✓ Very easy to use app - very reasonable pricesThe app has gotten ALOT smoother and easier to operate as well as intuitively understand in the past 1/2 year we have been using it. As far as products, very reasonable prices - especially for delivery. TIP: If you are signing up for monthly deliveries, join one of the ‘hydration’ programs! Talking with the drivers/deliverers, by joining this program you get a more solidified spot on the deliver routes and the prices are better!.ComputerdanVersion: 4.4.1

✓ App is okay service could be betterNot a terrible app but it falls short on several levels. For example you can’t cancel your deliveries, you have to cancel all your deliveries (which seems to also close your account) and then talk to a customer service rep before they’ll allow it. Otherwise you can only keep skipping your deliveries. Also if you enter your credit card info they hold it hostage because you can’t delete it without adding a replacement payment method..MadpadVersion: 4.6.0

✗ Poor delivery and communicationNo product delivered in February. In January full bottles left on the street. Maybe we had product in February and someone else got it from the street? They did come to the porch and fetched 7 empty bottles so seems like they would leave our full bottles. Our bill showed only a $20 credit. I thought 7 bottles would give us more credit. We can’t get answers. Phone queue is hours long. Email reply was 8 days to re-ask us to state the problem and no response We are being billed on checking account for service, though! May have to find another service after 49 years. We are elderly and it was a great effort to haul 3 5-gAllon bottles to the house in January. We normally roll them a few feet from front porch to bottom loader. Distance from our house to street is about 50-60 feet. I am sure the pandemic has played a role in this poor service but seems like we should get someone to respond!.Chasing_ninetVersion: 4.4.0

✗ Appreciate the water, but…..We have been receiving water deliveries for over two years now. When we were approached by the sales person in the store we were shopping in at the time, he told us about the rental of the water dispenser and that it included maintenance (cleaning) of the unit. Yearly cleaning pro-active maintenance is NOT included. Until recently, I could access the app to change the delivery dates, if I had extra company who consumed more water than we usually do. Now, the date of delivery is locked in. If you need more or less water, or the schedule conflicts with travel, etc., you have to schedule a separate delivery and skip your locked in delivery. Beware of this act as well! The first time I had to do this, I had to message them, as it did not arrive, yet they messaged me that it had and charged my account. The second time, it did not arrive as scheduled, and although I had ordered an additional bottle, I only received my normal amount. They raised their delivery prices, but fail to execute the deliveries properly. And, they have the audacity to want a customer to include a tip now?! I love the convenience of having a water delivery, but they could do a much better job..Deeter228Version: 4.7.0
