It's so easy to scroll through your social media feeds and feel terrible. "Doom scrolling" is a real phenomenon that causes a lot of harm to our wellbeing. But it doesn't have to be this way.

We've designed Scrollaby to use that same familiar, comfortable scrolling mechanic to present specially created content that relaxes your body and mind to help you prepare for slumber. Instead of counting likes, you'll be counting sheep (not literally, don't be silly).

Using the latest clinical and academic research, we've incorporated dozens of different techniques proven to help you rest. Things like HRV Breathing, CBT-I, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Meditation, Autogenic Training, Pscyho-acoutic music, and much more!

Each time you open Scrollaby you'll be presented with a randomized feed of content, keeping things fresh (we add new material to your library every week). You can "heart" content to save it as a favorite. Set a sleep timer for automatic fadeout. Enable Reminders or Healthkit to help build good habits.

SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS

When you download Scrollaby you can opt into a 3-day free trial. Scrollaby offers auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscription options for access to the app's features and content. Your Scrollaby subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and payment will be charged through your iTunes account. You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. To avoid renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your subscription or trial ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

✗ Subscription Page is BrokenI loved the concept of this app, but the opening page forced you to purchase a subscription (or a try a free trial) before you could use it. After doing the free trial I was able to access the app and I loved all the meditation options. I actually purchased the monthly subscription. However, once I purchased, the subscription page didn’t go away. It wanted me to purchase again. I’m not sure if I’m just doing something wrong but to see what would happen, I clicked the monthly subscription option again, and it was actually going to charge me for something I was already paying for. I couldn’t get past the pay wall. Hopefully this can be fixed but I’ll just stick to YouTube meditation instead..Falldown2theextremeVersion: 1.3

✗ Paywalled the appI’ve had this app installed for over half a year now and I enjoy it every couple weeks or so to help me fall asleep on the bad nights. Recently the devs decided it was time to pay-lock Scrollaby so this app is no longer free even though it is missing a lot of features that I think would make it pay-worthy. As much as I understand they need to make money and pay their voice actors, this app is not worth $13 a month in it’s current state, nor even $50 a year. I also understand you can contact for financial assistance but what irks me is the way they suddenly locked the app I had already been using free. I think at the least there should be a free version and a premium option with all the more quality of life features locked behind it (favoriting, timer, etc.). Maybe even a one time pay option of $5-10. But for me to consider paying more than any other media subscription to listen to a limited amount of stories, sounds, and a small library of visuals on an app that doesn’t seem quite finished yet?
