✓ Don’t buy things from this app!I didn’t like this app at all. I ordered a pair of shoes but the shoe size was too small. I sent it back because I didn't like the things I ordered last time, but they still haven't sent my money. And you have to make a request to have a conversation with customer service. How many hours after making the request they write to you and usually around 2 or 3 am. And this happened a lot of times. This not the first time. Do not purchase something from this app. UPDATE; I tried to get into the site you said but when put my email address it said that this is a incorrect email address which was not. When I tried sorting out for a return and refund they kept offering me 10% (£2.30) compensation which wasn’t even a percentage of the price I paid or of what my return would be. In a conversation with customer services that lasted over a month, they tried making me pay to return products even though they sent me damaged goods and when I asked to speak to someone in charge they closed the enquiry. ✓ Wish 2.0?🤔I saw an ad for this on TikTok and it seemed alright ngl so I downloaded it just to check it out and it’s literally just an alternative to Wish. For those who don’t know what Wish is, it’s an app similar to this and sells things CHEAP, the only downside is that there’s a shipping fee for each individual thing you buy, because everything you buy is from a different ‘supplier’ and it also takes around 3-4 weeks (rarely ever less than 3 weeks) for items to be shipped (individually). Not entirely sure what Wholee is like in terms of buying and shipping, but looks awfully similar to Wish. In the ad I watched, it said there would be no markups on branded products, but if you search a brand or a product of that brand you aren’t seeing much related to that brand. Thought I’d leave a little review as the reviews I read seemed quite good, 5/5 etc. But look a little closer and you’ll always find the truth ;).Version: 6.6.0

However, something I’ve confirmed over the time is that Whoole doesn’t publish (or rarely publishes) reviews that are below 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on any item - only the good (4-5 stars) reviews that I’ve made so far were published; other reviews below that (with evident pictures) are no where to be found. This makes it feel like writing a review on how bad or poor the quality of an item is, to inform prospective Whoole customers, is a mere waste of time - it won’t get published if it doesn’t praise the item! They often claim to have “removed inappropriate comments” but obviously not all of those comments are truly “inappropriate”. If not, the item(s) in your purchase history will actually NOT reflect that you bought them, and so if you’re trying to return an item they’ll claim that there is no proof of the item(s) you purchased - EVEN WHEN YOU PROVIDE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR BANK STATEMENT SHOWING THAT IT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEM....!!! There are multiple vendors from varying countries attached to this app, so just something to keep in mind too. ✓ Awful costumer service and poor material qualityI purchased 7 items for over 95 dollars several months ago. After waiting for three weeks, they were here and 4 of them were poor material quality and wrong sizes(much bigger than small) . I contacted costumer service and decide to return 4 of the items and they promised they will refund my 41 dollars of the those 4 items to my original payment and the refund me the shipping fee for the return on my PayPal account. I had to return them and pay for it on my end and also had to make a PayPal account for refunding of the return shipping fee( absurd why they won’t refund all of them to my original payment, specially when PayPal charge me 3 percent for all the transaction ) . After I refunded the items they just refund me 10 dollar shipping fee and they didn’t refund me for the four items for 41 dollars . And since then I ask for the refund, costumer service keep referring me to the 10 dollar shipping fee on the PayPal. So not only I went above and beyond to ship them back and put them in Usps box and pay for it, but also I haven’t been refunded. Too much hassle to do nuisances with them . ✓ Legit think it’s a scamI thought it would be this cheap app for fake clothes but I think it’s a scam. I just bought a hoodie and it started a subscription service which is gonna charge me every month. I have looked all in the app and can’t see anything saying cancel membership.
