✓ Awesome gameThis is an awesome game. Thoroughly addictive and loads of fun. Each hotel has different rooms to update with stars you collect from completing the the game. You upgrade the hotel with coins and gems which you collect from playing the game, you don’t necessarily have to pay for the gems but sometimes it does help when offers are on. ✓ Love it!This game is amazing and I love designing and serving the customers at the hotel. The only thing is, I’ve noticed how Tom speaks to Coco sometimes and don’t appreciate how he comes across. ✓ Fun game, but it gets impossibleThis game is fun and I liked playing it, but after the 2nd hotel it costs way too many gems to upgrade and then that upgrade only helps you through one or two levels before you need to upgrade again. So you end up watching sooo many ads to get gems. I also would go back to the previous hotel to beat more levels to get the “presents” with gems, but after doing that for awhile, I couldn’t even beat a level with a fully upgraded hotel, doing all tasks on green, and assigning customers to their preferred room. ✓ Fun, engaging, no fuss!Sooo, I have Covid. During the hour or so I’m awake I play apps on my iPad. I saw the ad for this game and I just had to try it because it reminds me of an extremely similar, that was a hotel time management game. I used to play it on my iPad first generation. However, this similar, updated version is so fun. It’s engaging, so far no glitches, and despite the ads and pop ups for in-app purchases, I love this game. It keeps me busy when I am awake, and keeps my mind off of being sick. I only took one star away because it forces you to use up your stars to decorate the room to move-on. I like to build up stars and then decorate all at once. Not possible in this game, but none-the-less, I can still advance to the next level without having to be forced to make any app purchases. ✓ MehThis is a fun game and all, but there are many flaws. Some of them are that that are too many ad offers and purchase offers being shown, as in after every level. And when it comes to decorating the room, there is usually just this really good choice that you need to watch an ad for and it’s just annoying. In general, there are a many ads. My question is, that in the levels, why wouldn’t you be able to accept other needs before the one in the front? All in all, this is a nice game, but it frequently frustrates me. As a final note, please know that this game is not like the advertisement where you add up the total and hand them their key and there is no VIP room; I kind of started playing this game because of the given advertisement for it, but now I see that it’s just not the same-why do so many games do this?? However, this game is really fun in many ways; I like that there are hotel features and upgrades and also you can get hotel branches, which is cool. The room decoration options are nice and suitable for the room and I enjoy doing it..Version: 1.0.37
✓ Awesome gameOk so I’m going to update my review from one star to 5 stars, at least for now. By the end of the third motel the game gets a lot more challenging and gets a lot harder to collect diamonds...basically to the point where you feel like the only way to win some levels is to buy diamonds or power ups. HOWEVER, I will say that I’ve settled in to the game a little better and it IS still fun. That being said, you do have to watch a LOT of the ads and do a lot more waiting for motel upgrades to be able to pass some levels. Ads are also needed if you don’t feel like waiting several hours or an entire day to upgrade. The game is fun and it is worth it for myself personally, but just be prepared to watch a lot of ads to be able to progress the game. The first few motels are super fun and easy to get through, but by the end of the third motel the dynamics change a bit. Give yourself time to get used to it before jumping in and making a review..Version: 1.0.55
✓ I wish I could fire TomThis game is pretty fun and easy especially during down time before bed. The ads are also reasonable and not in your face. My main source of frustration while playing, is how slow Tom is and I just wish I could fire him. Tom is as useless as a pig for a team mate. Having him as another playable character just muddies the task. I think Coco could handle it all without him. I am now currently at the third hotel, and it’s kind of annoying that I can only line up 9 tasks for Coco, so I usually end up missing what a customer needs or something..Version: 1.0.36
✓ Better than my expectationI’m never bothered to write reviews, but this game is just too good for that. It’s got such good mechanics, amazing graphics not many ads at all! I love, LOVE how it’s even got an engaging storyline to keep you entertained between levels, as otherwise it would become repetitive easily. The only criticism I have is how few gems you can get, which is extremely frustrating when you get to the harder levels, because some hotel upgrades require 20 or 30+ gems, and you can only get 3 every few ads you watch. For the time being, because of how difficult the levels have become and the fact that I don’t want to pay, I have to put the playing on hold and wait for ads to refresh so I can get more gems. 😭 Great game overall! ✓ Extra maid?This game is great, not the best but I guess you could say it’s a time passer. I finished the first puzzle (I guess you could say puzzle) on level 21 but I hate the fact that everyone’s asking for everything and there is just one maid. I just wish there were 2. I think it would be a nice update that we could spend our coins on since there is really nothing you can spend it on other than upgrades. The maid should be like 3000 or something like that since it would be permanent or the maid could be money like $2.99 and a couple of gems and coins..Version: 1.0.51
✓ Fun game, new levels added frequently.I’ve been playing a lot of hotel management games in the past year and this is the only one I’m still playing. It not only has a large number of hotels available now, it’s also updated frequently with new hotels. Typically, the next new hotel will open within a week or two of finishing the previous hotel. My only complaint is the No-reward ads. I get that a game like this uses ads to make revenue, but until recently, there were always rewards for every ad. Recently, ads were added that just show up, either when you’re loading the game or when you finish a level. I’ve even finished a level and chosen NOT to watch the ad that doubles rewards only to have the game show me an ad that I receive no reward for. If the developers would eliminate the No-reward ads, I’d give the game five stars..Version: 1.0.45
✓ Really fun and engaging game but there’s a downfall sadlyI love this game and have been playing it nearly every day for a few months. Only downfall is that often to get enough gems to upgrade the hotel which allows you to pass levels, you end up needing to watch 20 ads just to get around 20 gems. For context the stage I’m at it costs around 32 gems per upgrade so it’s a lot of sitting and waiting for ads to drag out or just collecting a daily reward each day and hoping you get a few gems as the prize..Version: 1.0.57
✓ To HardSo, I saw the ad for this game and it looked really cool, so, I tried it. It has been a rly fun experience until I got to the second building on level 12. I have lost this level 5 times, and cannot seem to get past it without a power-up. I will not always have a power up to use to beat a level, and these levels will only get harder. Yesterday while I was playing for a while I had to stop for a few minutes and when I was downloading it it continued to stop downloading at 55.1% … well, it’s a new day and I was hoping it was fixed and it is still not working. ✓ Really fun but expensiveI absolutely love this game. It has a story line and everything. However the levels become increasingly harder and you cannot pass them without boosters. There is a booster pack that you have to pay 9.99 for 10 mins of unlimited boosters but the levels are like 3-4 mins which means you can only get thru 3-4 levels before they run out for 10 bucks it should at least be a half an hour or the level should stop once you achieve the goal. But no you have to continue the level once you have achieved the goal and if you continue to play and miss one of the goals you lose even though you have already achieved the goal. I play this game sparingly because I know every time I play will cost. You also have to use diamonds and coins to upgrade and this is just ridiculous. ✓ Pop Ups for events are SO SLOWThis game is fun and really addictive. HOWEVER, after each level the game prompts you to look at a bunch of different events and sales they have going on at the moment, like a lot of games do. This wouldn't be a problem except for they can eat up time for some unlimited items you have For example, I had this thing where it gave me unlimited jet packs for 10 minutes. Great! But after each level, all of the pop ups for the game are so slow to appear and go away, it eats up at least two minutes of unlimited boosters are eaten up just trying to get rid of the pop ups! You basically need to keep things in control in the hotel, and I’m on the second hotel, which is a bit confusing since all the guests come from this staircase and that, but it keeps you on your toes.
