Everything turned up earlier than expected, no issues with quality or sizing and they included a measure so I could add in my measurements to make sure I get the right sizes. Clothes are monthly great, between my two orders I have bought 17 items and only returned 5- success rate of 12/17 items! Considering I went to primark and newlook yesterday, tried on 16 items collectively and walked away with 4 I think that’s a win! Returns were mostly due to items not fitting which is probably my end with my body type. 2 went back for material quality. Returns process is super easy for me, I like them so much I’m happy to take the in store credit so I haven’t tried actually sending anything back though. That is to say, that some of these items may definitely be lacking in quality, but for the most part you get what you pay for. I’ve received some adorable and decent quality clothing that I love for a fairly low price. Cider makes it easy to return clothing that isn’t up to par with what you were expecting. I’m general, I really like Cider. Some clothing is lower quality but you can’t expect much more from the low prices they have. I received gorgeous and quite good quality items, in addition to super cute gifts for my first order. Quite pricey tho but I think it’s worth the price. I wouldn’t necessarily trust the sizing assistant as I was recommended L but the clothes run pretty LARGE. I suggested just sticking to your regular size. I didn’t wanna return the items so I had them altered at the tailor’s so that they fit me perfectly. The only thing that bugs me is that whenever I delete an item from my wishlist, it will take me back to the top of the list, instead of just letting me stay where I was.
