech neck to loosen off and not get seized up. In the evenings I tend to chose shoulders or hamstrings or whatever takes my fancy and I find it is really helping. It’s really simple and I like that no videos to watch just get on with the stretching, and if I’m not sure I’ll just pause it and read the instructions before moving on. You can even adjust the rest time between each move if you don’t feel like you’ve got enough time between each position. Overall really good for me, and cheaper than the price of a coffee a month..Version: 4.0.3

Great for the mind, body and soul a must haveI really enjoy the set routines and being able to do it anywhere anytime gives you so much freedom and allows you not just to reset your posture and stretch out but also to clear your mind, I couldn’t now live without it, Bend has really had a positive effect on my physical body and mind it really helps me to zone out and de stress, it’s a complete body and mind meditation if you embrace it and allow to be, the price point of Bend reflects its innocence, you can feel it..Version: 4.0.9

Beautiful design and accessibility.A joy to use. Clean, clear and engaging interface with great exercises. Using it everyday and learning some great rituals. The 5th star would come with the improvement of the apple watch app by making it more independent from the iphone app and adding heart rate data..Version: 4.0.0

Perfect for meBend is perfect for me. I’m on the go a lot and I need something to remind me to get my body totally warmed up and in gear to start my day. So far my favorite is using the 15 minute full body stretches every morning. I’ve been using this app for about three months now and I look forward to my daily workout with it. I rarely miss a day because my body feels so calm, yet completely, awakened after I’m done..Version: 4.0.4

Very Good App but….As an exercise app this is one of the better ones I have used and would recommend it. Some minor tweaks I would like to see is a pre set group for balance, call out the position name on transition, and in custom routine you should be able to edit the order as you wish instead of deleting it to start over. Plus make a iPad version viewable in landscape. Finally acct based so iPhone and iPad share the same data. But would highly recommend.Version: 3.3.4

Good appI really enjoy the preset routines that are available..Version: 4.1.2

Great all aroundVery pretty, easy to use, it isn’t pushy or annoying about creating habits but does encourage habitual use, and getting to customize workouts and use the full app is really worth it. My hips tend to get sore first and getting to use and customize the “hips” workout so that I do 5 minutes before bed has really helped. Plus, i can make bodyweight exercise routine, ab routines, warm ups, and a compilation of my favorite stretches in the customize section. Really enjoy it.Version: 3.3.7

The personification of KISSThis is a great app and very simple to use. It offers a great range of targeted stretches of varying lengths, with sessions from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. You can pause the exercises at any time and, if you are unsure of any exercise, you can just tap the exercise’s image for instructions. It also allows you to create custom sessions..Version: 3.3.5

So far so goodOnly second day of using but so far it looks really good. I work at a desk all day and there are a couple of quick and easy stretches I can do as and when I feel like it. Like the reminder I can set for the evening so if I haven’t got anything in during the day, I can do a quick stretch in the evening when the kids are in bed. Looking forward to being less achy and stiff and feeling good again!.Version: 4.1.0

Why I love BENDI love the length of the different routines. Sometimes I just need a quick 5 minutes in the morning or after a long car drive to loosen up. I also find it very wonderful to not have to be connected to wifi to access the program, making it possible to do yoga anywhere and keep my running total of days even when not connected to the Internet..Version: 3.3.0

50 years old MaleJust started stretching doing a 15 minute full body routine every morning and every night. I set the alarm as a reminder, starting to feel amazing. Stretching is the answer!.Version: 3.2.9

Good appGreat app, use the free stretch Atleast 2-3 times a day and it’s amazing. Just wish it wasn’t subscription based or if it was, is a bit cheaper! Great app nonetheless.Version: 3.1.5

Just what I was looking forI rarely write reviews because I can’t be bothered but I’d like to the time and say this is way better than all the others stretching apps. This is team is a step ahead and doing something great, massive props to them!.Version: 3.1.6

Needs animationsNice app, but can you include animations for each exercise please. I also use the 7 minute workout app which has very nice and clear animations for what we need to do. I’d rather not spend a few seconds having to read the instructions when a clearer, moving picture would give us a better idea of the correct form for each stretch. Thank you..Version: 4.0.7

Bend❤️this app.Version: 4.0.9

Almost 5 starIt’s simple & effective but it needs more alarm/notifications/reminders. I would like the option to set more throughout the day. Not rigid stuck to lunch time etc…. the option to pick times that fit in with my day & remind me to use the app..Version: 3.2.0

Glitchy? This looks great I have checked out the trial - but - I’m trying to set up the monthly membership to try for a month, and no matter what even if I click on monthly it prompts an annual subscription. What can I do?.Version: 4.0.3

Love itI love the variety of poses and the being able to create my own routine. I use it at home and at the gym. I’d love to see verbal cues as to what’s coming next so that I don’t have to check my phone all the time, as well as being able to move poses around when creating my own routine but these are minor points..Version: 4.0.4

Great app!!I like this stretching app much better than other ones out there. It doesn’t have any ads and you don’t have to buy a premium version. Everything is available for free! I love the simple layout of this. You don’t have to look very hard to find anything. It’s all right there on the Home Screen. And it has all skill levels, too. It doesn’t matter if you can barely touch your toes or if you can do a full spilts. I would highly recommend. 👍👍.Version: 2.0.2

Feeling younger with less pain! This is my favorite app! I was not very limber when I started this and I have improved so much. I still have a way to go but now I have tools to help me. I feel better throughout my day. This is completely worth the money I spent. My knees, hips and back don’t hurt as much as they used to; some days they don’t feel bad at all. It is truly a gift to go through your day NOT thinking about aching body parts. I feel younger and healthier all over, mind and body. Thank you for this wonderful app..Version: 3.3.8

Bend App ReviewBest App I’ve purchased! It’s my time out at the end of the day. Timer and pictures make it so easy. Handy you can pause if phone goes or kids need you. Highly recommended ❣️.Version: 4.0.6

AwesomeThe app is easy to use, I love the daily reminder. Many options to pin point a specific area or do the whole body. I love the quick wake up stretch only 5 minutes in the morning gets the blood flowing and loosens my stiffness. I use it every morning before I do anything..Version: 4.0.9

More Tease WantedWishing the trial allowed for a bit more tease by including more exercise times and for more than a week to tease into a more established habit forming routine.Version: 4.1.1

Makes Yoga better£26 for the year! What a bargain. Everything is made for you and it’s easy to follow and the fact you can add or subtract the time for each step is great. Also the section where you can create your own workouts is brilliant. It has taken my yoga to the next level and made me fall in love with it more..Version: 4.0.1

I like itI do like this app and have used it morning and night so far. Last night I had a really good sleep. Usually wake every couple of hours, so 6 hours straight was fantastic. I do think it would be better if you had more instructions on the moves. I don’t have flexibility and that’s what got me to get this app, but it doesn’t give different levels or how to do them correctly which could lead to not doing it correctly and hurting yourself. Then this would be five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I am looking forward to continuing with this app..Version: 3.1.9

Good but a bit confusingI’ve been using the app for nearly a week now and I go to click on other options and stretches but they won’t unlock. Do I need a certain amount ofi items to complete before new options are unlocked? Don’t get me wrong, this app is great! The interface is clean and user friendly. I’m satisfied and would like to get more options unlocked if possible!:) The option for purchasing the premium version doesn’t show up anywhere…Can somebody give me a step-by-step or a screenshot of where to find it?.Version: 3.0.1

This app has made my daily stretching habit stickI’ve been trying to get into a habit of stretching for many years. This is the first time it’s stuck. I use this app every single day now. Nice clear instructions, love how I can change the length of the stretches to suit how much time I’ve got. And there’s a great range of exercises for all kinds of needs. Love it..Version: 4.0.9

Morning StretchExcellent morning routine. Quick an easy. A wonderful way to start the day. ❤️.Version: 4.0.0
