✓ Worst team app I’ve usedI’ve used at least 4 other team apps that are far better than this one. Even the features that work aren’t as good as other apps. To make matters worse, the chat function stopped working for me weeks ago. I get notifications when guys from my team post a message, but when I open the chat function, it’s completely blank. Had 20+ chat notifications when I opened it today and all I get is a blank screen. Look elsewhere..Abidingdude32Version: 3.1.2

✓ Where’s the beef?Compared to others, this app is not yet up to par. Can’t see a tally of who is and isn’t attending games, no place for uniforms, field location or links to a maps feature, no photo link option. It’s almost as if they never looked at their competition’s offerings or consulted coaches & parents for what they appreciate in a team organization app..EapettVersion: 2.1.1

✓ One big bug!I've been using this app for a couple years now and it has some good things like integrating the calendar it right to your phone. Do not subject your famIlies to it!The user interface makes everything so difficult - hard to distinguish between teams if you’re rostered on more than one, no filtering between practices and games, no way to add additional fields to use for assignments or uniform notes. Also no way to see other people’s contact info - can only message within app but not everyone uses it. ✓ User Interface not thought through.Calendar is horrible. Little dots on days on with events. Must click through each day to get information. ✓ Underwhelming functionalityGot League Apps to manage our club and it feeds into League Apps Play. The RSVPs never go off your screen, messages disappear out of the chats, only primary parents are on the app. Apparently only one parent in the know is a okay. My divorced parents love this feature!! The notification badges show 20+ messages, but you only have one. The calendar only shows team events. Your other registrations for camps, clinics, tryouts, etc don’t show on your calendar. Confusing, right? Did you or didn’t you register? No picture sharing on this app or the ability to send an email instead. Extremely unimpressed with the layout and functionality for an app that is supposed to be a comprehensive communication tool..ImpactSAVersion: 3.2.2

✓ ParticipantsMultiple children should be registered under one account/ email address. If the kid has their own address, the parent can add it to their profile. Too many passwords. I don’t have enough emails… nor do I remember check the fake emails I had to create to have both of my kids registered on the app. It makes it very difficult for any parent/s to stay organized..BayWolf17Version: 3.16

✓ Others are betterThis app offers a way for an organization and team coach to easily contact players, however there are little issues with it that I find annoying. Primarily messages can’t be deleted and they add up. It always seems like there is a new notification (or 30), but in reality they are old messages that have already been opened. For my organization, it does not connect to our Sports Engine accounts for payments. This is a big feature and since we do not utilize it, I’d much prefer a different app..AD inW.PaVersion: 3.14.1

✓ Unusable claiming to be an unsupported versionWe have had two seasons now where neither my wife or I can access this app because it says it is an unsupported version. We need to download an update. ✓ Don’t like itNot a fan of this app! All of my previous communication that I already sent out to my team through their mobile website has now disappeared! When you send messages it does NOT send to the email boxes of your parents so if they don’t have the app they won’t get your messages. ✓ Fix your announcements sectionNo ability to actually delete announcements. Sure, you can swipe and delete and they disappear only to reappear moments later when you go back into the Messages tab. ✓ Much better apps availableThis app covers most of the basics, but is nowhere as complete as other free apps like TeamSnap and GameChanger. One of the biggest gaps I’ve seen is that there is no way to receive a prompt or notification from the app when there’s a post to the group chat. The only way to see any of those posts is to go into the chat section of the app to see if anyone has posted or responded to a previous post. ✓ I hate this app so muchThis app is awful. It only very rarely actually opens. Most of the time it says it needs to GE updated. Then I go to the Apple Store and there is no update! Or if there is an update I download it and the app still doesn’t open, it says it needs to be updated even though I just updated it. This happens constantly. ✓ Recent update ruined everythingI used to be able to see standings, schedules, list of games and everything but the recent update with the redesign just made everything bigger and removed half the features. The calendar feature is useless, if you have more than one event on a day. The alert system is hard to navigate due to the clunky layout of the list. ✓ TerribleThis app is terrible. You get multiple notifications every time someone sends a message (I’m assuming one for you and one for each kid on the team …. Which for me means I get three notifications for every single message!) You can’t even see all the game’s information on the app, you either have sync the games to your calendar to see the info or open up League Play in your internet browser. ✓ Just okGet a lot of errors when creating new events. The worst thing as a manager about the app/platform - I hate that I can’t add my player’s family members myself. It would be so much easier if I could add them like I can with sport’s engine. The parents/guardians have to add each other including grandparents who usually have trouble with technology then it becomes a mess of extra accounts or accounts that aren’t linked. It’s a nightmare for our registrar that has to deal with all these family/parent account issues. If we had the ability to do it instead of the families it would be so much smoother. Good recent updates: I am happy to see that now you can update the locations and opponents yourself. Disliked Recent Updates: Now you have to click on the home and away teams with games. Id rather just be able to type it in the event it’s much easier and faster. Seriously needs improvements in the app when creating events. Constant getting error codes that “event was not created” and then I try to do it again to realize it actually was created and now it’s in there 2 or 3xs.Smobrien85Version: 3.7

✓ Super buggy appThis app is the worse! Super buggy, basic features like messaging is not even reliable to view. Lack of user guide to figure it out. Support can’t help you because the app is crappy and out of their hands. You can’t use this app if you have 2 different teams using it. You will only be able to get 1 team message. I asked if I can remove a last season team, answer was no. I have to contact the admin for that team to ask to be removed from this app. Seems stupid to not have the basic fundamentals on choosing which team you want to see.
