✓ The worst!I rarely rate apps because most are functional. This one barely qualifies as usable. To say it’s not user friendly is an understatement. You have to choose your pictures and let them upload Then you have to completely exit and re-enter the app to choose them again before they will upload to the frame. What a pain! It can also lock up if you choose too many though on occasion you can send more than three or four at a time but it only processes a few at a time. They will eventually all go through if you’re lucky. I just got this frame and have not investigated to see if you can manually drag and drop directly from your laptop to the internal memory That’s for another day! I’m exhausted after figuring this much out!! If you buy this product, good luck!!.Version: 0.2.38
✓ Not like the Skylight app & frameThis is a good frame for sharing pictures for grandparents! What would make it soooo much better would be if in the app you could see all the photos that have been added by all the users and not just the ones that you have added. I ordered expecting it to have those features similar to the skylight frames! Really hope the add this feature. I would give a higher rating..Version: 0.2.31
✓ App has some basic design flaws and bugs…It’ll get you across the line with sharing your photos to the associated digital frame but there are some holes in the design of basic functionality as well as bugs that turn this potentially hot app into a bit of a letdown. Examples: Design flaw: 1. Cannot dynamically add photos to the app, from your photo library. It’s only selected ones or everything. If you do selected ones then to add any more you can only activate it to access you while library. No more options to add any further selected pictures! Bug: 1. Connected frames have a tendency to disappear from the app. So, I’d recommend you keep a note of the frame ID somewhere you can find it easily. There are other design flaws and bugs in the AndroidOS app the digital frames run on. But this is not the forum for those..Version: 1.25
✓ Removing photosI rate it as 3 stars because there is not a feature to remove photos via the wi-if feature. There needs to be a feature showing what photos are uploaded via wi-if with the ability to pic and chose which ones you want to delete..Version: 1.33
✓ App crashes.App crashes when trying to upload 50 pics. only worked once 50 at a time. Tried to uninstall and reinstall app and same thing happens. App needs to be redeveloped so that you don’t have to close it out and reopen to go back to options that are not available in beginning. Fyi, no tech issues on the users end..All other apps work on device being used and does not crash..Version: 0.2.31
✓ One and doneIt works great in transferring pictures on first use. I still haven’t figured out how to continue to transfer pictures on subsequent rounds. It’s not intuitive if you can delete from the app previously transferred pictures nor is it intuitive on how to access my photo library to transfer additional pics. The ol’ USB route and/or SD card route is much less frustrating. Don’t waste your time with this app. Who knows, maybe it’s a foreign govt portal into my phone..Version: 1.25
✓ Really needs workAnybody know how to get the slideshow to start?? Just seems to randomly go to slideshow on its own and only lasts for a short time. Uploading photos is a pain. It was much easier to load to a Micro SD card and transfer to the frame. Loaded 1250 pictures in just a couple of minutes..Version: 1.38
✓ Nice frame mediocre appThe frame is great and works as advertised. I have 2 of them for the grandparents. The app works for uploading with limits like 1 video at a time only 50 pictures at a time. You can’t tell what you already uploaded and you can’t delete from the app or view what’s on the frame from the app. The preview of a picture before uploading is cropped and quirky and you can lose your place. If you have one large pile of photos finding ones you want is a pain as there’s no filter, sort, search etc. it does the job and price was great but needs more on the app..Version: 1.38
✓ Horrible appBought a picture frame for myself and my father in law for a Christmas gift. At first it seemed easy enough to use but after the first time putting pictures on the app either didn’t show the frames where connected or they would show they ‘sent’ but the pictures never got added to the frames. Sounds like a great idea, but there are definitely issues. 1) videos will not upload. 2)it has some issues with uploading photos intermittently. 3) the interface could be a little more intuitive. ✓ Constantly crashing appI was able to set up my profile and connect to the frame, but now the App keeps crashing within 10 seconds of opening it, making it impossible to add any pictures to the frame. ✓ Unable to connect to frameThis app has some major bugs. It frequently freezes, won’t connect to the frame, won’t allow me to save my user name or photo, and gives me an “error” message when I try to do anything. ✓ Unusable appI never leave reviews for apps because they’re usually somewhat functional. This app is literally a nightmare, which is unfortunate because the frame itself is beautiful. Extremely inconsistent, will work for maybe 2 minutes and then throw error messages or repeatedly disconnect from the frame for the next 40 minutes. Wouldn’t bother with the headache.Version: 1.25
✓ This I found a bugI have been using my frame for awhile. today I went in to upload some pictures and I get a set up screen. Saying welcome to VPHOTO please first set up your profile. And to add my full name and photo. Not sure why out of the blue it thinks I am a new user??? Also when I add either or both no button to continue so basically I am stuck. I even uninstalled and re installed to see if something wonky happened. But when I go in same thing. I looked for help contracts but none. ✓ App not workingJust opened this for Christmas and can’t use it because the app won’t let you create a user. Just get “network error” when there is no error. We have tried troubleshooting every possible way and it still doesn’t work. Disconnected Wi-Fi and reconnected. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Factory reset the frame. Restarted my phone. Insured frame and app are connected to same Wi-Fi. And apparently not having the app makes the frame basically impossible..Version: 1.25
✓ Terrible don’t buy product or use appBought this and was happy for the first few months … then after successfully uploading 100’s of photos the frame quit receiving although we have > than 80% storage available . ✓ Stopped workingWas working fine until a couple weeks ago. Now I am stuck on the welcome screen. I put in my name and a profile image like it asks, but then nothing happens. There’s no “next” or “enter” button to move it along to the next screen. Help! Update** I saw a few people having this problem and I finally figured it out! I have my iPhone set to “zoom” so everything is bigger. I took it off the “zoom” setting and now I have a next arrow and can log in normally!.Version: 1.21
✓ Does not work - Actual BuyerThe reviews section seems flooded with fake reviews. I actually bought the product to better share photos with my family, but this does not function at all. The frame itself looks nice and the interface is good. However, the VPhoto app does not allow you to create a profile and simply says “Unknown Error” every time you try. There was supposed to be a way to email photos to the frame as well, but that doesn’t work either. There’s no way of contacting support to fix this. I am returning the product. ✓ Crazy this app is uploading crazy amounts of dataI just checked my data usage per device and this thing uploaded 220gb per month. For reference I have a ring camera in the same area. And it uploaded 150gb last month. This is insane and probably illegal. Be very careful with this app. I took this photo frame and chucked it right in the garbage. ✓ App was working but now notGot this for my grandma for Christmas. We thought it would be a great way for her to stay connected with me and my cousins now that all of us are starting to branch out away from home. I got people set up and the app working yesterday and all was fine until an hour or so ago when all of us suddenly can’t get on the app. We all keep getting an “unknown error” notification whenever we try to do anything on the app. We also were somehow disconnected from the device through the app. I deleted the app and tried to redownload it, but when I opened it back up now I can’t get passed the welcome page of the app, and I continue to get the “unknown error” notification. ✓ Total FailureAfter several attempts I was able to get photos to the app, however, I have been unsuccessful in getting any photos to the frame even though I get a “send successful” from the app. I also tried adding photos via the USB port and that also didn’t work. ✓ 5-star reviews are obviously fakeI received a Fullja digital frame as a Christmas gift. I had to return it, not because of the frame itself, but because of the VPhoto app, which does not work. Dozens of one-star reviews and comments confirm that others have had the same experience with the app. The overall average rating has been falsely inflated through many dozens of obviously fake reviews. A batch was posted on December 5, 2022, and there were large batches posted on January 9, 13, and 16, 2023. If you sort the reviews by “most recent“ and view the reviews from the dates I mentioned, you can see for yourself that these are bot-produced. ✓ Works; needs a couple of features to be addedApp worked well for me today. Seamlessly connected with my frame. Uploaded photos quickly and they showed on the frame. Wish there was an easy way to review which photos have already been uploaded so I don’t upload duplicates. There is a history function but it doesn’t have individual photo details that I can tell. Would also be nice to access the whole uploaded library from the app and be able to delete from there instead of on the frame itself (unless I’m missing something)..Version: 1.25

✓ The worstYou can’t delete just one photo from a connected frame. And you also can’t see what other people post, picture wise, and would be nice if you could view what photos are on the frame that you’re connected to so you can see what the person who you got the frame for sees! ✓ Just start the return process nowI bought the frame that this app accompanies as a Christmas gift for my mother. I set it up, uploaded tons of pictures, and wrapped it up for her. Come Christmas morning, she opened it and half the pictures (the most sentimental ones too) were missing from the frame. I opened up the app to reupload the missing pictures and no matter what I did (app or email) nothing worked. The app wouldn’t add the frame, just a network error. The email did nothing. The frame is perfectly connected to a fully functioning wifi. Uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted phone and frame. Still broken. Returning.
