What is Inflow - Manage your ADHD? Description of Inflow - Manage your ADHD

Inflow is designed by people with ADHD, for people with ADHD. We’re not a glorified Pomodoro timer or calendar. We’re a science-based digital program, here to help you manage your ADHD/ADD.

Do you struggle with focus? Organization? Procrastination? What about attention, hyperactivity, and anxiety? Is your calendar, planner, habit tracker, or timer still not helping you organize or get things done? Is your to-do list just not cutting it?

Your ADHD/ADD diagnosis doesn’t have to hold you back. Inflow can help.

Inflow is based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), proven to be effective in the management of ADHD/ADD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).

Many people see ADHD/ADD as just a deficit or disorder. But the key to thriving with ADHD starts with understanding and embracing your unique ADHD brain.

Start focusing, meet your goals, kick the distraction habit, and start creating a daily structure that works for you. Spend less time planning to be productive, and more time getting things done.

Improve your skills in these areas:

- Focus and Concentration

- Goal Setting and Consistency
- Mood and Emotional Regulation
- Distraction Reduction
- Cyber Addiction
- Creating a Routine
- Sticking to a Schedule

...all without an ad in sight.

Inflow provides the tools you need to focus on strategies in your everyday life. We help you build a daily routine habit by habit, a day at a time.

It’s time to tackle your to-do list with ease, whether that’s studying for an exam, organizing your home more effectively, improving your focus, or simply scheduling more time for self-care. Concentrate on what matters most and organize your daily life.

Inflow also sets you up for success with:

- Daily activities and visual reminders integrated easily into your daily life
- Daily focus feature so you can prioritize more effectively
- A stigma-free and supportive ADHD/ADD community to motivate you
- Coworking sessions

Whatever your goals may be — stronger organization skills, building a more effective to-do list, preventing procrastination, improving attention, reducing hyperactive traits, focusing on others, or simply coping with an ADHD/ADD diagnosis — Inflow can help.

ADHD/ADD can be challenging, but that doesn’t mean accessing support should be! If you’re tired of the day-to-day stress of managing ADHD/ADD, we’re here for you.

You don’t need to have a formal diagnosis or evaluation to use Inflow!

Reminder: While we are an ADHD/ADD app first and foremost, we cover numerous executive function skills, which can be applicable to autism (ASD), OCD, depression, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and more.

Inflow - Manage your ADHD Pros

This helped me understandI had a fun time using my free trial to learn more about my ADHD. From being diagnosed from the age or 23, I had some struggles I was unsure of, I took medication at first but I didn’t learn any CBT techniques and made things worse. By that’s my fault and not knowing one needs the other. After doing the techniques I feel that nothing is wrong with me, my brain is different in a good way. Even though my trail is up and I can’t afford it yet, I can learn more about the other techniques on my own time. I was afraid of the meds at first, but I didn’t have any tools, now that I do have them, I know one needs the other..TwinateoVersion: 1.5.3

Just What I Needed!!!I came to this app through ADDitudes and I’m so glad I found it. This is just what I needed to learn how to get things done, stay on track at work, and feel better about myself. My coworkers have noticed an improvement and I’m getting more done after just two weeks of using Inflow daily. The modules are useful. I’m learning so much about what works, what doesn’t, and why. The live events are very informative and the live work group every weekday is amazing. I don’t completely understand why the work group works so well, but it has been a game changer when I’m struggling to get started or stay focused on a project I really don’t want to do. There is a cost, but it is well worth it to me and WAY cheaper than doing all of this with a coach, owing a ton in late fees because I forget to pay bills, or the risk of losing a job. I am 110% happy with this and it is already making noticeable improvements in my life. I have one thing I would like to see. If the developers are reading this, please consider making it a two week trial. I don’t think one week is enough time for most people to determine if this will work for them. I saw just enough that I was willing to pay for a month to see how it went, but there are a lot of people who need this that may still be hesitant after just one week. And thank you for the reminder when my trial was about to end!!!! It’s so easy for us ADHDers to forget things like that. That speaks volumes about intentions..Peanut102Version: 1.7.1

Scam-like payment systemWithout notice prior to install - the free trial automatically becomes a subscription charge unless you cancel after 5 days. Unethical..AmbuttVersion: 1.8.6

Awful ADHD helperYou know, in today’s ultra-monetized world, it’s hard to find something not tainted by the poison of mobile phone ads and useless currency. But to make me pay for my mental health with an outrageous fee of $17 a month, is pure and utter evil. When the toxicity of capitalized greed was just for mobile games and social media, that was fine. But when it spreads to therapy and mental health helpers, that should raise a few questions. If Wall Street expects me to pay $17 a month for something I have no control over, I won’t. This app says too bad to the people who can’t afford it, but need the help, leaving them rummage around the App Store for the help they need. What fat cat billionaire thinks people will pay $17 a month for help with a mental problem?! This app is such proof that there is evil in the world, I’m surprised the app developer isn’t Satan himself. This is ridiculous, and I will not stand for it! Don’t get this app..Awful ADHD helperVersion: 2.7.6
