✓ For a mobile game it’s really good.I’ve heard people say it’s just a "pay to win cash grab" and "fun is behind a pay wall" and so far there’s literally nothing good behind a pay wall. Except Cato sicarius but even then he’s only £0.99. And it’s free download too. Clearly they haven’t even played the game and assumed it’s a pay to win cash grab the moment they first saw it and are not even going to download it for 5 minutes to confirm their ignorant mentally. ✗ Customer serviceGreat game. The players in my server (106) are great even after our merge. But the customer service is something to be desired. I got locked out of my main account and have emailed the customer support, I have messaged them on Facebook, and I have contacted one of the moderators of the Facebook page. I received a response 11 days ago for some information regarding my account but because of the time difference, my ticket was dropped. 11 days later and 11 emails later, I have not received anything from the devs. I don’t usually complain about things online, but I am the Marshal for my alliance and we have all to jump through hoops because of this incident. Plus the loss of rewards from missed events. There needs to be not just one way to contact customer support or numerous customer support centers based on locations not just one in China..Version: 2.5.0
✗ Nothing new and the advertising promises more than the game deliversLet’s face it, this game is not new. Even if it hadn’t been done at least thirty times before (3000 times???), it’s not even the first Warhammer themed ‘build and battle’ game. Anyone remember Drop Assault...? Instead of anything remotely different this is a standard freemium, pay to speed up, build this, train that game. The most recent advert shows a Thunderhawk gunship flying through a space battle - where is that game (don’t try and pass off Battle fleet Gothic as ‘that game’, we all know it’s not).
