✗ Problems!I have been using beem for over a year and never had any issues then approx a month or so ago I had a problem getting in to my account so I deleted the app and re-installed it. Since then I have not been able to withdraw money that is clearly there and that I had gotten multiple notifications saying it was available to me but it keeps asking me to verify my account information. After talking to support multiple times they tell me everything is showing verified and connected on their end yet on mine I am stuck in an endless loop of verification when I go through the steps it keeps telling me at the end that it is connected but yet again when I click withdrawal a screen comes up telling me the account/card is not connected. I have reached out to tech support about this and usually spend an hour or more waiting in a chat with one or two responses from them within the hour telling me to do the same things I have done the entire time. I was also told that there would be a ticket created and fast tracked to whoever the powers that be are to look in to the issue and that’s been over a week and I have heard nothing.
