✓ Too many ads!I like the game but after every word search puzzle, there is a 30+ second ad. If you want to go on to the reward puzzle, you have to watch multiple ads to get to it. The rewards are too few so they are used up quickly. if you need a hint when stuck, you must spend money to get one. No thanks! Too many other good games out there to waste my time with this one. ✓ Ads are now intrusiveEnjoyed this until now. Finish a game and ad starts. Runs 5 seconds and X appears in upper right. Used to be you click on X and it would go to screen of sponsor. Click Done and you’re back in game. Now you click X and goes to screen of sponsor and then Done but goes back to another 5 second ad. Sometimes 3 times. Was good to play but not now. Probably delete it if this doesn’t change..Version: 2.4.8

✓ Game keeps crashingI have loved this game for several months. However, when I click on it to start playing where I left off at somehow there’s just a white screen. Therefore, I checked to see if there was a recent update but it wasn’t. As a result, I deleted the game and downloaded it again. I had to pay for ads to be removed AGAIN. It started me from the very first level 😡. I got back in the groove of playing the game again. However, it crashed again and forced me to repeat the previous steps but this time I refused to do so it’s likely that I’m gonna just delete the game find something else to play!.Version: 2.1.7
✓ Goodbye Word CardI love word games. I have quite a few on my phone. When I discovered Word Card, I was really pleased. Why? Because it’s fairly demanding as you progress to higher levels and one needs a more than decent vocabulary level to play. But I’d noticed several reviews weeks ago, some complaints about losing access to the game and only getting a white screen when clicking on the game’s icon. Well yesterday, it happened to me. I’ve rebooted my phone, tried to get into the game many times, but no success. Some players have posted that they deleted and reinstalled the game, but all levels and prizes were gone. They had to start over. I’m not doing that, only to probably have it happen again. Also, I’ve noticed that unlike many other games, no one from the company posts responses to issues. So, although Word Card quickly became one of my favorite games, it’s time to say goodbye..Version: 2.4.0

✓ RipoffI have been playing this game for several months and really love it. however last night I had five rockets and approximately 3,500 coins on top. When I went to open my nightly prize, my rockets were all gone and my coins had been reduced to 1,600. I am not sure if I lost any of my 110 letter options. But anyway I had just spent $9.99 less than a week ago and had only used part of it so I deleted the app because I can live with many other things but not losing money..Version: 2.3.8

✓ FrustratingSo I downloaded this game a few months ago. I opted in the beginning to pay for no ads which was great in the first couple of weeks. Surprise one morning the ads were back with a vengeance. I reached out via the app with no reply so stupid me paid again. Now my butterfly garden is stuck and won’t advance. I’m once again going to reach out to see if I get a reply. If not I’m done. Too many free games out there to get addicted too! So it’s been a few weeks and I updating my review. Butterfly garden is still stuck with no response from developers. I’m almost on level 4000. I pay this game every day. Today, once again the ads are back. ✓ Stopped workingI have an iPhone 12 and after a couple of months of playing the game will no longer open. The screen comes up as if the game is loading and just sits there. So disappointed. This was my favorite game. I haven’t deleted it because I’m hopeful the bug will be fixed..Version: 2.4.8

✓ Forced TrackingI opened the Game today and a pop up asked to Track me across the Internet. Yes was highlighted and No was Grayed Out. So the option not to be tracked I couldn’t Choose. ✓ Daily bonus a jokeI really enjoy playing this game so the daily bonus is just that, a bonus. To test the daily bonus I played the first gift all the month of April. Never got the maximum bonus. Ok, I’ll try the middle box all May, same results. Now I just finished picking the last gift box for all of June. Guess what? No maximum coins. My question is why give us a choice if it is always the lowest amount possible? Is that fair? Just say, “ Here’s your daily bonus of 20/25 coins”..Version: 2.0.3
✓ The “forever” adHave been playing this for a while and it’s OK, if somewhat too simple, didn’t even mind the ads too much since most of them are short BUT it recently started running an ad (“you might like this” at the top) with which will NOT go away no matter how long you wait. Only way to continue playing is to exit the app and return some time later (not right away, the ad is still up). Have deleted other apps because of this particular ad and am doing it again. ✓ STOPPED WORKING, FREEZES PHONEI really have enjoyed this game for the relatively short amount of time that I’ve been playing it. About two weeks ago it stopped working. I would tap on the icon for the game and a white page would open and would stay and eventually the app would just shut down. I deleted the app off my phone and download it again but that took me back to the beginning which means all of my earned points and levels were gone. I think since I download it again, it worked twice. Today I tried to open it and it stayed on the white page, and would not close. I could not get to any other apps or function on my phone so I ended up having to shut my phone off and restarting it again at which point the app of course had closed but I’m not sure if I really wanna try to open it again if that’s going to happen. Let me know when you’ve fixed it and I’ll come back to the game I really enjoyed. Otherwise, I’m out..Version: 2.1.7

✓ Not what they advertiseI am getting so tired of games that advertise within other games showing gameplay that doesn’t seem to exist once you download and play. This one shows a game of selecting the right word for a particular context. I played over 50 rounds of this game and that game never appeared. It’s just another game of finding words within certain groups of letters and in that is totally NOT unique in any way ... tons of other similar games. Once I find this quality ... or lack thereof ... ✓ Figured out the fireflies. Fun game but very flawed. Skill doesn’t matter much.Don’t give up because it is easy. The first several hundred levels are easy but the game gradually gets more difficult and challenging. There are 15,000 levels! Directions are minimal, leaving things for you to figure out yourself by poking around or observation. This makes the game more fun. This game is very satisfying and I recommend it, regardless of its imperfections, many already stated in other reviews. There are thousands of words the game doesn’t recognize. But the worst thing about this game is the stupid “extra words.” These words don’t count towards filling up the card and there are thousands of them, and you can use them only once to earn a coin! This means you will be using the same common words words over and over and over again. This also means skill doesn’t matter much since the designers artificially have made it difficult to fill up cards. This gets worse the higher you go. This is very frustrating, especially when you’ve entered three or four good words but the game refuses them all! The designers did this on purpose, hoping you’ll get tired of looking for words and use your hints up, thus trying to force you to PAY for coins instead of earning them to buy hints. Offering the purchases is ok, but to try to force it the way they do is just plain greed..Version: 2.5.1

Recently the app has been freezing, to the point it won’t let me get out of the app. I try to restart the phone and it won’t allow me to turn off phone. I’ve erased content settings to no avail. ✓ Same tired old gameNot what was advertised on the screen that interrupted my solitaire game. It was advertised as a game that had long lists of items, with the goal of quickly selecting those items that fall into a specific category ie: Items you can drink, animals that live in trees, games children play etc. Instead it is just another tired old version of “crossword” and the portion that was advertised is probably a mini game that you get to after dozens of boring, easy crossword games. In its favor, it is ruthless in not accepting text slang, curse words and common misspellings. But to its ultimate downfall, it outright ignores or fails to recognize FAR too many real words to actually be fun. ✓ WordCardI luv playing this game- I call it my anti-Alzheimer’s game. But lately there’s just too many issues ,it’s taking the fun out of it. Maybe I’m wearing it out-who knows. Just when I get on a roll the game freezes up and after several times of freezing, it just closes on its own! I attempt opening again, but either it doesn’t respond or it keeps closing Now when the ads are playing, it freezes, especially on a certain ad- the 3-D triple match- it just locks. ✓ Ads Are Very Frustrating!I downloaded this game a couple weeks ago. It started off fine. After playing some puzzles the ads started to come in. I get that the ads pay for the game but the past few days I have played an ad pops up after every completed game. I can deal with that as well. The issue I am having is that the ad keeps going and there is no way to click it off to play the next level. I have waited up to a minute and kept waiting to see the little “x” that usually shows up when the ad is done. Now I literally have to completely close out the game and restart it in order to play the next puzzle. If this continues over the next few days I will be deleting the game..Version: 1.0.7

✓ Bait and switch?Does “they keep moving the goalposts” mean anything to you? I really like word puzzles. I have 3 different kinds on my phone and two iPads. But here you work and work to get to the level where you open another “crate” hoping for clues to collect. When you get to that level it is suddenly changed to 20 higher. ✓ Horrible! Pushing Fraud Products with Lies!Oprah came out on Instagram saying she has nothing to do with the gummies that supposedly help you lose weight quickly! They have stole her image, cut videos and made up ads that look like they are hers and this horrible game keeps pushing them! One of the ads says “My boyfriend hates me because I am fat” then it shows her losing weight too fast. Extremely unacceptable and unhealthy to women! ✓ Too many issuesDon’t waste your time with this game. For weeks I’ve sent emails to them know that once you complete a certain percentage of the butterfly rounds you can get anymore butterflies no matter how many chrysalis you collect. I just completed the “update” that’s supposed to fix “minor bug issues” and still can complete the butterfly collection. I’ve been sitting at 97% on the second collection for weeks..Version: 2.2.7
