✓ Works fineI see all sorts of awful reviews. But I have had photo frames for a year now. I bought two as gifts and one for myself. I use the app to send photos to all three photo frames- I pick what I want to send. I can add description to each photo if desired . I pick which frame gets what photo. Photos are nice and pop up with a little sound if you choose to hear one. Frame is motion sensitive. The only problem I have had on a few occasions is the frame will freeze and I have to unplug and replug in to refresh it. My friends send me photos to my frame also. ✓ It's working okay for meGot a digital frame for Christmas so I have to use this app. I was able to install this app and run it with no problems (I'm using an iPhone X). ✓ VPhoto appMy only complaint is that the instructions for this app do not include a lot of necessary specifics. For example, it took me quite a while to figure out how to shuffle the playback (home screen > tap gear for settings > tap Album Settings > tap Slideshow Mode), and I still have not discerned how to favorite particular images... but there is a Favorites folder, so I'm sure it can be done. None of this information is available in my Necro frame user manual, and app 'help' tab only walk you through the set up process. ✓ Basic useFor a basic frame it seems good. Was easy to setup and send the connection number. Some problems downloading to it from the app when in a different area. Takes a while for the pictures to load through. It would be great if there was another button to be able to add more photos in the app instead of having to exit and renter the app to select more photos. ✓ Some More FeaturesSo far I have loaded hundreds pictures and and a number of videos and the app did just fine. I would rate it with a 5 if there were more features like other apps for digital frames. The features I would like are: The ability to control contrast which is very important to me since I have black dogs and it is impossible to make out their features even with the brightness at maximum, the next item would be the ability for the frame to automatically switch and mix videos and pictures while running without me changing settings.
