I keep getting emails and notifications that Line has no due date and they will collect money as it show up in your linked account. My issue is that in order to keep better track of my funds, I make frequent transfers from my savings to spend so I know where it goes. Every time I make a transfer they try to collect and then I get notified it didn’t go through. ✓ Intuitive and ReliableThis is a very easy to use app, and it has saved me in many a pinch. I love that there is no due date and it is taken from my account once I’m able to put money in it. I even had to change banks and the process to do that was very simple and my advance was approved in no time after verification. This is just a simple app and many lending apps are unreasonably complicated. It’s not a huge bump, but will be within reason for you to pay back and is great for those times when it’s alllllmost payday. ✓ SketchyI signed up on June 16 and was given $20 line. First time user. Ok cool. I accepted the line. Everything went smoothly. Two weeks later I want to use another line. Just testing the waters out. Again, I only get $20 this time too. I try to go through the process like I did the first time. I kept receiving an “oops” your card isn’t verified type messages. Customer service is trash, literal garbage. So I tried and tried. After a while I just cut my losses and unsubscribed and deactivated the account. I hate that I could unlink my card information because they still have that stored so I have to get a new bank card and account number so they don’t try to ruin me later by committing fraud. I uninstalled their app. Pitiful format and developer. I got nothing accomplished talking to customer service online. And my card been verified and everything went smooth at first.
