Love the AppI usually don’t like to pay for any Apps but this one was one of the cheaper ones and I’m so glad I got it, I finished my first Week and lost 7lbs, my hunger for sweets stopped and I finally drink enough water every Day, the only thing I would suggest is that you can set the timer when you started your fasting, 2 Day’s I missed to set the start fasting set up and lost 8h, I mean I do know how long I fasted for and it doesn’t change the fact where I am, but that’s where my OCD kicked in 😊.Version: 5.6.3

Food listHello, I love this app. The one problem is that the food list is bizarre. If I put in berries or cheese or bread etc all simple things that you would expect to pop up at the top of a list are impossible to find. I think even if you are American. I’m not. And this app is offered to everyone not just those living in the US. Even a coffee with milk and sugar is so hard to find. It really is the downfall of this app and it has almost made me switch to a different app. The customise choice is good but I feel like it’s a rip off in that I have to enter every single item I eat and find out the calories/kjs outside of this app to enter it. It’s very time consuming and also I’ve started putting in your list products if they match the calories just to save time. This is not a clear representation of what I’m eating. So if offering an app to those outside the US it would be great if you could take into account that we have no idea what 90 per cent of the foods you have listed. Otherwise the app is brilliant!.Version: 5.6.0

Love it!I use this app on a daily basis, and they just added a nutritional analysis feature, and I really enjoy reading it. However, I wish they would add some kind of feature where you could take a picture of the nutritional facts on the product that you are eating and it would input the macros for you. It would save tons of time, and I’ve seen other apps do it. Overall, I really enjoy using this app and it has been extremely helpful in reminding me to drink water, providing me with informational sources about intermittent fasting, and keeping me on track!! I love this app so much!I have tried so many different fasting apps and this one is the absolute BEST. The widgets are unbelievable and they work well with the light / dark mode on the iPhone and for people like me that is very important. I have not tried the free app, free is my usual go to but after my free trial I decided to just go premium. They are really dedicated to giving you as much as possible for your money and the price is much lower than the value. The app gives the best break down about what is going on in your body and at what times. They let you track every step of the fast and inform you about them as well. Excellent intermittent fasting appI absolutely love this app. I have been using it for about five months and it ticks all the boxes I need for this type of app. I downloaded two other popular fasting apps and loved this one the best. At first I had an issue with my fasting data erasing from the trends section of the app, I emailed the team and I was able to use the app again in a couple of hours. I like that it reminds me of what phase I’m in while fasting (fat burning, ketosis, autophagy etc). It shows my weight progress and looking at my fasting data it gives me motivation to carry on. I also get the impression that the creators of this app also want to improve it and they welcome any type of feedback. Thank you, really pleased with this app so far..Version: 2.1.0

Great appI’ve been using this app for a week and so far it’s been great. You don’t have to pay for it unless you want to, it’s easy to navigate, you get reminders of when to start and end as well as when to drink and to do some physical activity. I highly recommend this app if you’re set on starting a fasting plan fit for your lifestyle/schedule. I eat a lot less, I’m actually paying more attention to the things I eat and I don’t even feel as hungry as I used to anymore. Within this past week I’ve lost 7lbs and I feel great about it even though it’s such a small amount of change. Here’s to the next 6 months of keeping it going😌.Version: 4.5.4

Great app but need improvementI really like this app! It’s easy to use and to find what you want in one click. BUT the app need some improvement! First, we can add water only when we fast, why? We need to be able to personalize the amount of water we drank. If we want to track what we are eating, we need to chose one food on the list. We cannot add our own food. Adding the possibility to add our own food should be great! Maybe scanning barcode too? The meal plan section isn’t good at all :/ No recipes !?!? 🤯 « Cashew salad » and « onion soup » doesn’t help me at all on my weight loss journey. We paid to use this app to help us in our fast journey, to make it easier. We need the recipe! We don’t necessarily have the time to do a search for every meal and to look for the one who will really be good for us. In general this app is great and have a lot of potential. Timer AdjustmentLove the data I’ve been able to track; really wish I could edit the timer at a past time without having to go to Trends-Fasting Statistics, as it requires a start AND end time. Sometimes I forget to set the live timer and then have to wait until I’m done fasting to track the times. Dealing with this minor meh is causing me to seek other fasting apps. I Love this app! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve been using it for 3 months 14 days. 15 lbs down. Slow and steady. I feel so much better then I did before my new lifestyle change. The longest fast I did was 73 hours. Great App but no customization optionI love this app. I like that you have to hit start and stop to confirm fasting and eating periods. I also love to see where my body is in the middle of a fast. I deduct a star because it’s irritating that you can’t make custom fasts. You have to go by one of their programs. I do 18:6 right now and set an alarm on my phone and use the app to track till I can get to 20:4. Please make a section for a custom fast!!.Version: 2.4.2

AmazingThis app is a life changing game changer for me. I could never stay consistent by myself when it came to starting my weight loss journey. This app keeps me excited to come back everyday to start/end my fast and track all my progress. In a little over a month I have lost 12 lbs. I know it says can lose 3.3/week but everyone’s body is different, it can definitely plateau but I for sure noticed while the scale wasn’t changing that I lost so many inches and my stomach definitely keeps going down almost by the day it seems. Also I researched that gaining muscle while losing weight can cause a plateau on the scale as well, I exercise at home for about 20 mins daily. I’m smaller than I’ve ever been since like 5 years ago. I know I will for sure meet my goal of losing 60 lbs. I thank God this ad crossed my path.Version: 5.15.6

Lost 5lb in 2 daysI have tried lots of diets. I looked into keto and came across this. It fits in to my busy lifestyle, at the same time making me aware of the best time to eat when my body has burned some of is fat reserves. Nice app but missing cycle tracking and adjustmentsNice app with useful features. Would be useful to be able to choose a specific diet and not get any other recipes (in my case vegan). It would be useful to have cycle tracking and for the app to adjust the fasting recommendations to it. Meal plans not to everyone’s tasteI love the app and the features are very helpful. All except the meal plan which I feel is not written for a western palate. It suggested red bean porridge, oatmeal buns and chrysanthemum and dried tofu for breakfast..Version: 5.4.4

Could be improved for user experienceThe overall app is great in terms of taking the main actions and keeping track of your progress. But I would like to give feedback for improvements on better search functionality when you record a meal. There should be varieties of food by menu. Right now it seems like the menu is not diverse enough and you have to enter by ingredients instead which is painful. Also, the unit of the food you enter. I suggest rather than by grams only, you should provide a more simple and user friendly so they they don’t have to think about complicated measurements eg. Pizza as in 1 slice 1 1/2 slice or 1 piece of toasts..Version: 5.4.2

KalotiaIt’s magic. I have tried exercising,dancing,cycling and taking fewer calories than Normal but it didn’t help me much. Great weight loss companionI have lost 10lbs in 2 weeks. This app has had as much or more impact on me staying committed to my daily fasting goals than any other diet coach or support group I have been in. Setting that timer to begin a fasting cycle and feeling so proud and accomplished when you succeed is a great reinforcement to stay on track each day.
