Inflow - Manage your ADHD for Positive User Reviews

A fair price for the service providedThis app is like headspace for headcases. Clearly a lot of love has gone into building this app and there seems to be a lot of clinical research backing it. As such I think it’s entirely fair for this to be a paid product. Another review said that the price was too high and that subscription services are an ADHD trap, yet one of the first things you see in the onboarding is “we will refund you if you forget to cancel”. Some people are rather ungrateful, and I can say I am grateful that the education around ADHD is improving, and I’m glad this service exists..Version: 1.5.7

Necessary for meI was hesitant to get this app because it is expensive. But I feel like it has been vital to help me do my work at my job. The coworking sessions with Callie have helped me to learn new skills and calm down when I feel overwhelmed. Even more than coworking sessions, it feels like group coregulating of emotions. It helps so much. I would keep the app just for that. I do like the mini courses and lectures too. I don’t feel like the accountability coach has been very helpful, which is a bummer because I was most looking forward to that..Version: 2.0.0

Really impressedI am enjoying the content on the app. The speakers and the challenges are good quality. But the thing that impressed me the most, was that the app sent an awesome email prior to the end of the free trial basically stating, “we get that you have ADHD and you’ve probably forgotten to cancel things before you got charged and we want to remind you to do that if you plan to.” I was honestly on the fence about keeping it but I respected their effort to keep me from losing money. I have not been disappointed in my choice. Thanks Inflow for not exploiting the people your app is meant to help.Version: 1.8.4

Thank You!!!I recently downloaded this app and before my 1-week free trial was even up I made the commitment to and for myself for the New Year 2022, to sign up for the year. This is a very comprehensive program (which is SO MUCH more than simply an app), and even includes an option to work personally with an ADHD coach, which I just started doing. I’m a senior who has struggled my entire life with ADHD-related issues, and this program has already helped me in so many ways. Kudos to co-creator Dr. George Sachs and his wonderful team of facilitators. Highly recommended - give this as a gift to yourself &/ or to any loved ones who struggle with the various challenges presented by living with ADHD. Rev. Debby, MSW/ CSW.Version: 1.7.3

Format issueI am really enjoying the app so far, but I have a slight problem with how the app is formatted to begin with. The questionnaire really spiked my interest but once you completed your profile the price for the app came up. The payment screen gave me a sense that I could not try the app to see if it would be useful to me first before having to pay for it. I would strongly recommend setting up the free trial period before even mentioning the payment or doing a single day to check out the app first before having to consider the payment. That way new users can get a sense of what you have to offer and not be to overwhelmed by the price..Version: 1.7.6

Great but expensiveLove the app and the ideas beind it but it’s way too expensive..Version: 2.6.4

Love it!Great way to learn about your ADHD while it helps you with things you struggle with. So many amazing features that just keep getting better and better. Love the way they break everything down into small digestible pieces of learning, and give you a way to practice what you’re learning at the same time..Version: 1.8.6

Exactly what I was looking forI went searching for an ADHD coaching app and was lucky to be accepted as a beta tester for Inflow. It’s friendly but not silly, and the modules and challenges all make sense. There’s good information but it’s not overwhelming, and because Dr. Sachs has ADHD himself he is able to frame things in a way that make a lot of sense. As someone else said, a lot of this information is not necessarily new, but it is contextualized and demystified in very helpful ways. The prompts to do challenges, answer community questions, and complete journal entries make it different from just reading a book—the small actionable ways to internalize the info make the app work for me..Version: 1.3.7

Highest RecimmendationThe app is structured to help in any way possible. The support team are always quick to respond to the needs to the community, and the people in the community are empathetic and kind. I typically don’t take the time to write reviews, but I feel like this app isn’t getting the attention it deserves. A handful of people in the community recently came together and decided that having accountability partnership would be a good idea. The same day, the development team began the discussion to brainstorm the idea. Please support this app.Version: 1.6.6

Just What I Needed!!!I came to this app through ADDitudes and I’m so glad I found it. This is just what I needed to learn how to get things done, stay on track at work, and feel better about myself. My coworkers have noticed an improvement and I’m getting more done after just two weeks of using Inflow daily. The modules are useful. I’m learning so much about what works, what doesn’t, and why. The live events are very informative and the live work group every weekday is amazing. I don’t completely understand why the work group works so well, but it has been a game changer when I’m struggling to get started or stay focused on a project I really don’t want to do. There is a cost, but it is well worth it to me and WAY cheaper than doing all of this with a coach, owing a ton in late fees because I forget to pay bills, or the risk of losing a job. I am 110% happy with this and it is already making noticeable improvements in my life. I have one thing I would like to see. If the developers are reading this, please consider making it a two week trial. I don’t think one week is enough time for most people to determine if this will work for them. I saw just enough that I was willing to pay for a month to see how it went, but there are a lot of people who need this that may still be hesitant after just one week. And thank you for the reminder when my trial was about to end!!!! It’s so easy for us ADHDers to forget things like that. That speaks volumes about intentions..Version: 1.7.1

Game ChangerThe Inflow app is a must have app for the ADHD brain. I’m a huge fan of CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and inflow has created a platform to not only teach this specific for ADHD, but has also created a community of people I can relate to who struggle in a similar way that I do, who are learning tools and techniques to deal with the different way our brains are wired. It’s a community where I feel seen and accepted. I have a coach inside the app who checks in with me and helps hold me accountable. There are “co-working” sessions that I can log into and work along with other people who are trying to get work done. The information in the different modules are hugely helpful! I love applying what I learn in the app to my life and seeing how these tools and techniques really can make a difference in the efficiency of my life in general. If you struggle with ADHD, download this app NOW! And I’ll see you inside :):).Version: 2.2.1

Life Changing! This app has changed my life! It is genuinely incredible with the combo of live accountability sessions and bite size learning and self reflection it’s allowed me to cultivate self compassion, acceptance and validation in a way that my family have never been able to offer. My confidence is growing by the minute as part of this community. It’s is GOLD for ADHDers out there, especially the sole traders and entrepreneurs out there! You have soo much accountability and even an option for coaching - which I now do weekly, with your very own live coach on a video meet..Version: 2.8.3

Helpful!Diagnosed ND for over a decade. I also suffer from BPD, depression, anxiety. While Inflow is not meant for the others, it has helped significantly! I have never received decent mental health care, let alone the tips & tricks you get with Inflow, from any providers. So through my own research I know about things like DBT. Having inflow helps give me an actual example of what to do to utilize this knowledge. I’m also reinforced to stick to my progress, otherwise it’s just so easy for depression to keep me from motivating myself. Now, I can open Inflow and read inspiring tips and it naturally motivates me to be a better me, easy peasy 🥹.Version: 1.8.6

Critical Need for this App! Life changing..Make discount info explicitI'm taking the time to provide you with feedback related to my experience with inflow. The only complaint I have is my coach was never available during my subscription so I missed out. I have suffered with ADHD my entire life but was not diagnosed until my late 20s. The negative self talk is ingrained and the app helped with that pertinent information. This app changed my life in a short time. My concern is that the access program and student discount information are not explicitly stated when you sign up. I fear that people who need the service may miss this opportunity. Also, financial challenges occur by happenstance especially with ADHDers. I am facing a financial hardship but I at one time had a paid subscription. Making the access program open for people in crisis might help. Maybe with the support of a qualified mental health professional or the like. Maybe a month at a discount or including information under access to help ADHDers learn to manage their finances. You have an amazing opportunity to change lives. Have you considered an ambassador program? I say this because I would suggest this app to everyone I know with ADHD. I am faculty at a university, and I believe me and our personalized learning center could promote this service. Nonetheless, I am thankful for the time I was able to participate..Version: 2.3.41

HelpfulLove the supportive voices and I find the daily challenges very helpful!.Version: 1.1.22

Able to be more productive at workI was never officially diagnosed with ADHD but I’ve always been sure I have it, and it clearly runs in my family. The app has allowed me to find a number of ways to be more productive — and that’s made a huge change in my work life..Version: 2.8.3

Life changingThis is a great app and programme, and unique as far as I can tell. It is helping me get to grips with some of the most frustrating and paralysing aspects of ADHD in a way that I have not been able to do with other resources. It’s divided into small sections which I find perfect for my attention span - on most days I simply can’t take in more, and I find I can apply the tips and suggestions given quite easily and effectively. Sometimes I forget all about the app but then after a few days I return and pick up where I left off - there’s no pressure. Finally the app is also special because it is interactive, not just a bit of inanimate software. The developers are clearly engaged and present, including through live Q&As with the experts. Many thanks to the creators of this app..Version: 1.3.6

Been looking for this for yearsFor a about two dollars a day Canadian I have everything I need to manage my ADHD really effectively. The app itself is terrific, deeply engaging but this is a whole ecosystem of care and counselling. Can't recommend it highly enough..Version: 1.7.6

This app is changing my lifeI knew A LOT about my ADHD and wasn’t sure this app would be any help, but I decided to give the free trial a go anyway. Boy, am I glad I did! This little app has been more effective than therapy. It has learning components, applicable advice, and it’s perfectly gamified so you actually WANT to check in every day, but you don’t hyperfocus on it. It’s the only thing that has gotten me on a morning routine, helped me stop procrastinating, and I’ve even started keeping my spaces clean. The best part is that I’m breaking the shame cycle I’ve been in where I think I’m not doing enough or living up to my potential. I am kinder, patient, and more loving toward myself because of this app. I know it’s a steep price for an app, but it’s worth it. Thank you, Dr. Sachs, for creating this resource. There’s at least one life out here that you’ve changed..Version: 2.8.2

Helpful esp since newly diagnosedI like this app a lot, use it daily, would recommend it and I will keep using it long term. I am very newly diagnosed and needing to learn more. The modules on various topics about coping with Adhd have been helpful to learn more. I also really like the community aspect since I don’t know anyone else with this, and I really like the accountability coach aspect. The whole app is set up in a way that is very adhd-user-friendly. Tech support has been very responsive / helpful. It’s been a huge resource to me, new in my journey / dx, and made me feel much less lost..Version: 1.7.8

Thank youThis is about the modules in the app; most make you take a minute to breathe and really guide you to figure out the “why” to help you face certain feelings. What’s happening in your head doesn’t come out of nowhere, there is a reason behind your actions. Having a reason means there can eventually be a solution! It’s not a hopeless situation that you just have to “try harder” at or continue to push through by yourself over and over again. This is huge thank you so much….Version: 1.7.4

The right direction! Great AppFirst, let me say that I will gladly pay the $95 price per year if the content continues to build in features and community. I have been using it for 3 days now and this content so far is mostly things that I know about ADHD and strategies for growth (just a great way to remind me of them when I forget). I like the way it adds structure to creating habits and is flexible with how many habits/tasks you work on at once. I like the prompts (my favorite feature). I like that the community, journal, challenges are all there and the presentation. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that this app is great right now, but can be so much greater if the developers take the 95 dollars per year's investment that I and many others are making and will make. To design a helpful app for our Adhd community. I will be keeping the app for a year and thanks for creating a great all with even greater potential. I will change my review and be willing to make suggestions on improvements if asked. Maybe add a suggestion box if not there currently..Version: 1.5.5

Adult ADHDerGreat app for adults with ADHD. Especially if you had a late diagnosis. Lots of resources. Coaching is great. Very comforting to be pet of a community..Version: 2.0.4

You can start now!First of all, an app is no substitute for a diagnosis and professional support, but Inflow has been a great first step for me. These are life skills and community support that you don’t need any prescription for. As an American, accessing official medical support can take a long time and have significant financial barriers. I’m in my late twenties, still waiting for an official diagnosis, but my parent was recently diagnosed (in his 60’s!), so I’m using Inflow to get myself on a path to sustainability and success in my work and relationships. It’s never too late, but it’s also not too early! You can start now!.Version: 1.4.2

Expensive but seems worth itI chose to do the annual plan after the free trial - I quickly saw how many things within the app could benefit me assuming that I actually keep this habit. I love the coworking sessions and things like that - it really helps me actually feel like I can focus alongside others :) great concept especially because I work from home/remote 24/7. Also enjoy the lessons you can do and working with a coach that will also help me tackle things that are a struggle for me as well. Worth it :).Version: 1.9.6

Adult ADHD user experienceI feel really optimistic about this app from what I’ve already experienced. If you are serious about managing aspects of tour ADHD then this is worth your time and money. I really enjoy how the learning is delivered - bite sized and easy to implement. Most importantly great ideas to help the new habit stick. After all ADHD people always have great ideas, just can’t remember what we were implementing the next day. This is the real deal but those that will value this app will be People who are serious about wanting help and aren’t just looking for ‘cheap’ solutions. It’s a five star rating from me. Well done to the people behind it. And thank you for your passion and expertise that has gone into this..Version: 2.2.13

Pretty GoodI’d give this app four and a half stars, but it could be a five. This app is really good and is the best all rounder for ADHD in my opinion. Price is no issue when trying to better myself so that is not important in my opinion. But I do validate the reason for others. My main feedback is to have a better locking system for the modules. This prevents someone like me, and I’m sure others from unlocking other tasks and modules in advance. Maybe the one week free trial is good for this exploration and I need some restraint for myself. But checking in each day and tasks being locked until the following day is a good idea as it gives you a goal or something to consider during that one day. For example, in the module with the launchpad, you could have the next days module locked so you can do it or at least think about it/have a creative solution like this. I know the app has a “challenges” section and this is really good, but these should be imbedded within the module after the quiz. That way you can visually see it after completing the module and then it takes you to the challenges section when you click on it. I’m thinking of another app that does this well that I believe this app could benefit from. Just something to take into consideration with experimentation of the functions. However, overall this app has the best content which I’m happy with regardless. Good job..Version: 2.6.8

Really good appI joined the beta group for this and found the app good. I don’t use it daily but I have found the content ADHD-friendly and there’s no built in ‘pressure’ to use it consistently -or streaks to lose- but lots of good tips and useful wisdom..Version: 1.3.6

Good but expensiveI like the design but it is a bit too expensive after the 7 day trial..Version: 2.6.4

From discouraged to hopefulWhen I first started using the inflow app I had just been diagnosed with ADHD as a 32 yr old woman. Using inflow has helped me create new patterns and habits in my life that I didn’t feel were possible before. I am learning how to become more organized and reliable, not only to others but to myself as well. I actually feel hopeful about functioning at a level I didn’t think was possible before. The daily prompts are clear, super short, and offer actionable steps to apply what you learn. I feel freedom to go at my own pace & actually WANT to keep going. Even if I go a week or two without using the app I feel like I can jump right back to where I left off in the program, continuing to learn and grow. I’m really grateful for this resource in managing my inattentive ADHD symptoms..Version: 1.3.6

Love it - great app just what I’ve been looking for to help with ADHDThis app is really useful and informative as not only does it teach you ways to manage your ADHD using prompts and daily journal planning and challenges to help motivate you to progress it has videos of events with discussion issues such as anger management and getting things done ..with invaluable advice from people who care. I am currently trialling it got a bit longer and not sure what I would do without it ..the annual subscription is a little high until you think about and realise what is being offered. So I think I will just have to buy less stuff! It might help if there was a quarterly or half yearly option though? If you have ADHD there is no harm in trying the app for free week to see what I mean (although there is more content-than you can do in just one week ) You can also always cancel the subscription before the renewal date without any issues. Thanks inflow for this unique app Love it.Version: 1.7.3

Useful practical helpI’ve only used this app for the free trial so far but I’ve really enjoyed it. The daily coaching is full of useful tips and these are presented as challenges to motivate you to complete it. The app is really accessible - at first I was dismayed that the coaching session were audio but there’s options to alter voice speed and there’s a text instead option, and all the sessions are short and concise and summarised at the end..Version: 1.3.7

The Best! For years I’ve been looking for the ‘killer app’ for ADHD. I’ve found it. I use this daily and work with a real life human coach. It’s jam packed with good stuff. Great self and guided coaching, insights and more content than I think I could consume in a lifetime. So many apps are just along for the ride with the ADHD community: generalized apps marketing themselves to everybody including people with ADHD. But they are focused on ADHD. Inflow IS. It’s gold. Highly highly recommend it. A superb investment..Version: 2.2.4

Easy to useI’ve only started using the app recently but the first thing that stood out is it is simple and quick to use. I have so much to do every day and so little energy and motivation to get them done and I thought this app would be another thing to add to the list. I’m excited to keep using it..Version: 1.6.6

Changed my lifeI’ve struggled with impulsivity, anxiety, and executive functioning my entire life (never knowing why). I’ve only recently been told that I have some ADHD characteristics by a therapist. I downloaded this app and I’ve learned so so much about myself. What’s more, I’ve learned how to navigate problem areas and I’m functioning at a much higher level. The Co-working keeps me focused and on track as a freelance writer. My business has completely turned around and I owe it all to implementation of what what I’m learning from inflow. Worth every penny..Version: 2.2.9

This helped me understandI had a fun time using my free trial to learn more about my ADHD. From being diagnosed from the age or 23, I had some struggles I was unsure of, I took medication at first but I didn’t learn any CBT techniques and made things worse. By that’s my fault and not knowing one needs the other. After doing the techniques I feel that nothing is wrong with me, my brain is different in a good way. Even though my trail is up and I can’t afford it yet, I can learn more about the other techniques on my own time. I was afraid of the meds at first, but I didn’t have any tools, now that I do have them, I know one needs the other..Version: 1.5.3

Great for Managing Your ADHDSo first off, I saw a review that said this is best from people who just got diagnosed. I’m going to disagree. I’m 30-years-old and I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was seven. I really took a lot away from this app. I rarely recommend buying apps, but this is worth the Investment. I have my master’s degree, a successful career as a technical recruiter, and a fiancé who is a lawyer. Despite all this, there’s still a lot I struggle with concerning my ADHD. This app has already helped me in areas I struggle in such as managing my emotions. It’s also helped me in areas in my life that I didn’t even know were a struggle due to ADHD. This app is one of the first tools I’ve actually found helpful for managing ADHD. For instance, I tried joining an ADHD support group on Facebook. I ended up leaving because I didn’t find I related well to what others who were posting in the group. Topics such as celebrating keep a job for two months straight for the first time in their lives or sharing how they’ve never been able to have a successful romantic relationship. I’m not looking down on those people, I just couldn’t relate to them. However, this app, I definitely feel that I can. ADHD looks different on everyone and I believe everyone with ADHD will find this app useful..Version: 1.6.6

Best app for ADHDSo much to say about this app, but the conclusion is to get it..Version: 1.7.3

The most information I’ve seen.I got the free trial for inflow. I’m originally from a Spanish speaking country, I always had access to tons of physiologists and doctors growing up. However, even though my parents had a hard time with me most times nobody was able to tell them why I had such a hard time with “small” things or habits they tried to teach me. I would forget to do things often that they just couldn’t understand how to the point they thought I was ignoring their requests on purpose. When I finally realized that it was adhd and I talked to a physiologists on my adulthood about my suspicions, they just asked me a few questions and that was it. I was officially diagnosed. However, I never got any tips or tricks on how to manage my struggles with procrastination and just in general. After the free trial I was able to learn so much more about why I can’t get things done. I really wish I could afford the year fee so that I could learn more..Version: 2.2.13

Really helpful to support people with ADHDThe different modules offer practical ways to improve many symptoms and manifestations of ADHD. You can do the programme at your own pace and it does not take a lot of time..Version: 1.3.6

Amazing tool for recently diagnosed adult with ADHDInflow is so much more than just another ADHD app. Yes, it is expensive, but definitely cheaper than going to an ADHD coach or seeing a therapist even once a month. It’s a personal, real person, qualified coach who you can reach out to about questions or for accountability. It’s a resourceful place with plenty of useful modular courses on subjects such as acceptance, women and girls with ADHD, relationships, procrastination, etc. Everyone of them broken into short texts with audio recordings (by a human) of around 4-6 minutes. You can listen to/read one each day, reflect on it in a little text box after (if you want to) and get some helpful tips that you can save for future reference. This app also offers live video links that you can join to keep you accountable and on-task when you want to accomplish something (homework, chores, work, etc). There are also live video discussions with psychologists and other specialists that you can join on various subjects. These are so helpful to see that you are not alone! And the community section as well where we can exchange on struggles and successes. Finally, you get several challenge ideas and guidance to learn new tactics, improve some habits or routines, etc. One thing though, I noticed that the “Daily Flow” isn’t there anymore. Please bring it back! It’s one of the best things in Inflow! It is what gets me motivated to open the app and gets me started on the modules. If you won’t put it back on the home page, can we have a way to access the previous ones? I have tried many guided meditation/reflection apps and this is the best for me. Thank you Dr. Sachs and the Inflow team!.Version: 1.8.6

Best ADHD App availableThis app honestly changed my life and how I was working through my ADHD. I cannot thank the team who has created this enough for such an accessible and user friendly resource. Every feature is so well thought out (by a neuro diverse team!!) and easy to use. I love the quick sessions that are perfect to integrate throughout my day along with the community feature!!.Version: 1.7.3

Life changingFull disclosure, I was lucky enough to get this app through the access programme as I was struggling with my employment at the time. I wasn’t in a great place, and neither was my mental health. This app has really helped me understand myself and learn how to cope with my ADHD. I’ve been constantly amazed to learn how many things I struggle with aren’t all that unique to me and instead are pretty common symptoms. Daily sessions are just 5 minutes. At first I thought this was a bit insubstantial, but its actually the perfect amount to fit in around a commute and as it doesn’t seem like a big commitment, I’m much more likely to engage on a routine basis. After 9 months of using the app I’ve seen a lot of improvement in aspects of my life such as emotional regulation, time keeping and organisation. My ADHD does still make things harder, but in general I’m far more accepting & forgiving of myself, and my relationships with others are a lot healthier..Version: 2.7.7

Quick and effective way to improve your focus and happinessAs a psychologist, and human who has feelings, I love this app. In less than 5 minutes per day, In Flow helps bring awareness to areas in your life you want to improve and behaviors you want to change. I love that it starts with simple education and builds to add skills for different areas. These areas are customizable to those you feel specifically benefit you. There’s also a community, where you can connect to others who can understand your life experience. Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed..Version: 1.3.6

This App is Worth 10 Stars!!I cannot express how much I love this app! First of all, I love that the company is engaged daily and I have a coach who checks in on me weekly and I can chat with them anytime in between. I love that the coaches, include Dr George Sachs are fellow ADHDers so I feel understood by them and they convey their own experiences in the daily audio modules. I love that it encourages me to go slow and only work on one portion of the module each day. I love that they have coaching available at a much less price than most places, and I can sign up for daily focus sessions for body doubling when I really need to get something done. I can go on and on but I’ll run out of space here. But most of all I can attest to the fact that to annual price IS WORTH IT!!.Version: 1.8.4

Incredible tool for ADHDThis app is amazing and I’ve recommended it to everyone in my life who has ADHD or other mental health issues that they cope with. You can tell the people that created it understand ADHD and they make it easy to stay consistent with it. I love the way that it’s set up and covers different aspects of things that people with ADHD struggle with. The challenges are very useful as well and are great to practice implementing the skills in daily life. I have had this app for two weeks and it has improved my life so much already..Version: 1.3.7

The Live events are a great touchThe great: I loved this app because it made me feel like there was a really supportive and active community of ADHDers out there. The coworking sessions work great and increased my sense of accountability. It was definitely easier to work towards my goals with it. Also the CBT reminded me not to beat myself up for getting distracted. Areas to improve: - way too text heavy in parts. Would be nice to break it up with shorter video content formats like IG stories - not enough ways to track my progress throughout the week - The live events were so good but there were not enough of them or they were at the wrong time for me in my timezone - hard to cowork at 6pm. I want them on demand!!! Or to be able to jump into one when i need them at work!.Version: 1.7.8

Great app for people with ADHDI think inflow is really great. The founder George Sachs is like a really nice, humble, non- tele-evangelist version of Tony Robbins! 😂 I don’t have time for the modules and tasks right now so I've cancelled the trial (super easy to do, they even send an instruction email) but might rejoin inflow in the future..Version: 1.6.6

Good app for adult ADHDI tried out the 1-week trial and enjoyed it, though I’m not really a “true” ADHD person since I’m super organized and have good control over my emotions — just easily distracted. I was formally diagnosed with “sluggish cognitive tempo” for which there isn’t an app (and some cynical people even believe that SCT is a disorder “made up” to sell more psychotropic drugs. Ugh), but the symptoms somewhat overlap with ADHD so the Inflow modules are useful. Yes, the name “inflow” with the pink colors and the logo that almost looks like a period cup definitely reminds me of menstruation! Strange branding, but maybe there will be a future release that has more attractive graphic design and a stronger logo. Definitely a great resource, so I hope the app continues..Version: 1.7.4

Really working content in bite chunks! This app is amazing! I was sceptical about that as I've read so much on ADHD and it was hard to find hacks that would really work - this app amused me as most of things there really seem to resonate with me! Also it's beautifully done, information is bite chunked, doing just 5 minutes a day in the evening seems to work for me!.Version: 2.7.4

Life upgradeI know many are very well educated on life with ADHD. I like to think I am getting there too 😄. I was diagnosed 2 years ago at age of 37. I’ve been using this app for about 6 months now (on and off, of course 🤪). It is actually very easy to pick back up again wherever you left off, even if it’s been a few days or weeks (or months). Anyways, I have found the learning modules really valuable. I think you may too. While not every learning module lesson is directly applicable to me, many of them are. I find nuggets of wisdom that continue to improve my life each time I use it. Sometimes all I get is assurance that it’s ok to be kind and accepting to myself, and I need that too! The app also has a cool feature where you can time chunk work/breaks with a live group of people. This has been helpful on days when I’m not motivated to do anything at all. You can interact if you want to. Sometimes just having a common goal with people nearby (or virtually in this case) is all I need to stay on task. Finally, there’s also some community aspect where you can share your thoughts/struggles/tips for the day and people always respond with thoughtful or encouraging words. I love it! They charge about $20 a month for access to all this stuff and I think it’s worth every penny. Have I made a good enough case for you to try it (or maybe try it again)?.Version: 2.1.0

Loving it so far!I’ve only been using the app for two days so far, but I already love the format and the tips I’ve gotten. I plan on using the Pomodoro technique with my tasks today. It’s already making me more mindful and relieving some of the guilt and shame that I’ve had about, how my ADHD impacts my life. If you’ve ever use Noom for weight loss, the format is almost identical. Nor for me, so I am optimistic about this app helping me significantly manage my ADHD symptoms. If anyone has used Noom successfully in the past, and also has ADHD, I highly recommend this app for them..Version: 2.8.3

Great ambition that just needs some polishI love this app and it’s been a great stopgap while I go try and find a therapist. I’ll still probably continue when I’m in therapy just for the daily content and community. There are a few minor technical issues that could be fixed tho. The biggest one for me is a lack of audio controls when out of the app. I can’t pause or play the lessons unless I am directly in the app. This causes issues as I often listen to the lessons when on the bus, a seething where I don’t like to take out my phone unless needed. Thank you for the great work and I hope you get the success you deserve..Version: 2.1.1

Highly effective and BRIEF CBT lessons proven to workI’ve had ADHD long enough to understand most of the common struggles others like myself share. I am also all to familiar with the fact that the attributes are usually misunderstood by those with normal brains, often times causing us to have very low self esteem. (It’s all my fault, I’m forgetful and easily confused simply because I’m a jerk and not very smart). This app is a great reminder that you can forgive yourself for these issues. They are not things we have as a result of any character flaws. Our brains are documented physiologically different. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) is one of the most overlooked but effective tools in dealing with mind management. This app emphasizes these therapies and prescribes very simple exercises that do help over time. But again, most importantly, forgive yourself. You are different and you are most certainly not alone. This app brings us together so we can learn from one another..Version: 1.3.6

Great!Really helpful app, great tips and fantastic meditation..Version: 1.3.6

AmazingI joined inflow in a time where I was at my lowest and had no idea what to do with myself or how to act especially since my adhd has just been getting out of hand and too overwhelming. Inflow is truly amazing and honestly makes me feel so much more confident with my adhd and mostly, makes me know that I am not alone and heard. I actually really love the Q&A as it makes it more personal and allows me to get an answer from a professional and not just google, as well as hear other people’s questions which may be useful for me too. The modules are really helpful especially with the challenges they provide, it actually makes me have to do the thing rather than just listen to something and never try it. It also helps keep things exciting for the adhd brain because completing a challenge or a module is just exciting and makes you feel like you did something that day. However, one thing I would say is that is that I wish others could access this app without having to pay. I fully understand that the creators worked really hard for this and dedicated so much time, effort and money to make this and they also have bills to pay however some people may really need help just like I did when everything just got too overwhelming for me. I was able to get some help from this app but others may not be able to depending on their situation which really saddens me. However I wish that in the future this app could become free or even allow some people (depending on their situation and financial state) to access this app for free. I truly think that anyone should be able to get the help they need when they need it which is why I hope something could be done in the future. Overall amazing as an app and I fully support it and would definitely recommend!.Version: 1.3.6

Very helpfulI’ve struggled with managing my emotions most of my life. Sometimes you don’t even realise some of the behaviours that you exhibit until they’re pointed out to you. Inflow helps with not only identifying these behaviours but using proven psychological techniques to help you understand and ultimately change your behaviour. The modules have taught me a lot and having a coach available to bounce ideas off and hold you accountable is a bonus. A paid for 1 year and it ended up costing me less than a 1 hour session with a therapist. Absolutely worth the money..Version: 2.6.4

Compassionate and thoroughInflow is a great app. The modules are really simple, but speak to so many concerns that I have always had. Sometimes the narrator makes me laugh because he's basically describing my life, but it's so nonjudgemental and understanding and encouraging. If you want to learn about your special brain and learn strategies to help you maximize your capabilities, this is the app for you. Also, seeing others respond to the daily prompt and are participating in challenges let's me know I'm not the only one! So there's also a lil community that is nice..Version: 1.3.7

Good appIt’s a nice app which clearly has had a lot of thought put into it. I tried the preview and really liked the educative content, the community support aspect of it as well as the user interface. Although I agree that the app is of a quality for which I’d be happy to pay, I unfortunately did have to cancel my subscription as I am a broke college student :( I was wondering if there were any discounts available for students? Until then I unfortunately won’t be able to benefit from this app (although I’d love to!) Thanks for the developers; keep up the good work!.Version: 1.6.0

Great tool for people with ADHDI recommend Inflow to anyone who has ADHD. Great tools for both self understanding & also setting up effective coping strategies/habits. As a professional working with adults with ADHD I shall be recommending it to my clients..Version: 1.3.6

Mr Dumpty ReAssembledFragmentation? Born with it. Traumatic brain injury jostled another round with ADHD. Also invoked PTSD - another trigger for ADHD. The TRIFECTA of blessings😂. This app helped me so,so much in the beginning with my journey to recovery. So much in fact, that I have even put myself back together as a better me. My struggles are fewer - but as everything - hyper is reality. I find myself checking in more so than formulating game plans now a days - but honestly - I have so much to thank these wonderful people for. My struggles today are not so much executive function and spouting off - just the fun stuff like “where’s my keys”. But suggestions on how valuable change can be incorporated into my routine will always be welcome in my books. ie (Launch-pad!!) I hope that my review offers you a truthful insight as to how well embracing mindful strategies can work to overcome your own barriers. I wish you best success on your journey!.Version: 2.0.8

It’s a great app!!I love inflow and i definitely think it’s worth trying!.Version: 1.3.6
