Too expensive now, customer service is terribleI'm very disappointed at the way this service took a turn. As a former employee of Nestlé Poland Springs I'm a loyalist to the brand. However, the cost of the bottles have skyrocketed especially since the sale to blue triton. All customer service inquiries pretty much have to be via phone if you want a response, and they charge you for that now too. The cartridge I need for my bottom load dispenser is outrageously expensive on top of the cost of water. It's also hardly ever in stock, then you're the one responsible if your cooler malfunctions because you "haven't changed the cartridge at the recommended frequency" it's a shame. Really. Buying 4 bottles of water and a cartridge past due for over $88 saves me not even $2 whole dollars. That's WITH having an annual membership of another $60. I simply can't imagine business is doing well with the way the economy is, I know I've had to consider cutting back and water unfortunately will be one of the firsts to go as it's too much of a strain to continue with terrible service..Version: 4.5.4

Great water but horrible inconvenience and customer serviceI’m writing this review due to frustration I have never experienced a company with such horrible customer service problems, you can never speak with anyone directly and the company has so many unnecessary fees when they are screwing up their customers payments? I’ve sent several emails asking for a call and no response it’s just an inconvenience but, being new to the state and currently pregnant I have no choice but to order water because I can’t carry it from the store and up my stairs. If there is a worse company on earth I’d be surprisedThe app is ok. I just can’t believe this company stays in business. I guess the only way they do is that they are a monopoly as there is no alternative water deliver service in all of the New York City. I mean, how you sell a service and literally never show up is beyond me. For 30 straight days I’ve waited for a delivery only to be texted at 8 pm that they would be delaying it till the next day, over and over again for four weeks. I called to cancel this horrible service and greeted with anger and pushback for nit wanting to be held captive by it anymore. Still I wait for this water cooler to be picked up and out my life forever..Version: 4.4.1

Can only call to cancel, water tastes like tap1) It’s ridiculous that this company does not allow you to cancel. Their answering service when you call says that the app is for your convenience but it’s clear that although they have the power to allow customers to do this, they refuse to. It’s not hard. 2) Everytime we got to the bottom of our water bottle, it tastes like tap. We don’t use any pump or machine to extract the water. We just pop off the lid and pour into our glass container. Every single bottle was like this. ReadyRefresh stole from meI have been a ReadyRefresh customer for over 7 years. After 3 years, I ordered a new cooler to be delivered. After delivery, I continued using ReadyRefresh for 4 more years. Recently I was moving to a new place here in San Antonio. I called ReadyRefresh customer service. While chatting with the service rep, he is going thru my account, he says to me “Hey, it looks like we have been charging you for 2 water coolers for the past 4 years”! I was overcharged $10 a month for the 4 years which came close to $480 on my account. I ask to be reimbursed and he says we can not reimburse for the total $480. He says we can refund you back only $65. I ask to be gifted a free water cooler for my troubles of them thieving from me and I was told sorry, can’t do that either! So I canceled my account immediately that day. I would recommend not to do business with this water delivery company. I tell family, co-workers and everyone I know not to use ReadyRefresh. Worst business intent by the companyI never needed this product and was happy with the filtered tap water. The sales rep in Costco literally pleaded and explained that the device is free and you just need to pay for water once ie two cans after a month I can cancel the recurring delivery and use my own water and the device would be mine. I did not want it but then upon her insisting and requesting, I thought like ok it’s not a big trouble, just I have to pay couple of cans which I don’t need but I did it for that sales agent. Little did I know that it was an organized scam. You can’t reduce the number of bottles below two, you can’t cancel recurring delivery, you need to pay for delivery which I was told is free. Your only option now is to keep skipping the delivery and be a slave for this company. Such companies needs to be banned in my personal opinion. Never ever go near this company unless you really need water delivery for a very high price..Version: 4.8.1

Too big! Should fail!If you don’t fit into the Ready Refresh communication box it’s very difficult to do business with them… Took me six weeks to get my delivery address changed back to my original delivery address! What is up with that! I have been buying Black Mountain Spring Water since the early 70s… That company was eventually and unfortunately purchased by Ready Refresh at some point, woefully…… Remarkably episodic bad service year after year where ever communications are involved… But eventually the guys in the field although transient, no doubt due to upper management generally, are quite good to work with… “Bless their hearts!” They put on a better face than management; can’t imagine what it’s like to work for them!.Version: 4.2.1

Great app TERRIBLE companyI had to learn on my own that these negative reviews are there for a reason. Customer service is incapable of doing anything. They can not make simple changes to your account. They can not help modify your delivery window the week before, day before, or on the day of the actual delivery. They can not compensate better service even if you're moved up the chain to a manager or supervisor. All they do is repeat practiced phrases without addressing the issue or concern or tell you they have fixed or made the necessary changes only for you to find out they did no such thing. No one in customer service is held accountable. So the company is rendered completely unreliable. I have been scheduled deliveries and pick ups, and I have either had my delivery left in the middle of the shopping center at my business location at 7am before the store is even open or had my delivery scheduled during business hours cancelled. The reason for the cancellation is always "no one at location." Needless to say that is impossible, its a store with 8 employees. And even then the times they were delivered the only thing present is a lizard in the middle of a shopping center. And its left out in the open for the whole world to steal. I have received better customer service by COMCAST and thats saying more than a lot.. thats a ridiculous standard. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with these guys. Its excruciatingly BAD. THE WORST.... NoListen. If I can describe to you the disappointment I have in this company. They will deliver the wrong amount. Have bots on the app, bots when you call, telling you that there’s no representative that can help you. They respond to your emails with in 4-7 business days like they need to ship you a response, an even that’s a bot, a very unhelpful one at that. I never received my dispenser, it’s been almost 2 weeks an my waters I bought are useless with out it. I tried contacting them with no hope. I went to just rent one , but I need a $27 minimum. What else could I buy if I have waters that are useless an I can’t use them. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!If I could give this entire company and their horrible service zero stars, I would. Nearly every delivery I had was late. The most recent one was supposed to come December 27th. It is now January 5th and I still have no idea when my water is coming. Every day I got a notification saying “your delivery is coming tomorrow”. “Tomorrow” came and went and nothing happened. I called multiple times looking for a reason and all I got was “we’re having operational challenges. The customer service reps didn’t even seem to care that they have unhappy customers. Finally, I cancelled my account today. After I cancelled my account, they still charged my bank hours later. When I tried to call them about it they hung up before speaking to me 5 times. Terrible customer serviceYou would think that you would have your customer service notify with either a text, a note with last delivery, an email or a call to notify that you need to verify a credit card or payment method. For too many years we’ve been customers and as seniors its not always easy to navigate your app. No phone number listed we had to research it and it even sounds like they’re out of the country. Our order for may 5th was skipped by you so when it didn’t come we rescheduled for the 15th. Then today the 15th comes and it shows skipped again. I researched to find the number and they just needed my new card number since I’ve always been on auto pay. My bills are paid immediately and i even took your membership I asked them to please reschedule right away since we have no water and am told it wouldn’t be until June 5th. UNACCEPTABLE! Out of water I asked for them to contact a supervisor and see if they could get some out this week and was told to go on the app and see if I could get a sooner date. The app is no good. It gave the same date. Im looking into Costco and their delivery service next. We’ve been ordering 3-4 large 5 gal bottles for many years but you’re losing us. Ok App, AWFUL Customer ServiceThe app works fairly well. You can change your order or reschedule it without any difficulty. However if you have problems, their customer service is truly awful! You can no longer get ANYONE on the phone for urgent issues, and according to the response I received, it will take “5-7 days” to hear back from someone. I have been a member of this service since February of 2021, and twice now my order has been marked as delivered when it was not. The first time it happened several months ago I was able to speak somewhere on the phone. That is no longer an option, so all you can do is “send a message.” Considering I’m about to be charged for an order I did not receive, I am quite upset that it is going to take so long for the issue to be addressed. Terrible customer experienceIn the past 10 days prior to this review submission, my scheduled deliveries were repeatedly cancelled and rescheduled by RR. I’m sure there’s a reason for the repeated cancellations but RR haven’t cared enough to include an explanation in all instance. I live in an apartment and there are other flats beside mine that gets their bottles picked up and water delivered. And each day I get a notice saying my delivery has been pushed to the following day. There’s been at least 7 of such reschedules in the aforementioned 10 days. It doesn’t end there. One cannot reach RR on phone. Only via messages through the App. I sent messages and the only return email stated that my concern will be addressed in 2 business days. However the following day I received another deathly reschedule. 😡 Worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. I’ll henceforth buy my replacement water bottles whenever I drive to HEB. Hmm!During the pandemic, this company has been a savior for me and my family. I will never forget that. Deliveries were always on time. I was so proud to reference Ready Refresh to other people. But, recently I lost my job and I wanted to cancel my subscription. I did that but, surprisingly I received an email saying that I have to let them know why I wanna leave the company. After that I received a call from customer service telling me the same thing. I told them that I sent a request to the company about the cancellation. The lady on the phone said yes and I also told her that they have to cancel the upcoming delivery because I don’t have money to pay for it. She said ok. Next week I received a delivery that I told them to cancel because I don’t money to pay for it. Now I keep receiving emails and now you sent a case to debt collector for $90+. When I was subscribing to that plan, no one in that company ever asked me why I want to use their services but, when I wanted to leave, you keep harassing me about what I wanna leave instead of cancel the order, the subscription, etc..Version: 4.8.1

Keep getting deliveries I don’t wantThey were great until they started outsourcing to third parties and failed to tell anyone that the third party doesn’t get the delivery date changes that you make in the ReadyRefresh app. Two months in a row I’ve gotten deliveries that I have cancelled or skipped. And since they don’t deliver to my house, 25 cases of water gets delivered to my elderly in laws driveway. So twice my husband has had to leave work to get water deliveries we didn’t want and I get charged $130 each time. I called the third party and cancelled today and they told me that they do not get delivery changes from this app, yet they didn’t have any problem getting my credit card info from this app and charging it for deliveries that I didn’t want. I’ll be reversing charges from here on out since asking twice for my acct to be cancelled hasn’t worked..Version: 4.7.0

Where to begin?The app got this low a rating because I just realized that the product offerings on the website, and those on the app, appear to be different. I found the app hard to use, as when I filtered for San P, I couldn’t see one of the products in stock that I’d just added, IN the app, to my cart. Overall, I’ve had a ton of issues with RR in general. But, now there seems to be issues with the app too. It’s really unbelievable. I spend over $1000 s year with RR, and the disappointments just seem to never end. My husband will only drink Poland Spring. That’s the only reason we stay with them. Customer service is impossible to reach by phone. Driver is friendly enough, but had to be asked to please put the cardboard boxes in the part of our porch which has an overhang (up against the house), instead of leaving them at the edge of the steps, exposed to the elements. Do not buy from themDeliveries are always late or rescheduled on short notice, can never get a representative over the phone as the automated voice service hangs up, canceling is difficult because they do not utilize the chat function or messages, as I have sent an email out two weeks ago that they’ve never responded to, and they do not remove you from autopay which makes it difficult to get refunds for services you don’t use. Takes forever to even get your deposit returned. Listen to me as I am a real person and not the fakes who are leaving reviews. Just a shame they wasted my time so many times and came to my doorstep with this nonsense. Absurd!.Version: 4.4.0

It’s ok not greatGreat delivery always on time and on schedule how ever poor customer service when you try to cancel account you have to email and wait for someone to reach out . Although your card is linked to the account when ever a delivery is scheduled money isn’t automatically taken out you have to go on the app and pay yourself after each delivery. I unfortunately had gotten my money taken out automatically twice then for some reason they stopped. And i had an over due balance of $197. which is a crazy amount. definitely save your money. i tried to cancel my account for two months within that whole thing had received a delivery that i was to late to cancel because they’re automated deliveries and you manually have to skip it..Version: 4.3.0

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER DEALT WITHI have had gotten Ozarka delivered through ReadyRefresh since January and I’ve had the worst experience with a company that I’ve ever had. I’ve had deliveries be more than 1 week late and had to call 5+ times in just a few days to try to get to correct. I’ve had auto-scheduled deliveries never delivered and absolutely no one reached out to reschedule. I now moved and attempted to update my address every way and it was not updated, it was cancelled. I was promised coupons that were never applied. I’m beyond frustrated with this service my search showed that this is the only company that delivers ozarka. Every time I attempt to call ReadyRefresh it’s also a 30+ minute wait for customer service and they are rude. I’d really like to never deal with them ever again and am searching for a different way to get water because no company should ever cause a client this much stress.Version: 4.2.2

Cannot follow directions!If I can give you zero to negative star I would. I have called at least 3 times to provide instructions to get to my house. Out of 4 deliveries, only one person has SUCCESSFULLY made a delivery. I cancelled my account, made arrangements to have the empty bottles picked up and still they cannot pick up anything. How can you “successfully deliver” anything when you have either not pick up the empty bottles or even deliver the bottles??!! I will never use them again!!!! Worst company EVERWhere do I even begin after six years of loyal service? Customer service: nonexistent. Pricing: not only through the roof, but they have increased it FIVE TIMES.... and all during COVID! Deliveries: they'll switch days on you with no prior communication, so good luck with that. I'm writing this as I'm on hold with them, there is complete silence on the other end (so I have no idea if I'm even still connected), and it's been over thirty minutes. I need to close my account since I'm moving across the country (in a matter of days 😬), and I've been trying to reach them for WEEKS. Like, what am I supposed to do with the water cooler and extra jugs if I'm 3,000 miles away? Do I leave that stuff out on the street? Will I get charged for that? Should I be calling my lawyer already?! Ok, they finally picked up, so apparently I was, indeed, on hold. The person I spoke with was actually good at her job, but I still can't recommend this company. The app itself is surprising good, but the company as a whole is dreadful. Never ever ever will I return to them, and that's a shame since they deliver legitimate spring water and not just filtered water. That in itself is the ONLY reason I stuck around for so long. Poor delivery and communicationNo product delivered in February. In January full bottles left on the street. Maybe we had product in February and someone else got it from the street? They did come to the porch and fetched 7 empty bottles so seems like they would leave our full bottles. Our bill showed only a $20 credit. I thought 7 bottles would give us more credit. We can’t get answers. Phone queue is hours long. Email reply was 8 days to re-ask us to state the problem and no response We are being billed on checking account for service, though! May have to find another service after 49 years. We are elderly and it was a great effort to haul 3 5-gAllon bottles to the house in January. We normally roll them a few feet from front porch to bottom loader. Distance from our house to street is about 50-60 feet. Worst service everI’m am done with this company!! Their prices keep increasing and their customer service keeps failing. I’m currently paying $9.99 a bottle and $8.99 delivery fee. Unbelievable!! I have been waiting for my current delivery since 24 November and it has been rescheduled 7 times!! I am done and the best part you can’t call the company to cancel—no phone number listed anywhere. I finally sent a message thru the app and it states I should get a response in 5-7 business days. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I did appreciate not having to haul 5 gallon bottles from the store but it’s no longer worth it. I will be going to Walmart to get Primo water, which truly tastes better anyway, for $6.50 a bottle. Incredibly unreliableEditing my review: This company is absolute trash. They now are making you call 2 days before delivery to pick up the empty bottles that they charge you for if you don’t leave them out. Oh and a good kicker, their wait times are 25 mins so hope you have this spare time in your life. Otherwise they charge $20 when a delivery driver does not pick up the empty bottles you leave out. I now have a growing collection of 12. ————————————- As the time goes on, this company only gets worse. There’s barely ever a delivery that I get on the original scheduled date and, once it gets rescheduled, it’s guaranteed not to come for the next week (at least!). Can’t change delivery DatesI’m really unhappy that you changed my delivery dates without asking me. I’m even more unhappy that you have taken away my ability to modify my delivery dates and no one is answering my emails. You changed my delivery dates to a Monday and I need it changed back to the previous Thursday. I know you still deliver to my area on Thursday since I see the delivery truck. I need it changed back by you since I can no longer fix the dates in your app. Also, Nestle has changed the flavor of it’s Drinking Water. It now has distilled water mixed in. Poorest ServiceI have not received my order on time but ONCE and that was the first month. Every single month since my scheduled deliveries have been pushed back. I was charged a $20 late fee. So, why isn’t ReadyRefresh charged a late fee or my account credited for the company constantly & consistently being late with my deliveries? It is now February 22, 2022. My scheduled delivery was for February 11th. Every day beginning February 10th, my delivery has been rescheduled. I’m still waiting for my water. I’ve had to go to the store and purchase bottled water in the months past, including this month, because this company is failing to meet its obligations. This is utterly ridiculous! Good luck keeping customers!!!Not only have I had very few deliveries on time but you have raised your prices a couple dollars at a time at least 2-3 times within a 3 month span..Inflation is not a reason to pass this price hike onto customers..billion dollar companies should take the L…I wouldn’t have as much of a problem w a price hike if you didn’t prioritize members for delivery times and it care about the other paying customers..raising your prices to ridiculous levels in that short a time is not going to work..when I started this service a little over a year ago, I was paying somewhere between 5-8 dollars for a 5 gallon jug of water…now…15!!!!!!…Thats not it guys..revisit your marketing and prices and figure out why none of your drivers are getting tipped..absolutely horrible customer service on top of outrageous prices..not to mention being rescheduled every single delivery I get..and your drivers never leave the correct amount. Very flawed serviceI wish more than anything this service worked better than it does. I don’t have a problem with the product or the the delivery. All the product arrives on time with lots of notifications allowing you to manage a better time or postpone if prior engaged. My problem is mainly with the app itself and the website itself, which is a big problem. Both the app and website run at a snails pace and almost make them both impossible to navigate and manage. The fact that literally every time I have attempted to change product or change product delivery dates for future orders is met with an error message on both the app and the website has made me lose patience and interest in continued service. My advice is to fix your app and website , if the interface your customers use to purchase your product doesn’t work , you will never sell your product..Version: 3.0.2

Delivery quantities always wrong, always rescheduling, the worst customer serviceI’m in NYC and don’t want to lug tons of cases of bottles around. Been using this app for a couple years now and I’m finally done with it. They consistently short me on my order. They’ve increased prices. The app is terrible and gives no access to actual live customer support. You have to call them to get literally anything done. And the call wait times are always 30 mins +. And today I can’t even get put on hold - simply “all agents are busy” and if hangs up. If you have ANY other water delivery service in your area, use them instead. I’ve finally given up. Going to delete my account and use Instacart or something. Do not give this company your money..Version: 4.3.0

Service stinksThe app allows you to think you can adjust your delivery date but then you get messages that they rescheduled your rescheduled date. Can’t tell if drivers are unwilling or unable to switch routes but they shouldn’t make it seem like you can request a new date if logistics don’t allow it. Asked for a new date, first available was three days out. Got a message the night before new date (mind you, 7 pm the night before) that was pushed back another day. The next day got a message at 8 pm that was pushed back three days bec of the weekend to a Monday. Then got an updated message that they’d be able to deliver on Saturday, but then on Saturday got a message that it would take another two days, so now would be Tuesday delivery! If you can’t make it happen then just turn off the feature in the app or tell people in the app that you temporarily can’t make changes so we can make other plans. Really, really disappointed in service. Will be looking for other services soon..Version: 4.3.0

UnreliableMore often than not, my delivery doesn’t show up or it gets rescheduled multiple times. I’m always leaving my empty bottles for the delivery person in my apartment building hallway, which annoys the neighbors. They never respond when I reach out about missing deliveries or deliveries that get moved multiple times in a row. If they do respond, it’s like they are responding to something else entirely. You can’t call because they have a message saying customer service by phone isn’t available due to Covid, really?? I use this for my office and it’s fine. Residential service is a nightmare and I even pay for the premium membership. What’s the point of you never get your deliveries??? I have searched high and low for ANY other water delivery service in my area and this is my only choice. I’m so frustrated and disappointed. Customer service is a thing of the past. Appreciate the water, but…..We have been receiving water deliveries for over two years now. When we were approached by the sales person in the store we were shopping in at the time, he told us about the rental of the water dispenser and that it included maintenance (cleaning) of the unit. Yearly cleaning pro-active maintenance is NOT included. Until recently, I could access the app to change the delivery dates, if I had extra company who consumed more water than we usually do. Now, the date of delivery is locked in. If you need more or less water, or the schedule conflicts with travel, etc., you have to schedule a separate delivery and skip your locked in delivery. Beware of this act as well! The first time I had to do this, I had to message them, as it did not arrive, yet they messaged me that it had and charged my account. The second time, it did not arrive as scheduled, and although I had ordered an additional bottle, I only received my normal amount. They raised their delivery prices, but fail to execute the deliveries properly. And, they have the audacity to want a customer to include a tip now?! I love the convenience of having a water delivery, but they could do a much better job..Version: 4.7.0

Awful service lately and increased delivery chargeBefore- no delivery charges, then later added $3 and a limit of 3 bottles per delivery, in home Delivery pre -Covid ( At the time, two of my neighbors across the street also gets deliveries too, I see the trucks on my street 3 different times in one day and see it later on in the week as well (awful planning routing system on Poland Spring). This is still happening.) Post Covid- must use App to change, add, cancel delivery, a service charge will occur if you opt to talk to a real person, delivery only outside, on porch. Present- delivery is left in the driveway, did not pick up empty bottles, won’t come back until next months delivery to pick up bottles, $7.49 delivery charge, no warning of increase in prices. Suspected future deliveries - I will have to take off truck myself, and load the empties onto the truck when driver pulls up in front of house and honks!!!! App is frustratingApp does not allow for anything complicated or complaint in a timely manner. We pay a lot for water and cannot resolve problems/ issues re delivery, pick up of empties, problems with equipment. It should not be difficult(or impossible) to contact customer service. I HATE THE APP. Provide a number that gets to customer service and pay someone to answer the phone. I buy dog food from chewy, use the app/ web site often, but when I call I get a person right away, and my problem is solved. For that reason alone I will keep doing business with them. I am actively working on leaving ready refresh specifically due to lousy customer service over the phone. Delivery guys are great. Terrible CompanyRedi fresh is one of the least reliable, least customer service friendly, least communicative companies I have ever worked with in my life. you randomly change the delivery dates, completely oblivious to the fact that people are dependent upon the delivery of water for a variety of cooking, and hygiene needs. You are completely and communicative about the fact that a credit card has expired, scheduling deliveries that you know won’t take place because the credit card hasn’t been updated without even bothering to tell me that the credit card has expired. App and website are awfulI am so surprised that there are so many 5 star reviews. The products are fine but the app and website are very frustrating to use. I have a stack of 4 sports cap bottled water cases because they keep sending them although I was under the impression that I stopped the service. When I go to the website, it says that I have no future deliveries and it says my last delivery was in December but I have the water and the email showing I got a case in March. And I have no other choice but to pay because it’s on autopay. Maybe somehow there are two accounts under my name? I called about this before yet I continue to get the unwanted cases. I don’t even drink that type of water anymore and we now get the sparkling water from the store. I would love to get it through the website or the app but it doesn’t allow me to update or change my order. The website is clunky and unclear. I’m unable to log into the app. Every time I put my credentials in, I just get an error message. You would think such a large company would be able to improve and streamline their IT issues. I have been experiencing these insufficiencies for many years..Version: 3.0.2

Poor communication and unorganized, happy to be free!I was having trouble with the app bc every time I “skipped” a month they would charge and deliver water anyway until I got sick of it and called to cancel my account. When I called the guy was super nice and convinced me to keep my account and he delayed any deliveries until October so I was told. I scheduled a pick up for all my empty bottles I guess since I live on the 3 floor the guy just looked from downstairs and claimed he didn’t see anything. When I called they said my account was already closed and there was never a pickup scheduled (after many confirmation emails and texts from them) so I was like you know what that’s perfectly fine. I can’t wait for them to this stuff out of my home so I don’t have to call these people again. The poor communication, lack of notes taken under my account when I called and lazy delivery guys, I’m so happy to be free!.Version: 4.8.1

This almost worksTechnology almost works but just misses. I get alerted via the app and email and text that my deliver is coming on a certain day and time and then I wait around all day and it doesnt show up. I understand that things happen and deliveries can get delayed but I dont get text or email when that happens. When I go to check the app it says a new day and time. Well, that should synchronize and let me know. Either use alerts well or just limit it to the app. Very frustrating to rely on technology that tricks you into a false sense of thinking you know when a deliver will arrive..Version: 4.3.0

Unsatisfied customerThe rep I signed up with lied about providing promotions. I have been on the phone with operators and emailed back and forth via email and they tell you anything to get rid of you. I have been without water for a month. I was promised a 50 dollar bill credit for a referral then 2 separate ops stated they would apply coupons to make up for it via email and over the phone. They constantly lie and refuse to let you speak to a supervisor even when I said I would hold as long as it takes. I was told my water would be here on that Monday. I specifically asked you wouldn’t be lying to me would you but I am still two more weeks without water.Version: 4.8.1
