✓ Thought it was hoo bc to be another SheinThis is such a good store! It’s vegan, doesn’t use slave labour and has such good quality clothing. Everything’s so pretty and I love that you can find things to wear based on the vibe they give off. My mum bought a top for me from cider as a surprise so it was a bit big since she guessed what size I am but I did some adjustments and now the wonderful quality top fits like a glove. ✗ Ghosted by customer serviceWhen contacting customer service to request a returns to be generated; they assumed I was asking for a “free” label when was not and kept asking me about the first parcel I had already returned. Figuring that a picture of the proof of posting with tracking number was enough, I sent that. This person responded with their terms and conditions on returns and ghosted me… their clothes do not suit all curve types, as the construction of the garments I had tried made me look bigger than I was and gave me the completely wrong shape. I was a first time customer and a last time customer. Beware (especially if your using Klarna) they send parcels out in multiples and expect you to wait for the entire consignment to be with you (yea this can include a further 2 weeks dispatch time before you return in one go..ShelleyNewbonVersion: 2.8.1
