Better not mess upIf you click the wrong option when setting it up and try to go back and change it in the following screen, it won’t allow you to. Even deleting the app and starting over won’t clear it, you are stuck. Had to delete it for good. Oh well..Version: 1.9.0

Average so farI like the ease of use and navigation but when a call is made to my number, it takes four rings on the caller side for my line to ring for the first time..Version: 1.9.0

Worst app I ever usedAfter they charge you full amount for the subscription $100 they will shut down the phone number for no reason. I lost all my contacts and conversations. Can’t get rid of itI unsubscribed from this service and deleted this app. My phone still acts as if I have it. I get tons of scam calls on this number, plus they gave this number to multiple company’s trying to solicit business from me. I can’t get rid of this thing! Great except texting issues.I have had no issues with the service out side of not receiving some text messages. Bad, Bad Support!I’m paid for the whole year!!! Something happened and they want me to get another number! All the contacts I made, had no way of getting back to me!!!! Support said they are working on it, and never heard back from them!!!! 2023- still no resolution!!! Took my money and never resolved the problem. If you are in business, DO NOT pay for the year! Terrible - business ruinedThis is the second time this has happened. I can’t believe I relied on this service a second time. When I have tech issues there is no number to call. I’ve sent my support request over an hour ago and nobody has responded. My business relies on this second line. Literally leaving right now to go buy a second phone to never have to use this app again (or any second line app). Not realizable for serious business needs..Version: 2.4.2

Does not live up to the hype.The subscription plan I have is supposed to allow me to audio record phone conversations. No such button is in the app. Neither is there an option to get voice support, a human on the other side of the phone to try and diagnose the problem. No support at allI used this app and it worked. I warn you though, if you ever have issues with this app you will be at the mercy of whom ever decides to get back to you only via email. They have poor customer support.. submit a ticket and hope that they get back to you within maybe 48 hours. I used the app for a short time for my personal business to separate phone calls. Eventually I needed to upgrade from this app to a real phone. So I went to ATT with the port number provided and had the number transferred. It didn’t go so smoothly and even after cancelling the SwitchUp service and deleting the app and alllllllll the hours on the phone with ATT trying to troubleshoot, phone calls are still being sent to the app. I’ve continuously reached out to SwitchUp support and expressed my concerns and am still trying to resolve this issue. But nobody seems to really care. I will never use this cheap crap again..Version: 2.4.1

A jokeWe use this app for our business, but have been having issues where we can’t even use it AT ALL. Trying to contact someone to help is IMPOSSIBLE. And when they finally decide to reach back out all they have to say is they are aware of their problems. Excuse me? We are a business we cannot afford to have that lame excuse while we are possibly losing business. And if you are aware of your problem how about you reimburse your customer or even contact them to answer their questions. Terrible company terrible idea. Never receive notificationsSo inconvenient with notifications never appearing. I’ve followed the suggestions for troubleshooting, still nothing. I have to check myself every few minutes when expecting a message. When I’m not I could miss messages for hours if I don’t open the app. Free apps like WhatsApp and google voice have never given me these issues. There is no reply when reaching out for assistance. Awful service. Don’t get it if you haven’t already. This app and the people running it are awful. Instead of assistance, I’m asked to wait for a new update..Version: 2.4.3

And while I was rushing to create account so that I can text. I accidentally pressed business and now I’m reluctant to text at all invade I’m being cat fished..Version: 1.10.0

The problem never resolved and droppedContacting customer service is like sending messages to Mars. Purchased the app for use as a business number. I had friends that used different cell phone carriers call me. The phone does not allow for calls to come through from AT&T customers. That is great right. A lot of my business comes in from Instagram. I removed app put app back on phone twice. I did everything that customer service suggested could be the problem. Everything they suggested that I didn't do with their app I had already done. So now I have 300 garment labels printed with my business phone number that doesn't accept phone calls from all carriers. You also have to wait for days for them to actually address your email. So now I am stuck and their free one month is a joke because your issues are not worked out in a month however you are billed on time. I went with them because I thought they were vetted by Apple. CrapI downloaded this app and it was good until I found out that when people were trying to call my main phone number not the second phone line but my main phone number my calls weren’t coming through very very bad for my business and now I can’t get it deleted off my phone.Version: 1.5.2

Middle of the Road SolutionI enjoy the clean UI, list of available numbers, and ability to set business (do-not-disturb) hours. However, from what I can tell, there is no way in the app or thru Apple Subscriptions to switch between monthly / annually subscriptions. I would likely give this app one more month prior to deleting it, unless I am able to upgrade to an annual subscription. Personally, I dislike the idea of a monthly recurring charge for app subscriptions..Version: 1.2.2

This app has horrible technical/customer supportImmediately had issues porting in my business line. Texts haven’t been working since we started. Emailed over 15 times and still no resolution and no response for the past 3 days. Very frustrated and it has hurt my business financially due to the text issue! Horrible app!!! Error after ErrorDisappointed is an understatement. Been trying to use it all morning. Downloaded the app, paid the $7.99 for the month, when I went further into the app it froze. Restarted the app a couple of times, every time I tried to use it Errors would pop up, closed it, restarted and the same issue all around their features, from setting the office time, automatic replies, and even calls. Haven’t been able to make not even 1 call. I’ve submitted (2) reports already so lets see if they fix whatever it is before the day is done. Worst service I’ve ever paid forThis product just simply doesn’t work, and worse, when you report an issue, their service reps simply say, “yeah we’re aware it doesn’t work”, without offering a timeframe for resolution or apologizing for their software not working at all. App doesn’t work at allThis app is a bait and switch- avoid at all costs. First month was okay, as was month 2 and 3, by month 4 this app was glitchy. By month 6 I decided to port my number out which they charged $10 to do and never allowed the other company to port the number. I emailed support and was never supported- they said there was a problem with their system but never returned my money. They charged me again for the year shortly after and then the app stopped working at all, no way to get help or say their was a problem. Avoid this and just get another number. Terrible app. Constant issues that app won’t loadI’ve used it a few times and it seem to be working OK. Now I get an error message every time I load the app to make a call or send a text message. This is unacceptable for an app especially when you charge a monthly fee. Be careful using this app. My clients are now reaching out trying to contact me saying my phone doesn’t work. Horrible customer service- losing money to glitchesWe have lost bookings due to this apps inability to perform as it should. Requests constantly “time out” when trying to send texts and calls, clients texts won’t send to us and then we look unresponsive. Then when I logged out to try and reinstall the app, now we can’t log back in! Same error message “request timed out.” This is a business app, without even a phone line to call for assistance. If you care about the reputation of your business and being responsive to your clients, just shell out the money for a traditional business phone. Currently, we really wish we had.
