✓ Stats don’t workI paid for stats plus and thought great I’ll get to see how often I listen to my favourite artists and my history ext… it wasn’t a problem when I then realised that the app didn’t already have that information, even though it’s synced and shows me how often I listen to the tracks anyway. I downloaded everything, extended history and everything else. I went onto stats and every single time I tried to import a file it said incorrect files. There’s nothing left to download. It is the correct file. It won’t import it. I don’t understand how when you buy plus you can’t see the extended history already. The apps are synced and it’s just irritating me now that I’ve downloaded it, paid money and still it’s not working. (Plus, there are songs in my top 5 tracks that I haven’t listened to in months. It’s not the most accurate.).Version: 1.4.3

✓ Good with some problemsThe app is pretty good, but random artists and songs will appear high on my stats even though I rarely, if not never listen to them. For example, Mary on a Cross is my 15th most listened to song in the past 4 weeks (and rising), but I have not listened to that song in at least a month, and do not even have it liked. And I’ve never listened to it more than once at a time. Another example, Machine Gun Kelly, continuously stayed towards the top of my list, even though I listened to two of his songs ON OCCASION. And my final example, I listened to the soundtrack of a movie I liked one afternoon, and now the composer is at the top of my all time artists. Until this gets fixed, I will be using alternative apps..Version: 1.4.7
✓ Can’t view statsPaid the extra $5 to be able to view my time stats and everything says 0 after i bought it a few days later. there’s no support either “work in progress”. i don’t care about being able to view my stats no more i just want a refund but nope there’s no customer support. awful app don’t waste your time and money..Version: 1.2.5
✓ Good app but new update was a nuisanceWas looking forward to the new update as I have thoroughly enjoyed using this app, but now I have updated it I have a few issues with how user- friendly it is. Where the ‘Overview’ tab is , I think that was a bad idea to place that on the left hand side and should have instead been placed in the middle, as it is, for me anyway as a user, the tab that I use the most- so having it at the side of the screen is just a complete nuisance. To add to this, the ‘edit’ button not being next to my profile name seems like such poor design. It was fine the way it was and there was no need for change! The update completely disrupts user flow and makes everything so much longer and complex. The idea of the app is great and I still love viewing the statistics but it just feels so much harder now , which is down to a poor user interface. Really hope that can be fixed..Version: 1.4.2
✓ DifficultTrying to figure out how to “import files” is just awful it takes so long and I’ve been trying for so long and still can’t seem to get it? I’m usually pretty smart when it comes to technology but this is just impossible to understand. I paid the 6 dollars to have the “plus” but it didn’t do anything for me because I can’t import to see my steam amounts and all the fun stuff that I should be able to do on the app :/.Version: 1.4.5

✓ Not bad not greatGood for viewing top tracks and artists, not worth buying the extra as where it says you can see your play count for your top tracks, you actually have to go through the process of emailing Spotify and extracting the data yourself. ✓ Love this app but go back pleaseRanking the songs by time streamed versus number of streams is way less appealing and less accurate to what we perceive. Why should a 10 minute song i listened to 3 times be places above a song I’ve listened to 10 tomes? If there is a way to reorder it, it isn’t obvious enough. Please change back! Love this app overall. Id love to see you add some features to make the profile more personalized, specifically a section like “Topster” where people compile a collage of their favorite records..Version: 1.2.7
✓ ScamDownloaded and saw I was not on the top listeners of the artist i selected. Some people had like 30 something streams whereas I definitely had over 100 at least. SCAM!! As I was unhappy, I tried to refund my purchase except it would not let me resort purchases and took me to the home menu. Would give zero stars if possible….Version: 1.3.2

✓ Progressively getting worseThe app used to be fantastic everything was easy to find and easily accessible and to swap between viewing stats through the Spotify algorithm to streams or minutes use to be incredibly easy and simple with the function being located top of the stats page, now I have to go into settings each time I want to change it which is kinda dumb tbh. I used to know how to view streaming stats to a single artist wether it be view top albums songs or whatnot and they moved it and I have 0 clue where to do that now. So the point is they had a great app at first and now they just keep making it worse by adding pointless features like the friends thing or moving stuff to inconvenient locations..Version: 1.7.1
✓ Unacceptable for an app meant to pair with your musicI’ve been using this app for well over a year and despite the incessant pushing for you to spend money the app works well and is nice to have EXCEPT for one unacceptably bad feature… while switching pages on the app to look at all your different rankings etc. there is a 50/50 chance that you will be given a VIDEO AD WITH SOUND THAT TAKES PRIORITY IF YOUR LISTING TO MUSIC, meaning the apps literal ONLY job is made completely useless. No I will not give you money and no I will not keep using this app if this is changed/fixed soon. It’s been an unacceptably long time this has happened and I initially gave the benefit of the doubt that it was a bug or mistake, but it’s clear after this long the people running this app are just scummy and trying to milk as much money out of this as they can… and if you aren’t directly giving them money they will actively and intentionally make your experience worse to make up for that. I never write reviews for apps but this app COULD be very good if it was run by people that aren’t trashhhhhhh.Version: 1.4.7

✓ UmmmIt’s a great app in theory but there are just some issues that are really annoying. the stats just feel SO inaccurate. i’ll listen to one song once and it will end up as my 3rd most listen to in 4 weeks yet others that i listen to lots will end up near the bottom of my 4 weeks or not on it at all. i also wish the lifetime stats would update more. i’ve had this app for like a year and my lifetime is still the same even though some of the songs on there i haven’t listen to in like 2 years. such a shame bc it has the ability to be a great app but the stats are just so wrong!!.Version: 1.4.4
✓ Pretty misleadingIt gives you 50% of the information you want to know, if you actually pay for it (which is $4 something monthly) you get more, but of you have no wish to pay for it, it’s practically useless because you can find most of the info you want free online.Version: 1.3.2

✓ Great but missing genre infoOriginally downloaded this app to help me understand what genre songs are but that’s actually the only feature the app doesn’t really have. Genres could have a whole tab I imagine as that is a major part to music. There is a small area now with top genres over the past 4 weeks but it never tells you what genre the songs playing are and this info is no where else in the app that I can find..Version: 1.4.7

✓ Horrible customer serviceThe app isn’t great, you have to pay for to see any interesting data and I couldn’t find anything about podcasts. Fine, that’s not a big deal. I wasn’t even going to leave a review, the app just wasn’t for me. I’ll just delete my account and be on my way. Except I can’t. The delete function doesn’t work. I reached out to customer service and they are running me in circles, much like their website, and refusing to delete my account. ✓ EhhhI was super excited about this app at first. It seems so cool but unless you have premium, it’s pretty unexciting. I would still use it and made a few online friends with the same music taste as me, which is super cool. You can’t really see much except what your top 50 artists and tracks are, and (unless you have premium, which just doesn’t seem worth it to me) you can’t see how many minutes you’ve streamed artists or how many times you’ve streamed a track, which is disappointing. Then the weirdest thing happened…I would have full connection, perfect cellular service and four bars of Wi-Fi and it wouldn’t load! I would keep it open until my phone automatically shut off, and it’s been doing it for a week, no matter how perfect my connection is. I’m not hopeful about getting it back. Overall, it’s good if you have premium but not really worth it if not..Version: 1.4.5
✓ Love it but please help.I have had this app for nearly a year now, however i’ve recently started to have problems such as not being able to see my ‘lifetime’ tracks statistics. It just goes grey/black and it just presents the loading screen to me. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and waiting for it (it doesn’t work.) ✓ GoodI like this app over all and I understand that they need to make money. My problem is that the main stats I care about are blocked by a pay wall and it gives me adds. I would get paying for not adds or paying for certain features. But it’s a little frustrating not to be able to see how much time I spend on an artist or song. Over all I think the app is good it works well the information I can see is well formatted and easy to understand. The app is easy to navigate but then again I can’t see half of my stats so I wouldn’t know..Version: 1.4.5
