UnreliableI’ve only had my Jeep for 3 weeks and have had more issues than not with this app. It worked great for a few days, then when I would try to login, it would say “login failed, try again”. I had to shut WiFi off at work for the app to work-for a bit. I’ve been in the vehicle and tried to login and got same error. Customer service is terrible, never get help on the first call. Then they call while avg person is also working-then close case when they don’t reach me. I did finally talk to someone and she tried to sell me WiFi hotspot. I’ve had to change my pw for the 3rd time is as many weeks Bc it keeps locking me out with the error messages. I miss the Uconnect app that my 2018 Jeep had **update, it’s been a week and just like clockwork, it won’t let me login again. Worst app ever!.Version: 1.4

Got to be kiddingTook delivery of 2023 Jeep Wrangler couple weeks ago. App will not update any of the Jeep info/data. Now the digital glovebox will no longer access the online owners manual. Called tech support, was told due to app is new and still under construction some of the features are not available and to try back later. Disappointing to say the least. Now going on close to 6 months of use, supposed to have 1 year of complimentary services from Sirius Guardian, only features that show up on app are the basic remote features ( lock, unlock, remote start, horn blow),, over the past 6 months on 2 occasions the other missing functions did show up on app for maybe a day and then disappeared again. No way I would consider paying for the lackluster services once my trail runs out..Version: 1.62.5

Not worth the priceWe are paying a premium for features that either don’t exist or don’t work most of the time. I gave it two stars instead of one because I do like being able to start and unlock/lock my Jeep from my watch and my phone. That said, the app’s overall features and performance are beyond disappointing. My app doesn’t allow me to view any of the vehicle’s health as pictured in the App Store. I also find it to be extremely primitive in that I have to enter a passcode to do anything when I should be able to use my Face ID like most other apps. This app is very inconvenient, only works half the time, is not worth the high price tag and needs a complete overhaul..Version: 1.41.6

Canada-Won't work hereThere are a million jeeps here in Canada but I can't set up my service maintenance or find a dealer with this app. I tried the auto start, the horn, the unlock, and it wasn't working and then when I went back inside five minutes later my car started honking and going crazy. Seems like it takes a few minutes to catch up..Version: 1.41.3

New Jeep OwnerI just purchased my first new vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, since I sold my trusty Corolla. I was directed by my dealership to download the Jeep app to keep track of my vehicle, be able to schedule services & review my owners manual in my hand. But I have not been able to get the app to connect with my vehicle. It gives me an error when I enter the VIN and is truly frustrating. It would be so much easier to review the owners manual through the app than in the book. But I have not been able to completely figure out my vehicle, because I can’t review the app. It’s beyond annoying and not the best experience as a new Jeep owner.Version: 1.41.6

Not bad but could be betterHas a lot of great features but some things I wish were different: 1- why do I need to have a pin/face ID to refresh the charging status of my vehicle? I’m already logged in and can access other higher security risk things without the pin like location of vehicle- this feels like an unnecessary step here. 2- I wish I could find/search for words in the manual. 3- it’d be nice to be able to change climate controls from the app. 4- I share this car with my husband and I wish there was a profile setting per driver in the app like there is in the vehicle..Version: 1.70.4

Okay but has flawsThis works for the most part but there are some flaws that need to be addressed. First, there needs to be a way to support multiple vehicles registered to different owners. Next, the Face ID feature doesn’t work for me. I turn it on but after that I get maybe one time that it will use my face. After that it goes back to the PIN prompt. Could this be because my wife and I are both using the app on our respective phones? Speaking of the PIN prompt. Make the buttons flash when you tap them. I get entry errors because I don’t realize I hit the wrong number. We have two recent Jeep models. One is on UConnect 4, one on UConnect 5. The interface for controlling the locks and remote start is different. Why? Make them the same. I lose tiles. Both of our vehicles support scheduled charging but sometimes those tiles disappear. I have to go to the edit tiles interface and reset to default to make them reappear. Boo. Please fix this. This isn’t specific to the app, but it would be nice if the charging schedules could be geofenced. Specifically, when I charge at home, I want the schedule to apply. But if I charge anywhere else, I don’t want to bother with overriding the schedule. Lastly, the delay with using commands to the UConnect 4 vehicle is terrible. It’s like up to a minute to find out if your car started or the doors locked. Same with the UConnect app. If possible, please fix this..Version: 1.54.5

Probably will not purchaseI have spent countless hours making calls, sitting at dealers for updates, and responding to emails. It only works about 25% of the time. Sometimes I have to be right next to the vehicle and sometimes I can be up the street. I can see my car from my office window, but it won’t work. I use my remote and it starts fine. I can be 5 feet from my house looking at the car in my driveway and it won’t start. I can pull the car in the garage and it will work, but I pull it out of the garage it won’t do it. Error is always “request timed out.” I have had every update done to the system and the module and it’s still a craps shoot. My vehicle has been serviced many times and they state the vehicle is fine a up to date. Also, it says version 1.4, but I can’t update from 1.31.6.Version: 1.4

Pretty much uselessTakes forever to connect to the car, and when it does, it’s about 45 mins too late. Take some cues from how the Tesla app works with their cars..Version: 1.37.6

Useful but too limitedFor what the subscription costs, this app is way too limited. I like the remote start and location features, but there are a number of items it doesn’t support that it should: 1) I should be able to see the charge status of my 4xe (whether plugged in or not, and what the charge % is). It used to do a slightly better job at this, but a recent update seems to have gone backwards instead of forward. Even better if it took current rate of charge into consideration and gave an estimate to complete - which it already does in vehicle so that info could just be exposed to the app 2) After remote start, I should be able to control basic climate control parameters such as temp and whether heated seats and steering wheel are turned on. 3) The fuel level (remaining miles) should include total, gas and electric reading, right now it only has gas miles remaining even though labeled ‘total’. 4) The manual should be accessible straight from the app, or access to similar content in videos..Version: 1.62.2

Weird… really weirdOne day an option to setup zone and warning if vehicle leave that zone appear. I set it up to test it. The next day (without sotware update) the option is no longer visble in the app… but my tests warning are still working.. not able to delete them!.Version: 1.62.5

Would like more featuresApp is good, decent response time and pretty reliable info displayed. Would like to see more remote features that I am witnessing other brands allow with their remote apps. Simple features such as an “open/close power lift gate” and an “illuminating the headlights” button that turns all exterior lights on for convenience to see outside without having to unlock the doors. Also would be nice to control the interior climate controls after the vehicle is remote started. As well as a “Hazards” button that you can turn hazard lights on with the app. All simple ideas that i’m not sure are plausible but that would be very helpful and beneficial as a user/owner..Version: 1.67.2

Doesn’t Work!!! Can’t add vehicleUpgraded from the old app and logged in on the new one… my account shows up but it no longer shows any vehicles in my garage. When I enter my vin, it tells me it can’t be added. Called the number provided and spent an entire afternoon talking with service reps that had no idea what I was talking about when I told them Jeep upgraded their app. Also it’s worth noting, the number they provide is directly to Sirius XM where they will try and sell you their service. I just want to be able to see my vehicles information, manual, maintenance records etc. like I was able to before. Feels like they are just trying to filter you to Sirius sales reps who will collect your information and try and get a sale or will spam you with sales calls and mailers… disappointing..Version: 1.67.2

Worthless appHad a 6-month trial when I got my new 2021 Jeep. Grand Cherokee L. Worked great for the first 5 months. Since then, nothing. Remote start doesn’t work. Lock/unlock does not work. I renewed my subscription for the service, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and nothing. Do not waste $150 on a service which doesn’t come close to delivering what it promises. I will be asking for a refund. Tired of waiting 20-30 minutes for the Jeep to start or unlock the doors. And it still doesn’t work when that time is up. Customer service told me that once I renew, it will work. Nice try. Very disappointed Jeep customer here. Added Jeep lameness (3/24)- good luck getting help from Jeep Customer Care. First time I call, I get sent to a voicemail. Second call sends me to someone who doesn’t know how to work her computer. Third call gets me transferred 4 different times to someone from one department to another department. It’s clear they’re not able to handle these issues. Do not purchase this service. It doesn’t work and is a waste of money and time, since their people aren’t able to help..Version: 1.37.6

Could use improvements.I’ve owned our Jeep for just a few weeks. But I’ve never been able to lock/unlock the doors with the app. I’d also like for my husband to also be able to use the app on his phone. He doesn’t have the option to remote start it with the app since I have it on mine. We called and asked for assistance and we’re told only one phone can be attached the the car at a time. Glad it’s a Trial…There’s no way I’m gonna keep the Guardian service after the trial period, after seeing how clunky and unreliable this app is. I have two Wranglers I enrolled yesterday to try out the connected features; a 2019 Unlimited Sahara and a 2021 Unlimited Rubicon, both running Uconnect 4C. I’ve got both the Unconnect and the Jeep apps installed on my iPhone, running iOS 16.5.1C. The Uconnect app works better than this Jeep app, but they both have problems. This Jeep app takes forever to send any commands or update a status, and most times it fails to do what I asked it. I can’t get the Face ID to work with it at all; it tells me my PIN number is wrong, even though I’m using the same PIN to send commands to the Jeeps. I’m not impressed at all, and it will be the reason I don’t continue using the service..Version: 1.70.4

Cant do anything without paying hundreds of dollarsI dont know why jeep makes us pay hundreds of dollars for this app. By contrast my Ford has a similar app that is 100% free and lets me remote start, remote unlock, and keeps me updated in maintenance and recalls. But even if they wanted to lock the remote features behind a paywall, wouldn’t it make better business sense to show us maintenance, manuals, and other info so they can push business back to their dealer network? Activate on main displayTrying to add to my 2020 Jeep Cherokee Trail Finder and get the VIN inputted and that my vehicle has been found but then APP states to touch Activate button on display but don’t see a choice of Activate button. Not worth paying forBought a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee no one told me I would only receive 3 months free of Jeep connect then you pay $17.99 a month if you want to keep using it. When you purchase a brand new vehicle it should be free for as long as you own it. No countdown timer for command start, app is very slow to respond, not set up very well and no way am I purchasing it..Version: 1.58.3

Over priced and doesn’t deliverJust bought a brand new 2023 Jeep Grande Cherokee Summit. The purchase comes with a 3 month trial of the Jeep app. So far, I am not impressed. I used the lock command and it literally always says “failed” - tried multiple times and same result (even tried on different networks). The stats of your vehicle do not update automatically. I didn’t use it for a week and logged in to find it was the same as last week. No idea how it updates. The only thing it is good for is starting your vehicle remotely if you’re too far away to use the fob. That is it..Version: 1.62.3

Wish this app worked consistentlyI had the Uconnect app with my old jeep and it worked significantly better. This app does not show updated charging status, and does not load when I refresh or ask for updated status. It doesn’t remote start, gives an error every time. The only thing that seems to work is lock and unlock, and finding the vehicle’s location. I have charging set on a schedule and it does not always charge. I had to repeatedly ask the app to charge now again this morning before it would start charging. Please fix this app..Version: 1.58.3

Jevona! Horrible and unreliableBought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L in October. App worked great until December. Fuel level, info, miles, and vehicle health has not updated in 57 days as of today! Jeep, you need to fix this. Having this software issue not fixed in almost 2 months makes Jeep owners think “Does Jeep care about customer loyalty or their safety?” This is completely unacceptable especially after spending $50k on a car. Also, my app shows I have version 1.31.6, but the App Store clearly shows an update from a month ago of version 1.4. I deleted the app and logged back in multiple times, but still don not have version 1.4. I also see that there have been reviews here stating that you (Jeep) have NOT responded to Jeep owners who have provided their vin and vehicle information to possibly have it fixed. So, please if you ask for this information, we expect some professionalism and respond appropriately with A FIX TO THIS PROBLEM! New app FAIL!Whatever you do, do not delete your old app or profile! After fighting for a few days installing and deleting your new app just to create a new account because my credentials from your previous app are not accepted, but will certainly keep you from using the same information. I finally am able to login, only to discover that the VIN scanner does not work, and manually entering my VIN number says that it is invalid. So, are you basically telling us that we get no support and lose access to all of our services because we don’t have a brand new Jeep? 2021 brand new Grand Jeep LMy husband purchased a 2021 Grand Jeep L for me in August. The dealership told me to download this app and helped me set it up. The app worked wonderfully and was actually a game changer for me 1-I could start my car from my bed and lock/unlock my doors 2-went to a football game and forgot where we parked it and the app helped locate it. It was clutch. Then the app stopped working. It’s been NOT WORKING SINCE MID NOVEMBER! and it’s not an update issue. My app is updated. It’s not a phone issue. I have a iPhone 13. It’s an app issue that needs to be fixed and not fixed by answering all the negative, but ENTIRELY TRUE, comments with “the app has been updated and you should update it because it works properly now”. Because it doesn’t. Please just FIX IT!.Version: 1.4

Worst appHighly frustrated with the application and the resolution process. Nobody at the social media dept or phone line is returning calls and each time I need help I have to wait days for a resolution specialist. Everyday I have to call for same issue Gets resolved temporarily and then next day doesn’t work. The very next day the app logs me out, and says “invalid login”. To resolve, I have to delete the app, turn off my phone and reboot, and/or change my password. This app is garbage and the support is even worse. Update: UConnect support reaches out saying contact us but I have for 2 weeks. I was advised the app is not working but they think it’s resolved however mine still does not work. Ford App is Better…& FreeThis app will regularly log you out, reset your favorites buttons and doesn’t pair well with other accessories like the Apple Watch (it use to when it was the RAM app but the Jeep app doesn’t). I also consider JEEP a less reliable brand so I’m not sure why I have to use the Jeep app when I bought a Ram which a much better reputation (yes I know they are the same company). Overall for $15/mo it’s not very user friendly. Also own a Ford and their app is free and much more reliable, also has a nice scheduling feature so you can auto start the car each day without having to remember to do it. Needs improvement..Version: 1.67.2

Jeep Sahara 4xeThis is a very glitchy app, data is almost always inaccurate and slow in updates on vehicle status. This requires a lot of work. I have a Toyota Rav4 and that app is what is an example of a useful app..Version: 1.58.3

Very limitedI've had plenty of apps that will start the car, allow temperature adjustment for the car, turn on heated/ventilated seats and steering wheel. This is the most basic app. The car has a ton of technology in it and I can only start/stop and unlock/lock the doors with the app? This is ridiculous especially for a subscription. It has more promotions and garbage on it that features. What a waste. Give the owners of the expensive cars something for all the money they've paid. $60k+ car or even a $110k car can only start and stop the car? Ridiculous. Typical American car company can't give the car owners something nice. No wonder most people buy foreign cars. Add some options and then I'll purchase..Version: 1.62.3

Very disappointed in appI have had my Jeep Grand Cherokee L since November and I have never been able to see my vehicle health (or even have that as a option to view) and my mileage will not update. Per the app, current mileage is 14mi (really it is now 6K). I have gone all over the internet looking for answers. Uninstalled app, reinstalled, hard reset uConnect nothing is working. I can unlock/lock, start remotely, send and go navigation but there is no option at all for vehicle health info. I have had previous cars with an app (my Chevy) and I always had the information at my fingertips without any issues. Here I thought I was upgrading my car, but lost some of the most basic things that I had before n my previous car that cost a fraction of the cost..Version: 1.41.6

Terrible in an emergencyI bought my car at the end of 2021. I downloaded the app and didn’t think too much about it. I think I used it once or twice to lock my car door from in the house. Today I was stranded in the middle of a wicked thunderstorm and when I got out of the car the dog stepped on the door and locked it. My purse was in the car as well as my keys, I thought no problem I will just unlock the door with the app. Didn’t work - I got a message saying “activation of service in progress” “we are configuring your vehicle” “ please try again later”. if I could get rid of this car today I would just because it did not help me in my time of need. never had this problem with Volvo!.Version: 1.41.6

I can’t believe I pay $15mo for thisFCA forced everyone to use this app for their unconnect services, including RAM truck owners like myself. I could care less if it’s a Jeep app, FCA, whatever…if I actually worked. Think about this… people spend ungodly amounts of money on their vehicles and they include this functionality that you have to pay $15mo just to use the remote lock and unlock features, and the app cannot even do that half the time. It’s absolutely shameful that a company like FCA is raking in money hand over foot and under delivering on a simple mobile app! None of the preferences stick such as adding the unlock button to the front page, it logs you out half the time and requires you to renter your entire user name and password even when you selected it to save, a good portion of the time it just sits there and spins when you hit the unlock button, then it says failed, but even when it says failed, half the time the locks are unlocked. So guess what? You have to manually check to see because the app sure as crap won’t tell you if your vehicle is secure or not. I am DONE paying $15mo to fight with this awful app that I’m pretty sure a grade schooler could have coded better..Version: 1.67.2

DOES NOT WORKFor the first 3 months (free trial period) everything worked in terms of turning on my car, and locking/unlocking in the app. After 3 months, that feature went away, had to call (and pay) to re-activate and the buttons in the app have never re-appeared to use those functions again. Been talking to Jeep directly and all I keep hearing is that their engineers are working on it. It’s been over a month and I keep hearing the same excuses and I can’t turn on my car remotely in the winter!!?? My truck is the Grand Cherokee L Summit. Hopefully no one else has the same problems. New owner app doesn’t workFor one I have to turn wifi off to get it go even login. Fuel still says full, I even opened app while digging in my new overland with it running and it didn’t update. My “preferred” dealer has to be selected every time I log in….when I’m able to log in which isn’t often. I’m wondering if my new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that I literally had built in January and picked up a week ago already needs a software update? I’m already not real happy I couldn’t get the entertainment system for rear…not available on any of the higher end models if you can believe that. Now this app doesn’t work. Worthless AppAll I simply want to do is update my dealer so I can schedule service. I’ve tried every which way I can possibly think of and this worthless app doesn’t allow it. The option on the current one listed to “Keep Dealer” is not what I want. When searching to update, I have to literally copy and paste the entire new dealer name from Google to get the search to say something other than “Failed to load more. Try again”. Even upon doing that, there is no option in the new dealer details to make it “my dealer”, only to Save, so round and round I go. Still can’t update my dealer or schedule service at a dealership other than the saved one..Version: 1.58.3

FrustratingDownloaded the app to use with my 2022 wrangler and it worked for the first 2 days (I live in Canada). I tried logging in and it keeps asking me to accept some privacy/user agreement which I do and select proceed but it keeps giving me an error message and it won’t let me use the app without this agreement..Version: 1.41.5

Doesn’t work rightThe app worked well for about two weeks. I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L one month ago. I would get live traffic updates, the weather would update. Now none of it works correctly. I’ve called Jeep and Uconnect and they don’t have any answer. I reset the NAV by holding the two buttons for 10 seconds. Nothing happened. Ended up talking to AT&T and they tried to sell me a $25 per month data program. I was told I would get 3 free months of the subscriptions. Two of the 3 do not work. Series XM radio is the only one that does work. I’ve even tried Turing on the wifi hotspot and still didn’t get live traffic or weather. Jeep/Uconnect ended up telling me to take my car to the dealership…… this is one month after I bought my brand new car. It has 950 miles on it….. very disappointed. The whole Mopar thing is so confusing..Version: 1.2

I would give it no stars if I could.The positive reviews you can guarantee were written by someone at the company and they are lying. Don’t buy the Grand Cherokee L Summit or mess with Jeep or this app. They only care about your money and not providing you a service. Read the developer’s response on every single one of these reviews and look at the times the reviews were posted and absolutely nothing has changed. My situation is 100% identical and I bought my Grand Cherokee L Summit off of the showroom floor in July. First it was putting more miles on the car than I was driving and when I started calling Jeep raising Cain about it and asked for the location data from the app a little over a month after having the car the app and everything mysteriously stops working. They start giving you excuse after excuse and telling you to take it to the dealership. The last place the location data ever worked was at the dealership when jeep had me take it there to see why the mileage was off. I was driving 28 miles a week and it was putting over a 100. They must have been fudging the numbers for mileage or trying to speed up warranties. I could check the location of my car on the app from then on and it would show it still at the dealership when I called and complained it quit showing anything..Version: 1.41.3

Fuel level, oil life, miles aren’t correct. I have a very annoying vehicle health alert that has been on my dashboard for over a month now that will not go away. The remote start and lock/unlock features do work though which is strange. The guy at the dealership said it may be a issue with my subscription but I am subscribed to everything the app offers until the end of 2022 and there is no software update available for the car itself. App doesn’t work!! Support is no helpI purchased a 2202 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve in august of 2022. Free trial worked just fine. When I went to subscribe I was told there was an issue and they agent would need to escalate to another team. It’s now been nearly 3 months and I keep getting garbage responses about “it’s still being worked on” Save your money and buy a different kind of car. Support is awful !! Very expensive for very littleI imagine the subscription renewal numbers reflect how useless this app is. If it worked, it might be worth $17.99/year but not per month. During the 11 months (not 12) that it functioned, distance numbers never showed properly on my 4xe and estimated electric range never showed at all. Not sure why you think people will actually pay for an app this bad..Version: 1.58.3

Doesn’t workI was forced to switch from the My Jeep app to this new one via the UI. I login in with the same credentials and my vehicle isn’t listed in my account, so I attempt to add it back and it won’t allow me so I call the number provided for assistance. The agent said my vehicle is listed on my account, it isn’t on my view/UI/garage in the app. I uninstall and reinstall, log back in, nothing. Attempt to add it again, doesn’t allow me. Pretty annoying to tell users of the previously working app to move to this one where it doesn’t detect the vehicles listed under the same account across apps..Version: 1.62.3

Won’t workI have had nothing but issues with this app and Uconnect in general. I have owned my new Grand Cherokee L since August and Uconnect system failed within 1st month. I had to get a whole new one….service dept is so back logged that it took forever for it to get it replaced. I signed up for this service/app and it has only worked a few times. It only seems to work when the car is running or was recently running. Defeats the whole purpose. I have deleted, reinstalled multiple times. My free trial will be over before the service department can even look at it. Very disappointed..Version: 1.3

Not all options available in CanadaDigital Glovebox not available in Canada. App is cumbersome to navigate compared to the Volvo app I used before. Setting up a dealer for service etc is also not available in Canada..Version: 1.37.6

Decent but slow & buggyFace ID doesn’t stay active. It will work once, then the app reverts to wanting a PIN for any vehicle control actions. If I go back into the menu and enable Face ID, it will work only on the next action. Rinse and Repeat. The Apple Watch app, while handy, is slow to start up, often cycling through screens saying login is required or there is no vehicle attached to the account, before eventually letting me remote start, lock, or unlock the vehicle. Also, probably a vehicle limitation rather than the app, but it would be really nice to be able to turn on the passenger heated seat when remote starting as well..Version: 1.62.3

Jeep App Stinks!I have only had my Jeep one day and I already hate this app. It doesn’t tell me anything other than my gas, very basic health data and it’s location. It also is constantly showing my dealer info.. which is t needed until NEED maintenance. What I wish this app had was a status page of the Jeep. 1. Is it running or off after I sent a command. 2. The app keeps asking for my password. I shouldn’t need to enter it in because I selected Face ID. 3. It needs a widget with basic command of Lock, unlock, open back door, and on/off. For each of these buttons there should be an identifier of each status. For instance, the On/Off button can display Red for Off and Green for On. Same goes for the door lock and back door. This isn’t rocket science people!.Version: 1.41.6

WonderingGot an email about this is my last chance to upgrade my app to consolidate everything. Think I tried the app a few months ago and first thing it wants is my VIN. Not something I carry around with me and I have other things to do than manage a convoluted app. Wondering why I couldn’t just log in with my existing credentials under the old app. Any hoot..got this last chance email even though I don’t know why it’s my last chance so another thing to wonder about…so updated the app and since the only option is to change enter the VIN I went out to my Jeep GC 2018 and attempted to scan the VIN via the app. Nope…didn’t work…strike 1…so typed in last 8 of the VIN. Strike 2…can’t add the VIN to the account…but wait…wondering what account? I haven’t logged in!? Hmm…app is telling me to call an agent…who has time for that? Come on now…these are expensive vehicles…in this day and age of technology and apps this is the experience that is offered? Wondering what the heck?! How is this a good thing? Maintenance scheduling doesn’t work1) It’s really frustrating that every response from the manufacturer tells the customer to take the issue offline/private, so the rest of us (who likely have the same issues) never get to see how it was resolved. I have to assume that it WASN’T resolved. 2) My app works to turn the car on and such, but scheduling maintenance doesn’t (and has never) worked. It doesn’t let me enter the reasons for service in the correct place, and when I try to set up an appointment, the calendar does not come up. So there is no way to select a date/time, and thus, no way to submit it. 😒.Version: 1.62.3

Worst app and support everOh my God I bought my Jeep grand Cherokee last week and all I wanted to do is get the stupid Jeep app to work and for the life of me I cannot get it to work. I put the last eight digits of the VIN number in and it does not work so when I call the service line that you’re supposed to call they forward me over to the SiriusXM guardian lion and they have no idea how to help. Horrific service as none of the people I talk to have any idea what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor just don’t bother downloading this app is it’s an absolute and utter waste of time if I could’ve given it a negative number I would’ve.Version: 1.5

Apple CarPlay will not work Jeep grand Cherokee L.I have been to two different dealerships trying to get Apple CarPlay to work in the Jeep after a two hour visit to the dealership today According to the service department jeep is going to come out with a update via the Internet before the end of the year it would be nice to have known this. My weather app does not work it says unable to find data check back later. Is all the gloss black finish good for is collecting dust and fingerprints I wish there was an aftermarket product that could be applied. The Uconnect screen shows fingerprints and when the sun shines on it the fingerprints hide the verbiage A aftermarket screen protector is needed. Next. The Uconnect app on my 2016 grand Cherokee would give me current mileage fuel remaining and several other things this one on the new jeep tells me nothing plus I don’t know how to use send and go.Version: 1.3

It’s good but badI got my 2021 Jeep GCL in December 2021 and loved this app. It always worked so fast to start my car, unlock the doors, etc and I loved that I could see my fuel levels and all that right from my phone. However, February 7th is the last day any of that has updated. It’s been 93 days now since it’s updated and there is no feature in the app that allows you to ‘refresh’ the data. I have spent so much time online trying to find people with similar issues and nothing. What’s weird is I can still unlock the doors, start the car, and see it’s location but nothing else. No health report, no tire pressure. My free trial ends next month too and so far I’m over 3 months of not being able to use this service completely. This is my first Jeep and honestly, I’m just disappointed. $50,000 on a car and the app doesn’t even work..Version: 1.41.3

Needs Major ImprovementsThe app has the potential to be useful and a great feature, but definitely not a selling point for Jeep. Compared to other brands, this app lags response time. The app SHOULD update your vehicles information upon opening the app. However, I find that 95% of the time I have to manually request an update. After requesting an update I find myself waiting up to 5 mins. to retrieve the information. Not to mention the information returned is very limited. Security features do lack in this app, it’s unable to tell you if your doors are locked/unlocked, etc. The odometer is not always correct, which takes me back to having to manually request for an update. Hands down, the only useful feature from the app is remote start capabilities, but then again it lags in response time. I do recommend the Jeep as it’s a fun vehicle, but I don’t recommend the app..Version: 1.70.3

Not greatThe app is slow and seems to be catered to the US (Canada here). Health report doesn’t really update and has level doesn’t correctly show what’s in the tank compared to in the vehicle. Would recommend just using the UConnect app over this one..Version: 1.41.3

New Jeep app is horrible and worthlessThe old Jeep app worked just fine for me and had basic information about my 2020 Jeep grand Cherokee. I had my Jeep serviced today and went to the app to see if everything was update but to my surprise the old app is not supported any longer and the application directed me to Apple Store to download the new one. I did all that and low and behold it was like I never existed and neither did my vehicle. So went thru the account sign on screen and entered the last 8 digits of my vehicle and like others have mention, it said there was an issue and it directed me to call an agent. Thought I was calling someone at Jeep, but nooooo! Call was to Sirius agent to sell me their services. After several minutes of listening to the agent I advised him I only wanted the basic service. So he connected me to Jeep rep. But that was as useless as the Sirius agent. So she directed me to Uconnect line. After 10 minutes on hold I gave up. Uncle! All I wanted was the basic services with my cars maintenance records and basic info. I didn’t think that was too much to ask for but it seems to be a big deal! Is this the way Jeep runs their business with trickery and misleading information? Last Jeep for me. LDLOVE.Version: 1.67.2
