✓ Subscription Issue’sI tried resubscribing to a person and for some odd reason on my feed, it thought I was still subscribed. When I went to resub, it told me I couldn’t resub bc I wasn’t subscribed. I paid coins to subscribe to this user and it took my money and my subscription isn’t active..Version: 1.6.1

✓ Good but some frustrationsFrom a supporter only/not a creator perspective, the app is good and I appreciate it as a way to support creators, but 1) it needs a way to not show fanwall posts by people other than the creator themself, and especially not push those fans' posts as notifications, and 2) it needs to not insist on updating seemingly every other day and *preventing* use of the app until that update happens, even when I'm not home/using data and thus don't want to update until I have wifi access. An occassional major update that requires updating first would be understandable, but every single update, and so frequently? Is highly frustrating..Version: 0.7.1
✓ User experience unimportant to devsThis was nice at first, but it’s just going downhill. I’m all for supporting the creators, but their restrictiveness seems to make user experience worse. ✓ DisappointingI thought this sounded like an easier platform to use to try to generate a bit of income from creative work but it’s a ghost town. There’s no way to explore or discover what/who is on this app. I tried searching random names and found that about 90% of the users have zero posts and zero followers. It seems hard to get people to new social media platforms and while it claims to be for all kinds of creators, I think it’s probably a huge turn off for many that it’s primarily marketed as ‘pg adult’..Version: 0.5.5
✓ Poor experience as a creatorThe app is very confusing to use and navigate and customer support is some of the worst I’ve experienced in the tech business. After creating my creator account, I attempted to test out the user experience before directing my fans to sign up. First red flag was them prompting users to pay money outside the App Store (that should be more red flags than a golf course for y’all right there ⛳️ - then Apple support cannon intervene in purchasing disputed.) Then when the other content creator did not follow through with the deliverables, customer support all but told me to pound rocks. So basically I have been defrauded, and thereby warn all of you to stay far, far away. Patreon here we come!.Version: 1.3.2
✓ Fanhouse is good, its app is NOTThis app is constantly crashing (and no, it doesn’t need updating, and yes, it is compatible with my operating system). If you’re lucky enough to be on the app for more than two seconds before it crashes, it is (visually) a mess - not at all pleasant to navigate and feels extremely cluttered with everything blurring together consequence of the limited colours - as well as rather laggy. It will not load your camera roll either (even when you ensure it has the permissions to do so). As a creator, this app is HELLISH to use and I simply never use it when posting for my fans. As a fan, this app is frustrating and disappointing. I recommend avoiding the mobile app at all costs until it’s fixed. (The desktop webpage isn’t much better and has many issues, but at least it does the bare minimum: FUNCTION.).Version: 0.6.8
✓ Great idea, but buggy appFanhouse is a great idea for content creators. Unfortunately the app is very buggy. Like if I watching a video in the app, I can tap the back button many times and sometimes it will take me out of the video, and other times I’ll just give up and shut the app down and reopen it to get back to the Home Screen. Transitions do feel a bit jittery. I also wish they would have normal video controls on the videos. It’s still pretty new, so hopefully the app issues will be ironed out..Version: 0.8.8

✓ ScamPurchased a 3 month sub to a creator. at time of purchase she had last posted a week prior. But then she stopped posting all together. I paid to receive NO NEW CONTENT. I contacted the company and asked for a refund and was told no. I tried to issue a chargeback but my bank sided with them, and their policy is that if you try to issue a charge back that they will ban you. So now I’m have paid for NOTHING AT ALL!.Version: 0.9.1
✓ Can't even sign in.My latest issue is that I can't even sign in! I performed the following steps: - Download latest app - Select "e-mail" option to sign in - Enter e-mail and password - Select pink sign in button Nothing happens. It shows the spinner where the sign in button is and then it shows the sign in button again. I keep tapping sign in and it won't let me in. I re-enter my details and nothing. There is no error message. Exiting and returning to the app has no effect. In the meantime I can log into the mobile website and desktop website just fine i.e. through the web. ✓ Buggy, crashes, cannot handle mediaThis app is truly doomed to failure. It sets out to be a “clean” onlyfans, with subscriptions and tips, and rules against adult content and yet looser than Instagram or tiktok. It doesn’t seem sure who it’s demographic is. Not that it matters, since it’s technology is not equipped to handle the kind of media it wants to host. No matter what device you are on, if you are subscribed to someone with a decent amount of video and photo content, it will crash EVERY SINGLE TIME once enough items have been scrolled. It simply cannot handle the load that it’s auto-play ambitions think it can achieve. Even when it doesn’t crash the app is laggy, finding things is anything but intuitive or user-friendly, and you will see staff practically begging you to use the app in messages and notifications. This is simply a dead-in-the-water also-ran social network that launched before it had a clear idea of what it wanted to be and without the tech to support it even if it had known.
