✓ Filling in the form.The problem is that it is a holiday and filling in forms tends to make you panic. This time was a bit easier but I still should not have filled in the preface form about international travel. I panicked and filled it in. This meant that later on I couldn’t fill in a date requirement because it would be done automatically after I left the page. Anyway by the time I figured this out I was wrecked. My fault entirely but maybe clearer warnings or more info would help. Love Spain - been going over to various places for over 50 years - never any problem. PHILIP WHITE.Version: 4.8.0

✓ RefinementYou should provide the option to start form as family. Besides, at the end of the form when asked if the passenger is a minor you already know that. The ability to upload QR from the email sent (in case it was done via web app) can be a handy feature too. Finally, when asking the origin of the flight. It does say “flight” in the app but “trip” in the web app..Version: 4.6.1
✓ Form needs some minor adjustsIt’s fairly strait forward but tends to remove information in fields already completed if you make changes to other areas. Field for floor not applicable for everyone but doesn’t allow to progress. Pfizer vaccine is the SARS Cov-2mRNA option. Could be easier if Pfizer listed under it’s name. Otherwise OK. Once QR generated makes travel so easy..Version: 4.2.1
✓ Starting over with every family member can be improvedFor every member I had to indicate the same permanent address, flight dates and details, holiday address… This was a massive waste of time. It would be great if there was a flight group/party and I could add their names / details /certificates but using all the other information from my trip..Version: 4.9.2
