✓ ADS!Can't get away from the ads, each time an ad comes up I'm forced to exit the game then reopen it because that is less hassle than hunting for the tiny 'x' to exit the ad. I will pay to remove ads forever but the only option is a subscription option. Not a great idea, the game isn't that good that it warrants a world of Warcraft type subscription. ✓ Like game but flawsI have been playing this game only a couple of months but there should be a way to remove completed games once you have finished it. Also if a player does not play after so many days then the game should resign them in lieu of us having to resign a game to be able to continue playing. I like playing people I don’t know because you can meet new friends this way but if they are losing the game just sat there for days and days. ✓ Extremely fun while brain training!I’ve been playing this game for a couple of years now. I’ve never seen another like it. It’s truly unique! It’s a mix of crosswords with pictures as clues. Some clues are partial words. It’s so fun to play and you’re exercising your brain at the same time! I’ve never had an issue with opponents playing their turn in a timely manner. In fact,my opponents play so fast I often wonder if they’re bots. Lol...everyone I’ve played is friendly too, sending a polite “good luck” message. ✓ Great game!I have been playing this game for quite some time, completing hundreds of boards with very few repeats. It is an all around fantastic game. Allowing a player to have days to play their turn during a match is one of my favorite features, it keeps games from becoming stagnant, and there’s no pressure to take a turn immediately. It’s vocabulary boosting, and also works on strategy techniques and memory skills. Updates are smooth and it has very few glitches that I’ve come across. Wonderful job designers. ✓ Fun game despite the botsIt’s a good game, but I wish they’d just tell you you’re playing the cpu instead they make out it’s a real person with obvious stock photos. ✓ Great game, annoying glitchI love this game, even with the intrusive, endless ads. Unfortunately, there’s a glitch they have not resolved. If your opponent doesn’t play all five of their letters, the app saves those letters for your opponent and will not give them to you. This means you may only have one or two letters for your last turn, effectively giving your opponent an extra turn and therefore an unfair advantage. ✓ Highly addictive!!!Really great game, very similar to ArrowWord via puzzle books I’ve been doing since a young child, over 25 yrs now. There are many frustrating elements to this game, which sometimes feels like the same is often against you, when you do not have the letters needed. Basically this game makes me feel, the winner is already collected before first letter is placed, this is unknown to each player. ✓ Fun game, Love it! But too many bots!I am really enjoying the game, there’s always available games to play & if you want an actual “fast paced” game, you can choose for that too. It does seem a bit pricey to play without ads since you can never really “own” the game. Just pay a subscription. It has an error when trying to link it to FB, which apparently they’re currently working on. ★★☞ My issue is the “players” who have actual photos as their avatars. Those photos are all stock photos. Those players show that they’re offline all day but the second I submit my turn (no matter the time of day/night), they instantly are online and make their turn. I pay a subscription while under the impression that I’m playing other players. A fair, earner win/loss. These bots are usually the ones sending random game invites and some will show they’re on a 16 game winning streak but they play horribly and I win with triple the score. ✓ Would be 5 stars…This game is amazing. However, the ads are overwhelmingly bad!! They pop up literally after everything you do! I would buy the game if it was sold for $10-15 but I’m not subscribing to a game that I have to keep paying for. I can’t give it a 5 though because…for example…I have been playing this game for a little bit, I know most of the words on the boards, but I can play against other people who will guess like 1 or 2 letters each time. Then when it gets closer to the end, and they are losing bad, they will throw 1 or 2 letters on the board and end up winning. It’s not a fair way to win, especially when 90% of the time the one player gets most of the letters on each turn. Then the other person beats you, and there is no other way to explain that. ✓ Good game in generalI enjoy the puzzles a lot and that you can play solo or with others. It’s better than some other word games out there. It is a bit annoying that I’ve only just begun (played five games ) and already clues are repeated. Not only does it make it less challenging for me, but others I play against have probably memorised the clues that come up over and over. Just one small thing I was confused with / there is a picture of a book with “a b c” and a tick as the clue. The answer was grammar. I don’t associate abc with grammar. Maybe writing , spelling , something like that , but nothing about the picture indicates grammar. Like it is refreshing but if I’m in a challenge or something my screen freezes and I can’t do anything. For I have downloaded, purchased many many games and apps and this is the only one in 20 years I have not grown bored with and unfortunately since this latest update all I get is the game loads to 35% and then the update button appears. However when I click on upgrade it sends me to the site but all that appears is the button to open it. But when I click on open all that happens is the game pops up with the update button there again. This is occurring on my iPad. My Samsung phone worked just fine. ✓ Faulty ads ruin gameTwo ads that this game uses ruin gameplay. One is for a bubble game where the music doesn’t stop after the ad does and the other is Junes Journey which, on my Ipad, is oriented wrong and therefore can’t be turned off. In both instances I have had to restart the program which has cost me a victory in their solo game. There is no way to contact the developers who for some inexplicable reason won’t give an option to remove ads that doesn’t involve paying for a subscription.
