✓ Poor support for sales of replacement cartridgesVendors who actually want to make a sale of their overpriced OEM cartridges need to enhance user convenience to make up the higher pricing. For example, low ink warnings on my MFN 428 should come with a hot link, for online purchases for that printer’s ink, for precisely the cartridges which are low; all with no more than a few clicks, and without the need for account log in (unless the user opts for it). Instead, clicking the link gets one to a vast catalog of all cartridges available for all printers, mandatory account creation and log on, and considerable research time. If I need to do all that, I’ll use my ebay account to get the many great knockoff cartridges available for half the price there..Version: 2.0.0

✓ Garbage. And ludicrously expensive.The scan pages feature is free in many other apps, e.g. HP Smart. That app can’t print decently though. I was looking to put two pages on one for a manual that I really didn’t need printed in 35pt font size. Well, to print with this app you have to sign up for a $10 monthly or $50 yearly subscription. I did. Then the app crashed. And kept crashing. Contesting my purchase with apple. This is absolute garbage. And the price is outrageous..Version: 2.2.0

✓ Deceptive practicesI feel this app is being portrayed as a free app when it is really only free for 3 days, then your credit card is charged $50 /year. If I had not been paying close attention I would not have noticed till it was too late. I wish developers would be a little more upfront instead of having to dig for the info. ✓ So bad. Go back to the old onesI had a wonderful hp printer. It did everything I wanted and needed, but I killed it. My fault. I purchased another, actually 2, they will neither scale to size nor print through Bluetooth on the one used without internet in the same exact spot my wonderful one was. The one I have at my home which does have internet doesn’t print much better. They are both PITA. I CANNOT FIND ANY THAT WILL SCALE TO SIZE. ✓ I work in it and this was very difficult to set upSomething was wrong with this model of printer took 22 hours of it support 14? Hours of personal troubleshooting and connecting to six diff devices and having all ports open on my fiber optic company's router as well as having it set to open just to months later finally be able to print my ebay shipping labels. ✓ GreedIt’s bad enough that you have to buy the printer, the ink, the paper and the programs, and still download the information but now if you want to iprint, you also have to buy another subscription every month for over five dollars a month on top of everything else. ✓ Printer is capriciousThis printer decides not to print on a regular basis. It can print one document fine, and then on the very next one, “printer not found.” If I turn it off and back on, it sometimes will then print again. Extremely frustrating! Sometimes an obscure setting keeps it from printing. ✓ Epson printerThe ink for this printer is extremely expensive. When not in use, for even a very short time, the ink apparently dries up. As a result, I have paid the price of the printer, multiple times since purchase, by being forced into buying more ink.,,,,, A minimum of 3 to 4 times per year. ✓ HP PRINTER OFFICE JET PRO8035e QUALITY CONTROLWhile the printer works, there is a message on the screen stating that “without internet connection you may loose your ability to print soon”. We are connected to the internet!. It took 2 replacements to finally get a printer that worked. In the end we were directed to a company that charged $2,000+ to straighten out the problems When I indicate PRINT from a another device such as my iPhone or laptop the first option is to purchase the HP print package. That irritates me everytime I try to print from another device to the printer. It took multiple phone calls to finally reach a person who referred us to an outside company stated above to finally get rid of the multiple problems. I had no problems with my EPSON. ✓ My new HP printerThis printer worked FABULOUSLY a week ago when I used it last and now my iPhone can’t find it. This stupid thing was pretty difficult to set up in the first place but, once it was and I figured out the UNNECESSARY app, things went smoothly. Now, however, my iPhone can’t communicate with it and I have no idea why. I’m just glad it’s just a recipe off the internet that I want printed and not something time sensitive or really important! ✓ I would not live without a printer if I could avoid cellI’ve had a printer at home for many years now. It pays for self more than you pay for it. The convenience of being able to print things out has been amazing. It’s a workhorse and I didn’t spend much money for it. Not more than $125 plus tax. Other than having to pay for anything which of course we know we have to, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the responsible response of my HP home printer. I don’t write a lot of reviews and I appreciate those who do. I highly urge everyone to go out and get it a reasonably priced HP printer. Unless you’re doing high-end work this is all that is needed and it’s a workhorse for about $119. That was a good three years ago and it’s my second printer of HP.Version: 1.9.0

✓ RidiculousIt’s a shame in this day and age that it takes a printer over an hour to connect to a device while using the HP App. Not to mention it never connected. Error, after error, after error. Not even a year old. Changed internet service and now it won’t set up manually or with your app. Bad enough it takes 5 minutes to boot up, Is this 2010? I have better things to do with my time then try to connect my computers to your printer. It should be pretty simple. Won’t ever purchase an HP again. ✓ No just noI was printing my parents documents which was 24 pages long and the pictures came out good but when i went to print them the app kicked me out 😐 I had to retake all those pictures and i had limited time to do so btw because i needed those documents asap and i got kicked out again and all my pictures were gone. ✓ Issues with WI-FII have the ET-2850 which is my first Epson. For a home unit, it seems to be pretty good, print quality is great, speed a bit slow but not too bad. My issue is the constant issues with the software that controls wireless printing, it is always dropping connections. I have to go back to the printer, re-enter Wi-Fi connection and password ( which is a Royal pain) re-establish connection with phone and then print. Now it may be a while before I print something from my phone again, and maybe it will connect and maybe it won’t….Version: 2.2.0
✓ So far so good.I like how easy this app is to use. One thing that I can’t get to work is the multiple copies per page button, in the advanced features. I click on it to make several copies on one page and when I hit print, the preview shows only one big photo, instead of four, like I wanted. Not to mention it's hooked up to my old as dirt lap top in which that came with many problems & questions in itself. I can't afford a new lap top so my son gave me his many many years ago. ✓ Crooks and AppleThis app was charged a year ago to me. I never ordered. Now it’s been charged automatically to my account again. Trying to get Apple to refund it. Their fighting me. Do not buy this piece of crap. It’s not worth the money ever. Also make sure to turn off auto renew in your setting. I am disappointed in Apple. They should never auto renewal, anything.
