✓ Good quality game, would not recommend.The visuals and collecting mechanic are nice enough to make the game worth playing for free, but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone solely because of the ads. If you buy any in app purchase, the mandatory ads are supposed to stop, but in my opinion this is not a game worth spending money on. (It’s fine, but if you’re able to spend money on a game, you could do better.) I love the concept of rewarded ads. It usually incentivizes me to watch ads, to unlock something or multiply rewards- but there are SO many mandatory ads for a free player that I’m already tired of watching ads by the time I get offered a reward. With some games, the logic is “I’m going to be shown an ad anyway, I may as well watch the full one for a reward,” but this game plays it wrong- ads can play BEFORE you get offered a reward ad. In a game where you’re always going to need to keep grinding no matter what reward you get in the short term, watching more ads just isn’t worth it..Version: 2.8.2

✓ Want to like this so much but can’tThe entire game it’s self could be so enjoyable if they didn’t have to copycat voodoo and greenpanda game ethics and offer video ad rewards on top of forced intrusive ads. This game does it very shady though and waits until you’ve vested time and like the game and even if you watch all the videos for rewards this game will still force intrusive pop up videos down your throat at the end of some runs even if you already watched a video for rewards. If they killed that one piece of shady practice then the game would be top notch. I typically one star and delete every game that has forced ads and it pains me to have to delete this one when I’ve got deep progression but I can’t do those forced ads it’s too slimy..Version: 2.0.1

You have to watch ads after every battle without reward AND to earn enough money to be able to get any animals you need to volunteer to watch an ad for x3 money after every 10 second level. And if you don’t watch those ads you’ll get 1 animal every 10 levels in a game designed around merging. Horrible greedy waste of time..Version: 2.0.2
✓ If you LOVE ads…This is the perfect game for you if you love watching ads. It’s to the point where I’m watching a 30 second ad for a 10 second battle, after each and every battle. The developers do let you skip portions of the ads though, so I guess that’s nice. But it’s not the type of game where you can turn off your cellular data to cut out the ads completely. If that’s what it takes to make a buck in the app business nowadays, so be it, I guess… Honestly, it does have a lot of charm,I play every day, and believe I’ve gotten pretty far. I’ve gotten all the way to the top of the tree of life and unlocked all the animals and maxing out quite a few of them. But I don’t think there’s much more to do. Just seems to go on forever . ✓ Fun game. Needs improvement.Great game. Easy and mindless but somewhat nice and tech with the health and attack points and the upgrade with special abilities option. But this game is not finished. ✓ Barely any strategyMaybe I’m just spoiled by PC games but this is barely even a game. It plays itself and it’s easy to unlock everything using date/time shenanigans. You literally just plop your animals down, press play, and wait 30 seconds. I literally cannot believe some of these other reviews, saying they got to level 1000. I thought I was pretty invested getting to level 50. The main gameplay loop is upgrading your animals, not deciding any sort of strategy besides ranged in the back and tanks in the front. Setting a max animal limit instead of just filling tiles would add a lot of depth, along with more varied level design. The bosses are a joke and barely pay out with anything. Some level’s bosses don’t even spawn! The fox breaks many of the bosses too..Version: 1.2.13

✓ Issue that is just god dam annoyingIssue with the Arena matches. I am stronger than the opponent, yet they win???? It doesn’t make sense and is not fair because you need to win 4 to get a reward in the daily rewards so it is basically luck. This has happened so many times it’s so god dam annoying. So. Pls. ✓ Fun enough game, with some major bugsI’ve had this game for about 4 days now, and I really enjoy it. That’s the sad part, because as much fun as I’ve been having, the issues really take away from that. One such issue is daily wheel. The daily wheel is supposed to let you spin 3 times a day for a random prize. When I first began playing, I was able to spin the wheel a single time. Since then, every time I try to spin, the “spin” button says “fetching”, and never allows you to spin. I’ve let it sit on the fetching screen for 15 minutes once, and no progress. Since then, I haven’t been able to spin a single other time. The same problem happens when you try to watch an ad for prizes. “Fetching” appears, and you cannot watch an ad. This doesn’t ruin the game by any means, but it’s frustrating to have challenges geared towards watching an ad, an action that I cannot complete..Version: 2.7.6

When I get a certain card in a pack it doesn’t always appear in my army. ✓ Problem of getting my old account backWhen I go to settings and then press sign in I press the Apple login then it pops up your account has existing data that can be restored so I press use my save file from the could when I do that it takes for ever to load and I’m just stuck there. ✓ Time theftCurrently I give this game 1-star but if fixed will re-review. Much of the time when watching an ad there are no counters for most of them, meaning you cannot tell when the ad is over. WAY TOO MANY TIMES I’ve had to watch an ad more than once to receive payment. Only on a very few of the ads does it ask to continue or cancel, AS IT SHOULD BE. Theft no matter how small, 30 seconds or not, is still theft. Whether it is directly the fault of the developer or continued benefit from the use of faulty ad software, is the same. ✓ Really good game but....It’s good game and I enjoy playing it however, 1) there doesn’t seem to be a way that I can loose a level. 2) quite a lot of adverts and I don’t know if this is the games problem but randomly when watching one of these non-opstional adverts it randomly just stops with 5 seconds to go and I can’t click off of it. 3) I feel like buying animals should be less pricey. However, after level 1000 (which doesn’t take a huge amount of time to do) the level of difficulty of the levels plateau, and no point using the health aid because it’s so easy to defeat the enemies. It’s like you’ve built a Powerful animal unit for the developers to be complacent to match the level. It was such a promising game to be a disappointment and dull towards the end. ✓ Abusive adsI’ve played plenty of games where I’ve watched a ton of ads to get extra stuff, and that’s fine, it’s my choice. I could choose to struggle through for an extra challenge, really lean into the grind, and that’s some people’s thing. But ads being forced on you just because a battle ended is abusive. Offering in game bonuses and items for ad watches is fine if that’s the way you want to go. But forcing ads on people just for playing at all is taking advantage of people and that’s not ok. You will get more people playing longer and more often if you cut out the forced ads. People also will watch more offered ads if they aren’t already irritated at being forced to watch ads or else they loose their progress. If you just barely beat a boss and then there’s an ad at the end, you have to watch it or try the boss again. It ruins the game..Version: 2.9.12

✓ Bad updateI loved this game, I’m giving it a 1* review to hopefully get the developer’s attention. This update now has banner ads at the bottom of the screen during play and popup ads after each level. I enjoyed this game because the gameplay was fun, and we weren’t forced to watch ads. I even watched some voluntarily to earn more coins. Forcing ads onto players will only drive them away. I love that you’ve changed the colours of enemy animals so we can tell them apart now! However, I find the popup ads too offputting and sadly won’t be playing anymore..Version: 1.4.0

✓ Please change daily challenges backSimply put, we used to get more coins and acorns daily and now the grind is so slow that I’ve been stuck on the same level for a few days. Unless I wanna repeatedly lose for a measly 1000 coins or watch ads there is no way for me to improve. There used to be 15 levels daily that would give great rewards. There’s now 9 that give subpar ones. I used to be willing to watch ads for the old missions resets. Now it’s not worth it. And what happens when I get the mission of “do 40 battles” can’t do that when I can’t win the battle I’m on and the guaranteed wins only grant me 9, not even 25% of the challenge. ✓ Great Game with GlitchesIt is a great game that allows for progression without the need to spend a lot of $; but the reason I gave only 3 stars is because of the glitches; there is a tendency for your merged animals to just disappear off the grid. It might be the All Merge button but I had a level 6 hippopotamus and after pressing the All Merge button to merge other animals, my hippopotamus disappeared. Frustrating because I worked hard to collect and merge. I’ve also noticed a few missing animals every once in a while. I was showed a non rewarding ad after one battle without pressing the watch ads to increase current in game revenue aka the animal paw print coin. After that I was still lagging really bad and I deleted all my other games just to try and make space for this one but it was still pretty laggy. ✓ Fun, but not interactive enoughVery fun game, but needs more interactivity. once the battle starts you cant do anything and if there is a hard level there is no way of beating it since you have no input. you end up starting battles and not being able to do anything to affect the outcome. the developers should add an element where the user can tap enemies to deal damage/tell your animals who to target, or spend coins to cast spells which boost your animals etc. another element that could be added is animals that deal more damage to certain species, or that work well as a combo, to encourage the player to rearrange their layout more to suit the enemies..Version: 1.3.0

✓ Strangely addictiveUpdate: went really buggy and now I’ve lost half my animals, some level 6! Deleting, really frustrating. It’s a really cute and addictive game. Pros: ads are completely optional and for quality rewards but you really don’t have to watch them to play. Cute graphics. Loads of potential. Cons: no strategy involved. The matching animals and placing them is the fun bit. The actual battle you can’t do anything so can see it getting boring quite quickly. More strategic game play would be best, but at the very least, a fast forward option through the battles. Also, in the early levels it’s really easy to see which animals are on which side, red vs real colours but as you evolve your animals and they all go gold, you can’t tell anymore which ones are yours..Version: 1.2.14

✓ Prices are highThis is a good game but would be way nicer if the prices to buy new cards were more reasonable, it takes like 10 levels for me to afford 1 card and there’s very little chance of it being a good card. Plus you have to pay 260 gems to buy the super card pack which takes forever to earn that many gems and then you only get one card. Also with the new update that added the Lucky Find! reward after you buy a bunch of cards whenever you receive the lucky find you only get 1 card and it costs 150 gems just to get a 15% chance at a good card. ✓ The game difficulty is WAY TOO EASY!!!The latest update version 2.2.0 is very bad, why do you need to fix the difficulty of the game? Now the game has no challenge at all when your squad reaches animal lv6 or 7, the opponent cannot deal damage to your team, too easy to play, no challenge at all, make it become a game just to press play and proceed. I much more prefer the difficulty from version 2.1, when the Tree first available, the opponent grow alongside my squad and it makes players want to play to power up the squad. Now it is just a no brain game, press play and leaves it there, auto-win, no casualties when your animals are lv6, only halfway for an animal potential, but already unbeatable for the opponent. MAKE IT HARDER!!!.Version: 2.2.0
