✓ Very ExcitedThere are a few bugs to work out in the app (my phone screen must be on for it to continue playing, or I can’t have it run in the background while doing something else on the phone), but the content here is amazing. ✓ Worth 1000 times the cost!Tons of valuable new content added weekly and my saved list grows way faster than I can listen. Everything from classic childrens novels, to Christian biographies, to poignant sermons and podcasts. Incredible content for for our homeschool curriculum as well. I highly HIGHLY recommend!!! ✓ Needs some tweakingThe content is such a blessing, but the app needs some work. Here are some suggestions 1. Please subdivide the categories further. I would like a book category, a lecture category, podcasts, etc.. for each of the main categories that now are present. Right now, it is very difficult to find the books amongst the other content. So yea, a main category of books and then subcategories of types of books would be lovey. 2. A better bookmarking ability would be nice. I have to remember my time stamp often when listening to a book. 3. Please add more books! I would love more of Doug’s books. I am running out of books and would rather pay canon press than audible. ✓ Great value for money and great theologyThis app is a fantastic value for money, given I love the Canon Press output, buying all the books on audible has been a goal, but due to the expense I’ve been putting off going through some great books This app changes that! Being able to pay the small fee for such fantastic and life changing content is amazing Plus they’re continually working on any bugs and adding content I highly recommend this app.Version: 5.0
✓ Life-changing contentThe audio player needs to be improved to reach the ease and intuitive features of audible, but the quantity and the quality of the content makes the monthly subscription worth it even if the tech side of things is still lacking. ✓ Love it, but offline would make it even betterReally enjoying using the app having access to so much content! Only issue I’ve found is the app not working offline so I can’t listen to downloaded audiobooks on my daily commute, which is when I’d do most of my listening. Keep up the good work!.Version: 6.0
✓ A plethora of informationThe Canon app is used daily in our home. From audio children’s books, to Vlogs and podcasts, our family is Cannon app educated. ✓ Great content, but needs a few featuresThere are plenty of things to love about the Canon App. It has a load of good content, is well organized and pleasing to search, and offers something for everyone. My only criticism thus far is that the app does not save one’s place in an audiobook and even loses that place while the app is open but not actively playing the audiobook..Version: 4.0

✓ Relevant for our timeI have found more relevant content from cannon press and Doug Wilson than any other Christian ministry at the moment. The topics Being discussed on this app, and the clear preaching of Doug Wilson have settled issues of eschatology, Baptism, and given me tools, and a clear and motivated realization of my responsibilities and duties as a man. I wish I would of known these things ten years ago. I have to repent often listening to they're content. If your serious about growing your understanding this apps for you. Sadly all the Taboo issues that I could never get a clear answer from the men at church seem to be getting addressed here. Highly recommend..Version: 11.0

✓ HUGE blessing!I cannot say enough about this app. The content is scripturally accurate, challenging, and even entertaining. They constantly add to their catalog, and there is something for the entire family in its listing. This has been such a blessing in my life. I listen to audiobooks and videos while I go about my work at home. I never close the app without feeling spurred on in the good works God has given me. Depending on what I’m listening too, I also let out a chuckle or an, “Oh my…they just said it!” The content is truly a lifeline in this sinful, fallen world. ✓ A feastThe App works well, but my review really is on the content. I have spent the last few years looking for a Christian content app that had depth and breadth, to no avail. All I found was watered-down fat-free milk discussions that were weak on theological depth and analysis and high-sugar high-caffeine energy drink talks that pump you up for a short while but lead to nowhere. The content at Canon+ is salt-cured smoked meat, marrow, cave-aged cheese and oven-fresh mill stone-ground whole grain bread. Did I mention wine? Get it and feast..Version: 18.2.0

✓ App managementDear, Grandpa Doug I really enjoy this app and how everything is easy to find through genres and categories. However, when I’m searching for a topic through the search bar I am given a list of options or best matches. If I select one of the options, but I want to go back and look at the others on the suggested list. I have to go back to the home page and retype my topic in the search bar. Think about all the things we could spend money on that distracts us from what we really need to be doing: Learning from the word of God and biblical sound resources. I totally recommend this app. I would like to know (if there is a way) how I can go straight to my book I’m listening without having to start from 0 and having to forward it :). ✓ Great stuff needs more speed optionsAll the great stuff from Wilson and Co. Since their stuff isn’t included in Audible premium, best to get it here! Developers, please please please add some more speed options for playback. 1x is too slow, 1.5 is too fast. 1.1,1.2,1.25,1.3 would all be so great to help cover more ground without taking away from the material. For example, I’d like to share a quote from an audio book. The recipient can then click the link, which will open the app and play the clip in context (~ 30 seconds). If the recipient doesn’t have the app they are invited to download and listen. ✓ Family optionsI’m loving the app. Two problems I’ve found 1) when listening to books the app has a hard time remembering where you were when you last listened. My books keep starting back at the beginning. Which leads to me spending several minutes trying to find where I was. 2) no family sharing options. My husband and I both want to listen on our phones, but can’t pay for two subscriptions. I wish there was a way to share the subscription with your immediate family members so that we dont have to pay for two separate accounts. Edit: third problem I found: why do I have to log in every time I close the app?? Very frustrating. And losing my place in the audio book every time has made me cancel my subscription. Which really stinks because I love the content. If these things get fixed I’ll re-subscribe..Version: 5.0
