✓ Dissapionted as a BK playerAs the first reviewer of the game I expected better from this game, the problems are more use of Bk coins than bannas especially 1 ups and other useful trinkets in shop. Also the powerups that uses bananas are insanely expensive, at the same time you don’t unlock all animals in the start of the game which makes it redundant. Lastly the 3D models of the gorilla and other designs are impressive but a bit ugly, 2D designs in the old one Is better. Overall this review shows that newer doesn’t mean better, I like your works over the years however it’s best to take take my advice to make the game better for or just continusly add new location and update in the old banana Kong 1 game. ✓ Great game with problemsThis is one of the best runner games I have played. The graphics are great, controls are responsive, and there are excellent surprises throughout. I took off one star because you have to grind a lot to earn enough bananas and coins to upgrade. I took off another star because some of the missions are too hard to complete. The game is not very generous with giving you the things you need (eg., boulders, vines, mine platforms, etc.), so it takes a while before completing a mission. I currently have only one mission to complete and it involves jumping on posts in the water. After over a hundred runs, the game has not given me enough posts to complete the mission. Many of the runs had no posts at all. Part of a game’s success is its replay-ability, and missions and collecting perks are part of that. There is no way to progress in this game without buying lots of coins. I already paid to get rid of ads and I’m not going to buy coins when I should be able to earn them. ✓ Not quite readyUnfortunately its kinda unplayable in its current state. It freezes, lags and stutters including the sound. Controls need to be smoothed out and also it goes to a black screen every time it try's to transfer to a different area. ✓ Ads removal cost $22.99 DELETED!! DO NOT BUY!!In the first version ad removal was $1.49 which I purchased. But in this version all I can see is an ad removal for $23 which is too much and means I will have to delete this game and cannot recommend it as ads spoil continuity and immersion and removal is not worth more than a couple of $ certainly not $23. DELETED. The other day I bought PGA Golf 21 for my PS5 for $25. That’s a AAA title and I would have to pay an equivalent amount to remove the ads from this game. How is that comparable? I don’t want a million bananas and the other stuff just to remove ads. Surely that’s not worth much more than $2. The longer people play the more chance is they will spend. I will buy the double bananas but not until I can get ads removed first because the ads are too distracting and kill immersion.
