Delightful and informativeEven though I am not a premium member of Pamela’s app, I still have the opportunity to learn more about food & nutrition and fitness. The accessibility to all of her workout videos on this app is amazing, which makes it fast and easy to search for a specific video. There are meal and workout plans for the week which you can customise to your own liking, which I enjoy. I know that Pamela is currently adding more handy shortcuts/buttons to this app and I can’t wait to see them! The Pam app is a great app for those who enjoys nutrition and fitness. Love the app and the woman behind it!Pam is such a hardworking individual and it is obvious by this app. The whole app looks adorable and it is easy to look for everything you need. While paying for the app gives you the whole experience, without paying for it you still get to see all the workouts, several recipes, and you can add them to your plan which I find really helpful. Mostly for the exercises, as it helps me plan my whole week in advance. There are also kind of blog posts which one cannot read unless paying for it, which I am considering as they seem really interesting. 5 stars for sure!.Version: 1.3.0

Great however…It has some amazing recipes and free workouts and plans also blogs however there are some downsides. I do the 30min workout plan from the app, The plan doesn’t come out earlier enough on a Monday morning for me to follow through with that day since it’s still Sunday for where she lives.(the app doesn’t come out with its new weekly plan until it’s Monday where she lives) That is my main problem with this so if there if anything to do to help this please!.Version: 1.4.1

I love it! One suggestion thoughI have followed Pamela for a long time and this app is amazing! Even without being a premium member, there’s a lot you can do. The only thing I wish was an option is having a notes area in the meal plans or workout plans in case I want to write down that I am having a non-Pam meal for lunch or something so I have it all in one area. Can’t wait to see where this goes.I’ve been part of the Pam gang for less than a year (since September), but she turned me on to HIIT, and she’s honestly incredible. This app has her exercises, a grocery planner, and some of her recipes. It’s design is beautiful, and in can’t wait to see what else she adds to it. Great workouts and yummy recipesI started doing Pam’s workouts a few months ago and it’s the FIRST workout program I’ve stuck with! I am doing them 6 days a week and feel so motivated. They are tough sometimes, but short and encouraging enough to just do another one ...and then another! I love her workout plans available on the app. (I’ve been doing the ‘45 minute sweaty’). I’ve also tried 4 of her recipes so far and have loved 3 of them. I have never had “porridge” but now I’m eating it almost every day. Bought “oat milk” and “cocoa nibs” for the first time too. Lol. Great valueI love her workouts and it’s such a good price that easily 4 stars. But lots of areas to improve. There is no option on mine to complete my weekly workout. I just have to clear all which is annoying. It would be nice if it logged the minutes or calories burned or something so you can track progress. Also, while the recipes look great, I am vegetarian and also try to be low carb so lots of these I can’t use but I’m mainly here for the work outs. Some extra workouts with weights / kettlebells would also be great..Version: 1.3.0

I love it!I have been following Pam’s workouts on and off for a couple years now, and I’m so happy about this app! Right now i’m just using it to keep track of my workouts, but I hope to start using the recipes and meal planning functions at some point. This is very nit-picky but I did notice that there is no way to change the order of your workouts in the plan without deleting them all and starting over. I also wonder if in the future there could be a way to track your workouts over time? A history function perhaps? And maybe this could apply to meal plans as well..Version: 1.0.1

I used to do Chloe Ting (we have all been there) but no one I repeat NO ONE puts as much effect into their followers as Pamela. DOWNLOAD NOWThis app is honestly so amazing and even though there is some in-app purchases it’s really cheap and it just gives you access to the recipes. All her workouts are extremely intense but you feel amazing after it and you feel so much fitter. You may cry during the workout but the feeling after you complete it is absolutely rewarding. The best fitness app I’ve tried so far:I’ve been following Pamela Reif & her workouts for around 6 months and I was so excited for her app!! Pamela’s workouts are quick & effective. She always has a workout for how I’m feeling. If I want to do HIIT, there’s HIIT, if I just feel like doing low impact legs, there’s knee friendly booty. Her app is for starters gorgeous. The recipes are AMAZING! I can’t wait to try more! Pam as AlwaysI’ve been using Pam’s workouts for going on two years and making her recipes for a couple months now. Great App But...Some of the recipe instructions are not clear. For example the Fried Apple with Pple Pie Cream. It doesn’t specify which ingedients are being used for the cream and which need to be used for the fried apple. Directions in the instructions need to be more clear and specific or the ingredients need to be categorized under which part of the meal it belongs to..Version: 1.0.1

Great overallI appreciate the set up for the workout and meal plans. However, the shopping list can include food multiple times, such as peas (fresh or frozen) and peas (frozen), because the ingredient is found in multiple recipes. The list also does not include ingredient quantities, as in how much of each ingredient we should get; this would be nice for ingredients that are used multiple times during the week. Aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate!I myself have a sensitive stomach and can’t consume dairy, refined sugars, a lot of greens, beans, etc. Hence, it makes it hard to look for true organic food recipes that don’t require any of the ingredients previously mentioned, that are fulfilling (I like to eat a lot haha), and are tasty to eat. Full disclosure, I hate oatmeal (lol), and if you noticed, a lot of her recipes have oatmeal but I’ve really tried to push myself to eat and honestly it’s soooo tasty! My favorite recipe and workout appI love this app both for the recipes and the workouts. I love the daily plan setup and found the breakfasts I’ve tried to be delicious! One thing I would love to have added is the option to add your own recipes and save them to the meal plan. The best for motivation and infoI was scared of both workout and meal apps before because I often feel a lot of pressure from the idea of them and have body anxiety but Pam’s app and workouts in general are the most positive experience ever!! Everything is encouraging but in a motivating way that actually makes me keep up with my workouts without feeling bad if I rest or change things. I’m always excited to go on it and see what workouts are up and it’s very easy to navigate. Amazing!I’ve been following her workouts for a month or so now and this is going to be a great accompanying app for workout planning and food and meal planning. The recipes are healthy but not in an aggressively-healthy-just-plants-and-no-flavour way. I love it !!I actually find her workouts challenging, which is amazing! I was feeling lost with my workout schedule and didn’t know if I was making progress towards my goals. Love itttThis has to be one of the best apps I’ve ever gotten. There’s so many options and recipes and if I don’t have that recipe I can add it to my grocery list. The app makes me motivated to actually make meal plans and it tells you how to make everything in a simple way. There’s even workout plans that are simple to set up for the week and they’re effective and fun and make me break a sweat! It also lets you choose if you’re a beginner, etc. also, the subscription is only 2 dollars a month and free for a week. Totally worth it! Spectacular.I’m not giving it 5 stars simply because I haven’t tired the full access to the app and that’s my choice. I don’t have the funds ATM. Regardless, this app is amazing! We still get free recipes without subscription, to give us a taste of what the full access could provide. The workouts are awesome and easy to work around with. You’re able to plan out your own week ahead, whenever you like. Or, you can choose one of many options that Pamela has made for us. I’ve tried incorporating different apps on my phone to add variety, but sadly I couldn’t get a start on them unless I chose a subscription of a crazy amount in cost. So, I’m glad I decided to give Pamel’s app a chance. You still get to use it without being overly restricted. That’s a plus in my book 🍃 Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed. I love Pam! Helps with confidence!This is the greatest app ever! Pamela is my savior! Before watching her videos and reading her blogs I was uncomfortable in gym class in school because I don’t play any sports. I never did good on the push up and curl up test. Unreal for a free app!I was very surprised to see how much content we get for free in this app. This woman puts in so much work and still manages to make her products accessible. This app is really goodThis app is very well laid out and has an extremely high level of attention to detail across workouts and recipes. Free and options!With most workout apps you get they might have great options but you gotta pay. This app however has great options for free. If you are wanting this app more for the food options you do have to pay for most of those but very good price around $2 a month. There are also some workouts that you have to be subscribed to use but you really don’t need to purchase the subscription to get the workouts and some food. I’ve only used this for a couple days but fell in love the first minute of downloading. Great options if you have no equipment and great if you do!.Version: 1.8.2

Love this girl!I’ve been following her for years and if there is a fitness influencers to follow, it’s her! The app is great, I love how we can copy and paste her guides (the ones she posts in her instragram stories) to your own plan easily. Her recipes are great, love the variation and colour.
