✓ Fulfilling ordersHands down this site advisers have a hard time for filling orders within the set parameters. Sometimes you do not receive your full refund of credit either. With the month or two that I have been dealing with SoulightI believe I’ve had something like five expired readings in which I had to go back and re-order the reading from the advisor. ✓ There isn't a lot of legit readersWhen I first joined the advisors were great and accurate! Now it seems like they have a lot of fakes. I explain my situation in detail and as well as give them information about us like dob and full names because sometimes in a reading It wouldn't resonate with me. But recently asked an advisor if I will be married to my partner of 8 years she said yes but she honestly repeated what I told her in the messages so I decided to ask again to the same advisor the next day with the question on how he feels for me with the same details but just shorter and was told how we will separate and I would move on. And to purchase her other premiums to reunite our love because there is obstacles.....the thing is we are together ._. So I decided to ask another advisor just to see she literally said I see things were toxic and I see that there was a storm ... she based this on what I said in the message and then got you will be happier with someone else ......I know how readings go I do them myself to others my problem is I can't read them on myself because I'm bias. They explain and ask their question then you pulls your cards if it's on love you express what the other person feels how they feel and the outcome If it's about career is about what's going on around then and the outcome . I’ve message them a couple times and still no reponse I ordered a premuim service for soulmate and career and I can’t see the reading there’s an error on the app. It’s gonna be going on 8 months now and still no reponse. That’s ridiculous I’ve message you like 43 times and still no reponse. Very bad customer service and you can only reach them through email. ✓ This app needs a lot of work.I found it hard to navigate this app. finally I got to the instructions section. once I pressed on each question it was near impossible to read as the writing was so small and light in colour I had to use a magnifying glass. there are so many glitches that need to be sorted out. There’s a lot of mistakes with the grammar. there are words typed over sections that you need to fill in so you can’t even see what you’re typing. the app needs A lot of work done as there’s just so many problem, freezing, having to turn my phone on and off to get it to unfreeze. the readers are professional and I do like the fact that they show them on video so you get a feel of their personality is like which helps to see if you’re drawn to them. so the issue isn’t with the readers themselves it’s the application that needs fixing then it would be perfect. so I’ll give it a 10 out of 10 for the advisors/Psychics and a 3 out of 10 for the actual app. it really needs work doing to make it more clear and easy to navigate..TictoctimVersion: 2.8

Their affiliate company decided to not give a crap that I have to work in the real world to be able to pay bills since they do not pay much. And they took away my rate to be online and then didn’t even refund me the money that they took for me to be featured. On the timer, I wasn’t able to because their affiliate program wouldn’t reinstate my app so I could perform for my clients that day. Before they would send me messages no problem now I’m not receiving any responses. These people are crooks and they are not true to the passion of light and delivering truth. ✓ The app is okayHonestly the app is not the worst psychic app I’ve been on, but it’s also not the best. I feel like as far the accuracy goes there’s been a lot of mix answers I get even from the top accurate psychics. Some psychics on this app I feel tell you what you want to hear. And some psychics don’t deliver your order on time. I completely understand that sometimes things come up and the advisor can’t respond in time but it would be nice if this app allowed the customer to cancel an order if the advisor takes long to deliver it. ✓ Soulight supportI have been working here since their first sister site answery they do always takeoff any kind of review and do you need the one that doesn’t say anything. They change the ratings of the psychics to five stars always unless they do not like you. They also do not pay you out on time and pretty much say that they are not a charity. There is one psychic that does not know why she is off of here but never got paid so do not support a psychic line like this and instead go to a different one. They are also racist as there is only one black person on here that gives readings. They also discriminate against pregnancy and will take a adviser off if she is “to emotional” support is absolutely terrible and will only read your message but will never get back to you. If they do not like you they will not put you at the top of the list and will lie to you and say that they have temporarily took you off. Oh I don’t know why men think does he still have the right to do or see any of the weird things that this guy said to me he is the only person working on here as the support teamAnd should not be acting that way if he has a lot of women working on his site. ✓ Newer pschics no goodThe psychics who have been on here a long time are phenomenal. Every single prediction from Psychic Victoria, Hannah, Autumn and Sage has come true. New psychics like tarot gypsy and psychic Mel are very bad. There were a few other newer psychics that joined and were immediately taken off the app because of bad service. The readers that have been on this app for a long time are so good at their job and take it seriously. Also, don't like how the app doesn't post reviews lower than 3 stars. Almost as if they're protecting the bad psychics. Some of the good psychics I mentioned are on other apps so I may just stop using this one because they hide bad reviews..Celly24657Version: 4.5.3

✓ Unclear about ReadingI had a text reading with Pychic Michael, and choose him due to reviews. I put a vague question (as didn’t want to lead) and was asked to provide a picture. As the process needed my name, gender and DOB I provided a pic of myself. Unfortunately I think this was a mistake and the reading was based on ‘her’ and I’ll likelihood of us being soul mates. I’d hope I was my own soul mate. I’d like another text reading with a picture of the man, I wanted to know about. There appears no way to submit these requests or contact Psychic Michael unless I choose messages already composed, and chosen.
