✓ Could be betterWhere should I start? Perhaps with the fact you have to show proof? This is a mobile game, not a math test. Or maybe with the fact that levels and “influential figures” repeat? That’s pretty lazy. And the ads? Oh Lord, the ads! There’s one after every puzzle and the puzzle usually take mere seconds. You literally spend more time watching ads than playing the game. ✓ Upset 😭At first I enjoyed the game but now I hate it. It all started on level 89 when I showed my proof and it wouldn’t let me pass luckily after a lot of goes it finally let me pass. ✓ Advert on every levelIt’s an interesting game but by no means mind blowing. The worst thing is that you have to watch a 30 second advert before every level. You can pay to have the adverts removed but for the short amount of time I’ve played this game I would say it’s not worth it. The game just isn’t good enough. It hasn’t been very well thought through. You can’t zoom in to look for clues and there are no instructions about the game play. ✓ The App is broken..smhI don’t know if this is purposely planned by the developers/company but the actual mechanics of the app are broken especially when it comes to the non-stop ads. Every time an ad plays the game freezes up, and won’t let you press the “x” to close it even after the timers has finished. Also when I am actually trying to solve a puzzle, the game will freeze, then skip to the ad even though I haven’t picked an answer…lastly the game lags upon loading up and switching to levels even though I have pretty fast fiber internet. Just plan tiresome to play and not even worth paying to remove the ads b/c I don’t believe the game will work regardless. ✓ Classism!!So I downloaded this game just to have to mental stimulation. 1. It looks MUCH funnier than it is in the ads. 2. It’s very easy to pass. But that isn’t my issue. My issue is how the creators of this game don’t see that level 13 is inappropriate. So the setting is at an amusement park and it’s asked “Who is poor”! First of all, you can’t possible tell that if anyone based on belongings on presentation. But I digress. So I start clicking around for clues. There was one man with a voucher. I ignored that and looked for more clues but there were none. So I selected everyone in the level because I was stumped. Welp, according to the creators of this game having a voucher makes you poor! So that’s the standard of poor for these creators? Are they truly this shallow? I have worked in the social service industry for 17 years and I take offense to this for all of my clients. Not to mention, I know many well off people who obtain vouchers for different reasons. Furthermore, how do you pass judgment on what the presentation of poor is? Call me sensitive. I don’t care. Not only is there a 30 second ad between every level, but half the time when you collect the reward for that level it plays another. And literally every option you press forces another ad. It’s about 90 seconds of ads for every 30 seconds of gameplay. There’s no way anyone should buy the ad free version of this game. ✓ Absolutely horrible.The general basis of the game is a great idea; fun games meant for kids that also teach them about important historical figures. Unfortunately it seems that the developers failed to see the other things this app teaches young children. Constant games about needing makeup to look pretty, needing money to have a good life, and so many other things that subliminally teach the children playing this game the absolute wrong way to think about life. This game affirms all the bad things social media is already currently forcing into our children’s minds, not to mention the fact that it uses your location to target adds, despite not giving the option to turn off the location tracking in the app or your devices settings. To top it all off the game repeats levels, the literal EXACT same challenge, multiple times just to make it seems longer than it is. 1000% do not recommend to children younger than 15..Version: 1.3.7

The levels are really stupid it’s not about deducing anything or trying to find the answer it’s just moving stuff and half the time the right answer is wrong. Like a level one guy was saying the girl was a child and she was saying she was 32 years old, the hint was a family photo from 1990 with the girl in it as a child, and so I picked her telling the truth because if she was a child in 1990 she would be at least 30 years old now but it said the other guy calling her a child was right. In Braindom 1 you could go about every 5 levels without having a 30 second ad flash across the screen. Which depending on the puzzle would allow you a couple minutes of gameplay at a time. I want to write a quick disclaimer that I know ads are how you make money on free games. So I am okay with watching them to a point. In Braindom 2 they have increased the number of ads exponentially. So even if you choose not to take the extra rewards you get stuck watching an ad after every level. Every single level even if you hit next instead of claiming your prize you will watch an ad. There was even a couple of puzzles that came over from the first game that I immediately recognized. When they made the first game it seemed as if they cared what their player base thought. I’m glad I never gave a penny to the horrible people that made this game. Deleting it immediately. To the developer: remove this horrible person from your game. Educate yourselves. Response from developer: "Offends a respectful historical character, commander and founding father of the Republic of Turkey where 85 million people live. Accuses him as perpetrator of around a million people's death. It may trigger a debate and hatred between the two groups, Turks and Armenians living in the US who see this comment." Every review on here is people saying they uninstalled because too many ads. (But the review you see when you click on the game in store is one of someone saying how fun it is. (Of course)) So yeah, I think they use how many times the game was installed/how many reviews it has as a draw to get other games to pay for ad space in this game. ✓ Ok, too much time on adsThis game looked a bit more fun on their advertising. Its ok, but a few things I really don’t care for, one being the ads. Each level takes me no more than 20 seconds to finish, some as quick as 3 seconds to finish, and after each level you have to watch an ad usually 25 seconds long. Can’t be skipped, although you do gain items for the ads, it’s just too little play time VS ad. I imagine it’s to slow us down to not complete the game too fast, or in the hopes that people will pay to remove adds all together. Also I am in the 40s levels now and it’s not progressing in difficulty at alli every level is about the same. I’m not sure how long I’ll try to play this, it’s a cool little semi mindless game, but the ads ruin it for me. ✓ Such a good game, but..There’s a few issues which really let this app down, which is a shame as it’s fun and unique. I will keep playing it. My gripes however, are: The touch function is hyper sensitive for some levels and useless for others. Without instructions, the user is almost forced to use a Hint (spending 50 walnuts or whatever they are) when the gameplay changes. You run out of walnuts real fast. Then there’s the 50 walnut Skip button which u cannot use unless u use a Hint first, so technically skip costs 100. We get given like 100 a day. It’s a jungle out here. Lastly, I paid for ‘ad free’ hoping I could just get walnuts without watching ads but turns out I can’t even collect walnuts or spin the wheel now, so there’s $7 (thereabouts) down the drain. Nothings changed. Good stuff: educational, quirky, unique and strangely addictive. Really gotta fix the bugs/glitches though. ✓ Fun, but flawedThis is a fairly simple game concept: solve riddles in the form of picture puzzles. Whilst it's initially fun, the lack of variety soon begins to show, with almost all puzzles being solved by randomly tapping, pinching or shaking the screen. Also the quality of English used in the game is appalling. Comma splices are constantly used, question marks are missed off the end of questions ("Who is lying." should of course be "Who is lying?". Level 253 "Who is hiding." should be "Who is hiding?", level 282 "Who is the real waitress." etc - there are numerous examples of this incredibly basic failure) and spelling mistakes abound. For instance in puzzle 249 we have traffic spelled as "trafiic". Puzzle 250 "Who is true lover?" - definitely getting an Eastern European/Russian vibe from the phrasing here! The object detection is also very hit-and-miss. All too often you'll try to drag an object to the correct place to solve the puzzle only to find that it hasn't budged, or that it's moved but has randomly dropped somewhere else on the screen. On level 282 you have to drag piles of plates into the hands of a waitress, but you can drag them off the screen, at which point it's impossible to get them back without rebooting the game. ✓ Ad-pocalypseOkay so where do I start. Ads makes this game totally unenjoyable! Literally there is an ad between every level and each level takes like 5 seconds to solve, because the app literally tells you what to do. How do you expect people to people to pay for the app when you make it a miserable experience in the first place. Mobile game developers could really benefit with employing ux researchers. Less advertising, more difficult levels. Until then it’s a big no from me. So big that it made me leave a feedback first time in my life..Version: 1.1.1
✓ Worse than first oneSome levels are the same as the first app which is disappointing but not only that the video buttons to get free brains doesn’t work and when the wheel comes up and you press spin it also doesn’t work so on some levels your stuck and can’t do anything. Also some levels I find don’t work for example level 188 you find the tool and then I swipe my finger on the poster but it does nothing which is annoying and that’s happened on other levels. ✓ 95% ads with a dash of riddlesWhat a waste of time this app is - I understand the need for some advertising embedded within a game, but Braindom is a case of ‘some’ game embedded within advertising. It’s impossible to enjoy to even get a feel for the game without being bombarded with ads which require you to watch for a minimum time frame (e.g you cannot close the ads until it has played for 15-30 seconds). You’ve immediately lost my interest so I’ve deleted this (cr)app. Players should have their interest piqued enough to want to pay for an ad-free experience, not be driven crazy by ads within the first five minutes of downloading. ✓ Really randomSome puzzles are repeated. Some are really random that just randomly pressing things solve em. A lot are buggy where you have to restart. ✓ Wrong information!Now, for level 6 it stats:Who is lying? It shows a old man saying ‘your 13, you can’t drive!’ While the girl responded with:’I’m 30’. I check her ring, says something about allium and 2008. In 2021, you would be 13 if you were born in 2008. Believe me, I was born in 2008. I think you got the answer wrong, because apparently, the man was lying?! That girl looked young! There’s no way she’s married at such a young age! Please fix this. Also, fix the ads. ✓ Incredulous.The idea sounded fun and the layout and look of the game is good, but the questions and answers are incredulous and a lot of clutching at straws. The majority are so easy they may as well put a big letter “A” and tell you to tap on the letter “A”. Also, a handful of levels are duplicated. Some parts aren’t interactive like they should be; trying to move a movable object but it won’t pick up the object until the 20th time of you trying. If this game was aimed at small children then i’m sure it would be fine (as long as they fix the sensitivity/radius on interactive items)..Version: 1.2.6

✓ Forces you to use hintsThe game was lots of fun at first except for the ads everything time you moved BUT... you can press all you want on where you know the answer is but it won’t move at all until you ask for the hint. It’s the very thing you’ve been pressing on but only after the hint will it move in the upper levels. And I love to solve riddles but when it comes to me having to figure out that I need to turn my phone upside down it’s ridiculous. And on one you have to actually SHAKE your phone for anything to move. Not fun and not part of a riddle game. I am deleting because of these things and the ads. It’s too bad... they needed to stick with riddles you can solve without moving your phone around..Version: 1.2.1
