✓ Really enjoyableI want to start by saying I have never deposited any money in to this app and do not intend to therefore my opinion does not relate to the higher level cash games. This is a fun bingo game that you can play for gems with daily bonuses etc and when you get 1200 gems you can enter a tournament for real money. I have done this three times and twice won money (a couple of pounds) which I then used to play the £1 games. Some of which I won and others I lost (currently I have no money left!). So basically with that in mind I have found this to feel like a very fair game that is definitely winnable and certainly if you’re a bingo fan worth giving a go. But I withdrew £5 that I’d won, there was a £1 handling fee so that left me with £4 (not complaining, money is money!) which was paid into my bank account the next day. ✓ I was surprised!I had withdrawn about $48 to my PayPal. It said it would be processed within 14 days. At first I thought it would take a very long time. However, within just 20 minutes, I actually got the payment! I was pretty surprised at how quick that was. Keep in mind, in order to actually win money or be able to withdraw a good amount, you’re gonna have to put money into the game. And don’t waste your money of course. Be responsible. You are gambling after all. For me, I put in about $5 once a week. Which is not bad. That way when I put $5 in, I can easily play in cash tournaments and have more gems. But if you don’t put just a little bit of money into this game at all, then you’re not gonna win or be able to play anything. You’ll just be stuck at $1 or something. ✓ Fun game for sure but you regularly need to deposit more money to keep playing.It’s a super fun & addictive game and I really like the new, faster pace version! There are some little “tricks” you should learn before paying for the bigger tournaments but they’re super helpful! As for winning, I’ve “won” a total of several hundred dollars over the past couple months, however, I’ve also had to spend the same amount to play and that’s important to know. It is gambling at the end of the day so just be careful and have fun. One tournament may be $12 to play and 1st place may be $50 but 2nd place is $8, 3rd place os $1 etc. etc. so for the most part, unless you get first place you’re losing money on every game. There’s one game that’s all gems only, but you need over a thousand of them to play (which costs money) and then there’s a couple that are $1 + 600 gems and a $3 & $5 one. I really enjoyed the game, but ultimately had to delete it because I can’t afford to keep depositing money, which I was averaging about $50 a week, give or take. ✓ Money Taken From Account UNAUTHORIZED!!I was charged on my bank account from this app and it wasn’t for purchases I made. I reached out to the support team of this app and after sending in EVERY document they requested from me showing the charges (since they “didn’t see it”) they haven’t wrote back. I was charged on July 29th, messaged them about it on July 30th when I saw the notification list from the app, they wrote back asking for my July statement. I sent it to them as soon as I got it and I haven’t heard back from them since August 4th. I’ve tried to email them multiple times since then, I still haven’t heard back. I still haven’t received a refund. I still haven’t received the money credited to my account.. as of today, I deleted the app. So at this point they’ve waited too long to do anything about it. I am writing this review as a fair warning to anyone interested in downloading it. I will now be reaching out to Apple support about the charges I received. ✓ FunThis is a fun app for those moments when you’re bored or in need of distraction I suppose. The app is easy to navigate, the games are straight forward, and it’s simple to choose which games to play. I like that there are options for paid games that use diamonds as well as cash, if that’s your preference. I also like that the free games are unlimited if you accrue enough diamonds to play the 20 diamonds per round fee. It’s so easy to rack them up so there’s always games to be played. My only issue with this app are the pop ups begging for money. The ones asking me to deposit funds into my account and then the others offering bingo games for set dollar amounts. I understand the need to have revenue for your app and you get that from people buying into your games, but pop ups constantly throughout using the app is overkill and actually has the opposite effect for me. It makes me never want to play those paid games. I am not suggesting that all pop ups be removed, but perhaps they should be used less often. I was a bit dubious about this when I see it, as a lot of apps and sites that are about nowadays are seriously fraudulent. I've paid in, I've won! then I chose to carry on playing and I lost as you will do. Then I put some more money in and won! not major amounts don't think you are going to win huge amounts of money because your not! Like every gambling game out there.. they are there to make money not give it away. I won 60 pound so I chose to withdraw! There is a Withdrawal fee of 1 pound I was like meh okay leaves me with 59. Then I got a email saying we have received your withdrawal request and will be processed within 2 to 14 working days also a 1 pound handling fee! I was like meh, leaves me with 58 pound! this was on a Sunday. Now I was like this is where we see if this is real or not. And will I receive the funds? You have to play awhile to build up to the prize pool of $300 or so and then to play you have to bet about $78. Big risk I’m not willing to take just to win half that pool. For 4 months I wrote down every deposit and withdraw from this game and after playing roughly 100 games, I am out about $30. The developers are clever as each paid game you enter has money prizes up for grabs, but the total prize pool is always less than what all the players put in which is where they make their money. But I prefer this because it means I know I’m playing against REAL people and actually have a chance of winning. There are a lot of pop ups, sometimes too many, but some do offer pretty good value though such as our £20 in receive another £12 for free etc. The more you play the better you’ll get, however, you are matched to those of similar skill and therefore the more you play the better your opponents will be. I’d suggest playing the rookie tournament to start with as it’s only 80p and finishing in the top 2 guarantees a profit (even 3rd you only end up losing 30p) and for those who want to play for the big money, I won £47 from one game today! If you are like me and don’t want to pay, but still have expectations of winning money here, forget it. You can win all day long in the free games but will notice a major difference in the draws for paid games once you’ve accumulated enough to enter them. ✓ Very fun!I love playing bingo, but rarely get to play it with friends, family, or at a bingo hall. This was a good alternative for me because of the free games. And I figured if I got a little extra cash out of it I would be happy too. I’ve played their other game Solitaire Cash which I was able to win $10, and I wanted to see if I could win a little more this time. I would have been happy with $15-$20 after my $10 winnings, but I got lucky and was able to win roughly $50! This won’t be the case for everyone but I was fairly satisfied. And after about 3 day my withdraw request was processed which I was again satisfied with. With my $10 request in the Solitaire game it took longer, maybe about a week or so, which they said was normal so I didn’t think much of it. So the fact that this took 3 days made me happy. It still hardly calls back to back numbers and it’s annoying when every time u use a star bonus to zap a number your number gets called. However, with that being said…. The scores have been a lot more even, I think they found and got rid of the cheaters. I’ve actually been winning in all games not just in gems games and the wins and losses have been pretty even. I’ve paid into the game a few times when i can with no hassle and haven’t withdrawn anything yet so not sure how that will work. There are absolutely noooo adds except for the ones in daily bonus area and you have the choice whether to watch them and get more gems or not with no pressure. All in all it’s not the best bingo game I’ve played but I’m starting to think all in all it’s fair. I’ll keep playing for now and maybe do another update in the near future. ✓ Great pass time for bingo on mobile deviceIf you’re a beginner or a longtime fan of the game like everything else there are some minor improvements that can be made but I would say that the developers are very aware of what they can do to make it better but the biggest glitch that I encountered was at times when you win the set pot prize of 110 gems only a 20 gem entry and you only receive a total of 60 gems.
