✓ Make it easierNormally DIRTVision is as simple as log in and find the event. Not so with the Knoxville Nationals. Nope you gotta watch a video which quickly tells you that the program you are looking for should be pinned T the top of the page or maybe down a bit but if not do this or that. I pay for the annual subscription, never have trouble getting what I’m looking for until this one. Good news is I get this for late model races more than sprints..2 Easy 2 MoveVersion: 8.300.1

✓ Great content terrible app and customer serviceI think I purchased a yearly subscription to DIRTVision. My account was locked right before the Knoxville Nation because I change from a monthly subscription to a yearly, could not gain access to the Knoxville nationals, and then they locked my account. It was hard to get help from customer service. I really want to give them a five star rating but they need to improve the navigation of the app and make it more user-friendly. On the plus side the coverage is great. The racing is great if things improve I’m willing to change my review..Chanman_cbjVersion: 8.300.1

✓ Neat content but the design is a messI just have a really hard time reading through the app. The row titles blend in with the content titles. It just looks like a five year old app now which is weird because it’s new. I like that you can download to watch offline now, but I liked the old app quite a bit better. The quality of the streams just seemed much higher, the new app stutters while live like a strobe light is flashing. I’ll probably take a break, but might come back sometime in the future..Brenton07Version: 7.001.1

✓ Bad app and customer help.No way to sepal with anyone. It’s apparently intentional design to fail because their is no live feedback function. Everyone be aware this app and company have no interest in your satisfaction. You can’t chromecast even if they show their is a function for it. Their is no help desk. I am not 100% sure why Apple lets them get away wit this. Maybe Apple has started to lower their standards?.Vetteman427-67Version: 8.300.1

✓ Decent value for PPV dirt track racingThere’s better value out there for the money for dirt track racing. For Outlaw coverage it is what it is. Wish they had more camera angles and covered the field deeper during features. Overall good coverage and will continue to purchase for Outlaw sprints..DirtyBeerVersion: 7.702.1

✓ ScamYou pay for a monthly subscription and the big races you can’t watch because you didn’t purchase the yearly subscription. When you pay more for monthly. The marketing department should be fired. What a joke. Pay $300 for a year so you can watch the big races. But if you pay $40 a month for the monthly. Sorry you can’t watch these races. I just canceled my subscription and won’t give them any more of my business..JejsijdjdVersion: 8.300.1

✓ Not bad... needs some additions thoughThe WoO series is definitely awesome. However, Dirtvision is basically doubly the cost of its nearest competitor. The app is fair, but doesn’t have the ability to cast to a chromecast, or cast enabled tv. This is a very basic feature that all of the other racing apps have. If DirtVision would cut their yearly membership price in half, they wouldn’t lose money. Instead the surge of guys like me that would happily sign up would probably overwhelm their bank account with new membership payments. They are going at this service with old school thinking. They think that the access to the World of Outlaws series warrants the high price. They forget that the blue collar guys that make up the heart and soul of grassroots racing can’t typically drop 300 for a year to a streaming service. In conclusion, myself and many others are patiently holding our money for the day they get with the modern times and lower their price. At that point they will truly be able to compete with the young guns like FloRacing..DustnsmthVersion: 1.1

✓ ReplaysWhy can’t I enjoy a replay the same night it’s raced. By the time it’s available it’s already on the news, social media, ect. Also during intermission and between races why not show some pitside action? The dirt on the front stretch is boring and a snoozer. ✓ Get another mike to actually hear the carsLove you guys, but it drives me crazy that you don’t have at least one microphone to be able to hear the cars. At least have a mike outside the press booth so it isn’t dead silence at all times except when they are racing. We should hear the cars going around during cautions. So much of racing is being able to hear those engines! Great sound makes great TV!.WhyPNCWhyVersion: 8.200.1

✓ Disappointed AussieI’m from Australia and I’m disappointed that I can watch a shortened highlight on YouTube after the feature event before I’m able to watch it on DIRTVision platform. If i don’t watch it live. I feel like I miss out on watching it at all. Floracing will upload a highlight of races shortly after event and able to watch it before knowing results. If I have to watch YouTube to do the same with DIRTVision then why should I pay a subscription?.Aussiefan.Version: 8.200.1

✓ GrrrI loved the app and now I’m being charged for a service I can’t use. When the “app”/ service was updated in Aug I was locked out of the account. Still being charged though I couldn’t watch anything. Now I have access to the app but I have to subscribe to watch, though I’m already paying… I’m sure it’s a glitch but super frustrating. ✓ Camera viewingI love watching the races live but when I can’t I use DIRTVision and the camera people displaying of the cars has yet to be desired !!!’ you see either two cars racing around the track or the back end of the track .., never the whole race track and in it’s entirety never the front row very poor video of the races..,For the money you pay for the subscription getting better video quality.ValkrieriderVersion: 7.303.1

✓ App is a Mess, ill-designedUsed web connection for selected events for several years using an iPad (no app) and IOS AirPlay to a Smart TV. I now hoped to use streaming through my AppleTV devices with DirtVision’s app. No luck. Can setup account but App Screens are hokey, not logical, slow and can’t find setup/setting for credit card entry or a PPV button to buy this week’s races. No phone # for support. Very unprofessional ill-designed app in the opinion of this very experienced user with the best of equipment and network. They just lost this $125 sale and surely many more..Ken in ArizonaVersion: 7.001.1
