✓ DO NOT BUYDo not buy from Cider. When I first saw it advertised on Instagram, I thought I’d give it a chance. Everything went completely fine when ordering and being delivered, until it came to the return. The items I bought didn’t work out at all, so we followed the instructions and sent it back. It has been a month since we returned and still haven’t gotten a refund back. Horrible customer service. We have been sent lots of confusing and contradicting emails from their customer support that get us no where. We are still battling to get our money back. They don’t have a way to contact them for customer service besides through email that is automated. Today i went to check my order and it said cancelled because it was not in-stock. My heart was shattered because i really fancied the dress and had matching accessories i was going to wear it with. Now that i know its not coming i don't have anything to wear am i am really really upset. I would have liked them to tell me the dress was not in-stock so that i could buy another one. ✓ Lies about fabric of clothesI thought I could trust a material description. I’ve never bought something that was so obviously polyester be described as a 100 percent cotton. When I asked for a full refund because it was false advertising I was gas lit by the customer service department saying that they reached out to the maker of the dress and were told the dress was 100 percent cotton, the processing made it look shiny. It doesn’t only look shiny it feels like plastic and it doesn’t fall right. I know the difference between cotton and polyester. This leaves a terrible taste in my mouth. So my brother took a piece of frayed string to test it just for ourselves, and it shrank like polyester would; if it were cotton it would have burned up. Instead of taking my side as the customer they tried to gaslight me into thinking I don’t know the difference between a plastic dress or a cotton one. Now I’m deleting the app because forever 21 has better prices, customer service and quality than cider..Version: 2.9.1

✓ SizingWhen i saw that it was a gen a marketed clothing brand, i was really hoping there would be more inclusive sizing within their clothing. i’m pretty tall, and not exactly skinny but i’m not what can really be considered plus sized. every outfit i wanted to buy either would not fit the circumference of my chest even in their large at size, and none of the pants (i always had to order a 2X when my usual size is a large in pants and clothing in general) reach a “pants” length for me. more like… calf length? i’m 6’0 for reference. also, there is a very low amount of good looking masculine clothing. so, if you’re masc presenting, tall, or have any fat on your body (with no shame, clothing is meant to fit your body, not your body is meant to fit the clothes.) i would discourage you from purchasing clothing off this app..Version: 1.14.3

✓ “Inclusive Sizing”If they believe a size 20 US is the equivalent to a 4X… think again. A 4X is typically a size 24 sometimes 24/26. I was really hoping that Id found a cooler sort of Torrid that was inclusive of every size not just plus and not just the smaller sizes that most brands make. Inclusive Sizing is what they advertise and I would absolutely call that false advertisement. They should really google what the word inclusive means as well as what a 4X typically looks like and is sized. Was really excited to see this, downloaded the app instantly from the first ad I saw. Too bad, pretty disappointing. But, I guess I should be used to that as well as everyone other plus sized person..Version: 1.15.3
✓ Ridiculous refundsI have tried this app in the past to get clothes and mostly every time the store refunds my order with no explanation. I tried ordering pants today and then I got the email saying my order was cancelled. It said it gave me the refund so I tried again cause I really wanted these pants. Tried ordering the same pants again and it cancelled and refunded my order once more but this time I didn’t get my money back. This store has some major issues. What is the point of buying on this app if I can’t even get any clothes? It keeps cancelling my orders and taking my money. I know it’s not a scam app but it sure does scam me. When they got here I was so disappointed, the quality was AWFUL. Worse than SHEIN even though way more expensive. It was cheap and nothing like the pictures or measurements. I issued a full return of my stuff and they didn’t even give me back the full amount of money I spent (which was a lot) and they’re telling me that I have to be the one to pay the shipping fee. ✓ A scam. Zero StarsI haven’t written a review until today but my experience with Cider has been so unbelievably terrible that I had to let others know. I ordered twice with Cider for trips and events and BOTH times, I never received my packages. The first time was due to the delivery company, which resulted in cider customer service taking their time to assist and correct the issue. They made me do so much for a $40 order and made it seem like I lied about my delivery issue. The second time I ordered, they put my address incorrectly on the label which resulted in my package being returned to them. When I reported the issue to Cider, they tried to offer me only 50% credit for something that they caused. I refuse to ever order again because this company is a scam and theyre unreliable. ✓ Please stock size 8 clothes!!I really love Cider clothes, they are super cute and unlike anything else in the High Street. My only gripe is that they don’t include size 8 in their sizes. Why?! Why include all other sizes and miss that one?!! Some items are between two sizes, such as 6-8 or 10-12. But that doesn’t work if you have a size 8 frame, because 6-8 is too small to cover your boobs, shoulders or hips, and 10-12 is too big. It’s really frustrating because it it weren’t for the lack of size 8 items, I would be a regular customer. Please reassess your size availability and include size 8 along with all the other sizes. ✓ Worst Experience I’ve had with a companyOrder three dresses for 50 dollars, accidentally forgot to put my apartment number, no problem I’ll just pick it up at the usps store, wasn’t there already shipped back to company. I contact customer support they tell my I’ll get 50 back, that’s fine then I realize maybe I misunderstood them so I text back again and they said yeah your 50 will be store credit, but then I only get 25. So I message them they said I was only allowed 50% of my 50 dollars back in store credit. I tell them that it’s wasn’t explained to me that well and I would not want that and I would rather get refund my money, they said it to late and that I can’t do anything about it. All because I forgot to put a 5 on my address. Had this happen only one other time and that company just gave me a full refund no questions asked. Really was excited to try cider but this was a terrible experience. All they told me was to make sure I put my entire address on my next order, thank you for nothing Cider..Version: 2.11.1

✓ Plus size options are EXTREMELY limitedThere are PLENTY of cute clothing options for straight sizes!! App was advertised (to me) to have a great selection of plus size clothing. I was under the ruse that most, if not plenty, of the straight sized clothing options were going to be available in extended sizing. ✓ Good but lacking infoI like this app and I love that these clothes are cute and pretty affordable, however, when buying pants, skirts, tops, etc. the sis guide doesn’t show you how LONG the product is. Because of this i’ve ordered a few tops that looked more like a bikini top than a shirt. If there was one change I think they should make to this app is adding more info about the length and specific measures of the clothes. ✓ Refund policy is a scam + horrible sizingI kept seeing the ad for cider pop up on Instagram so I decided to try it out. I purchased $80 worth of clothes, none of which fit. I have a fairly large chest but otherwise slim waist and ordered a few tops in large. The waist was way too wide, meanwhile the chest area was for A cups. The pants I ordered in medium were super tight on the waist. I opted to receive store credit for the items so that I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of shipping the items back, and could just donate the clothes that didn’t fit. I then tried ordering some different style tops to see if they would fit me better and sized up on the pants. The tops were still too small, one of them didn’t even look like the picture. Pants were wayyyy too big. When I attempted to return these items, I was offered a 50% immediate refund, but for only $2. Turns out, if you purchase your items with store credit, you better hope it fits cause you’re stuck with it and won’t get any money/credit back. ✓ Don’t recommendI saw lots of ads for Cider and thought they had really affordable and cute clothing! To say the least, I will probably never know lol. I originally ordered a few items and waited about a week and got a notification my items were out for shipping. Later that day, I got another notification my items were being sent back to seller. I reached out and was told that they couldn’t deliver my package for some reason, so I reasonably asked for a refund to which they replied “No, we can only give out store credit.” They offered me 40% store credit from my original order. I was a little upset and asked if I could receive a full credit given I was not at fault it couldn’t be delivered. Cider agreed, but did not give me credit for the $20 shipping I paid for. ✓ Need xxs optionsSorry this got long Cider has great quality I’ve gotten a few items from them and I haven’t been disappointed with the quality but the sizing is in need of more options. The XS on here aren’t that XS the first dress I got from them it fit a little loose but I had a waist belt that basically cinched it in quite well. But the tops I’ve gotten fit just a tad bit big kinda like it literally just lays on you perfect. Which would be fine for a more loose fitting t-shirt or crop top t-shirt but my corset I got didn’t act like a corset I have to tie the string all the way tight and even more for it to fit me. Which is silly because I want my corset to bring in my waist that’s why I wanted a corset. ✓ Plus SizeThis brand claims to have plus size clothes, but I agree with other comments that the plus size section is not nearly as cute as straight size. They have a few things in both, but the things made for just plus size are mostly pretty ugly. Additionally, they have a plus size section, but their weight slider caps out at 276 lbs. for a tall plus size girl who wears a 1x (they go up to like 3x I believe) that isn’t high enough it’s just kind of funny that they put a cap on the weight when they have a plus size section? A lot of other reviews list cheap material and long shipping times. I think I’ll try my luck elsewhere. Had to use three customer service channels (email, WhatsApp, live chat). Had to push back multiple times before finally getting refunded. ✓ Clothing is great but return is awfulI ordered a dress from here not long ago and it took no time at all to arrive, which I am pleased with. The dress was amazing quality however I have to return it because it is too big, and this is where my issue is. The return service is appalling. For starters, I find it incredibly annoying that you are not refunded delivery considering it definitely IS NOT cheap and second of all, the steps are more complex than it needs to be. On top of this, not only are you not paid back the shipping you have originally paid but to get some kind of ‘special delivery’ you have to pay extra and it is only refunded as store credit. ✓ Please Think Before You Buy**The clothes are subpar for the horrible customer service you have to deal with. I made a large order for some career events I had coming up and the company flagged me- like they are some bank (again… a Chinese company flagged my American debit card) they took the money but then sent me an email about suspect of fraud. I had to send them a copy of my ID and bank card… a CHINESE company. Cider kept my money without sending me my clothes for nearly 2 weeks. My bank was confused because THEY didn’t have the money. But Cider was also telling me they didn’t have it… k? Obviously- I missed the deadline to have the clothes for the event and honestly THANK GOD. You’d think after waiting for 2 weeks and Emailing with Cider’s customer service multiple times… their clothes must be top tier. All that fuss. NOT at all 😂 They are absolutely they kind of clothes you think are made in sweat shops and they are basically Shien’s catalogue but marked up and sold under a less problematic name. ✓ Beautiful stuff but…Curve and plus collection is so incredibly limited in comparison to the straight sizes. I get so many ads on instagram for the cutest dresses, and when I click they almost never have them in plus sizes. A lot of the plus sized designs are so random and we miss out on the cuter stuff! It’s nice that they have a button where you can say if you want an item in a bigger size, but i don’t think that in my time of pressing that button, i’ve gotten a notification for any extended sizes yet. ✓ Not enough range in customer reviews, that’s very questionableThis app removes reviews that are less than 4 stars. Do you notice that the reviews for each clothing item is 4/5 or 5/5 stars, averaging about 4.7 stars for majority of the items? That’s the algorithm they set in place, to make you believe everything will fit everyone perfectly. We are not a monolith, everyone is not gonna love the clothing, everyone it’s not gonna fit the clothes the same. That is very distasteful because it’s not giving the shopper enough range, altering reviews is problematic. The reviews and uploads are there to show how the clothing fits everyone’s body differently. I wouldn’t be buying from here again..Version: 1.13.1

✓ Ghosted by customer serviceWhen contacting customer service to request a returns to be generated; they assumed I was asking for a “free” label when was not and kept asking me about the first parcel I had already returned. Figuring that a picture of the proof of posting with tracking number was enough, I sent that. This person responded with their terms and conditions on returns and ghosted me… their clothes do not suit all curve types, as the construction of the garments I had tried made me look bigger than I was and gave me the completely wrong shape. I was a first time customer and a last time customer. ✓ Worst customer service everI ordered from cider 2 times within a year of having the app and the first time it wasn’t too bad but the sizing was a bit off so I tried again and out of the 4 things I ordered, 3 things the size chart was way off and one of them looked completely different than the photo (color, fabric /texture). It’s not hard to take accurate product photos they just shop theirs to make it look better quality than it is. So I made a return for those items and it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t seen my refund and customer service hasn’t gotten back to me. After receiving the clothes and looking at the website I realized cider is still fast fashion so that mixed with the lack of customer support and terrible quality of some of the items (bc fast fashion) doesn’t make it worth it to shop here at all. If ur fine with fast fashion and u just need a few pieces this might be worth it for u but all in all returning is such a hassle I just don’t recommend at all..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Sizing problemsHi. I haven’t even bought anything on cider despite liking a lot of the designs. I haven’t bought anything yet because most of the items I want don’t come in my size. I’m only a regular XL but the XL on Cider is a size 10 which is 100% incorrect, an XL should be a 16. The plus size section has wayyy less items. Every item should have the plus size version and have someone modelling it. Also, I don’t want to buy anything if I can’t see reviews of the items..Version: 2.13.7
✓ Cute stuff but some problemsCider has some amazing clothing options but when it comes to the login or join page you try to join and it kicks you out. But overall very happy with the options i just cant login so therefore i cannot purchase or add anything to my wish list. But amazing variety defiantly recommend if you can login..Version: 1.15.1
