✓ Way better than any editing app I’ve usedSo I was using Impresso before which had ok reviews but I hated it because if I wanted to watch the video I had to watch it from the start everytime and this was frustrating, the fact I couldn’t just skip to the part I needed to watch. BUT I found Temply through instagram ads and I’m a small business owner and you know content these days is everything! I love the fact that I can watch the video playback at at any time point in the video, I love that I can speed up or slow down the frames. I also love how I can zoom into one video and not have the whole video I’m making zoom into every single frame. I also love how I can add music right from the app too. It’s a great and well made editing app! I’ve had no problems so far..Version: 3.8
✓ Convenient and aesthetically pleasingI love the font options and designs, so sleek. Please add more templates!!! the templates are easy to use and super convenient It’s a pretty awesome app for reels. I think having a previously deleted folder would be good in case you want to retrieve something. Also the font colours, there’s a bright green one on a travel template but the colour isn’t available in the colour options. A search bar would be good for looking for particular themes. Please add more photography themed templates. Also the option to remove the exposure on some templates would be great too. Not asking for much lol. Other than that it’s fantastic and sexy! ✗ Crashes when opening saved projects no!Temply was working fine for a few months as I was starting to learn the app then suddenly started to crash when opening or trying retrieve a saved project which became frustrating. However, when working Temply is a fantastic tool to create reels and stories. Some of the new features like logo import and brand colours are great and the to the beat and history templates are wonderful features. I had to delete and reinstall the app twice losing my saved projects and once the app started working again after iOS 17 up grade. I think the app is great just needs to be a little more robust..Version: 4.0.1
✗ It’s a work in progressI think it has the potential to be a great app but it’s not there yet. My issues with the app is the inability to scroll to different parts of your video to watch, every time you amend something to watch the timing back etc you have to watch your WHOLE video back, so not great for efficiency I believe it’s something they are working on but other apps already have this function. 2nd issue is you purchase songs to put your videos to and then when you upload it to Instagram it doesn’t recognise it, and then removes the video for copyright reasons rightfully so it defeats the purpose I’m using it for. Do like their filters for the videos but yeah other apps are more efficient/effective at this stage..Version: 2.5.5
