✓ Adorable art doesn’t make up for the constant requests to watch adsLike the title says, the art is *truly* adorable. I do really love looking at the game. The characters are super cute, and their costumes and stories the little guests share are charming. The holiday decor packages are sweet and are fun to work toward. However, all of this is meaningless to me with the constant requests to watch ads. I’m not FORCED to watch any ads, which is nice, but if I don’t, it will take a significantly longer time period to get the apples I need to purchase items. Additionally, like I said, the requests to watch ads appear constantly. When different guests come in, a request appears. When I finish a quest, a request appears. When an employee gets tired, a request appears. When I hire a new employee, a request appears. It’s super annoying, and as cute as the game is, it’s enough to cause me to start considering uninstalling. I think there should be an option in settings to turn off ad requests, and in turn, there should either be a reduction in the cost of items or an increase in the amount of apples you get as you play..KjralonVersion: 3.3.2

✓ Very cute gameEdit: I realize Messy is just entirely broken. When you open the app, Messy will walk around once with the issues described below. After the Work time runs out (I have 100 seconds upgrade) he goes back to the computer to clean his plate. Once his rest time is over he will walk in place in “work” stance even if every spa bed and salon seat is taken and waiting to have their order taken. Please fix this Overall the game is cute and there’s no shortage of things to tap and so if you want to, you can also idle if you want. Part of the idle-help is the fairy Messi, that fairy just, is not good. Doesn’t walk to the closest customer, stands around a lot, and pops out when there are NO customers in the spa wasting precious time of doing nothing. + his pay raises are so expensive for him not doing his job well. He’ll also walk past customers who need their orders taken just to go stand infront of someone who’s already being taken care of/has had their order taken already. ✓ What did it mean?😡😡When I was First playing cat spa I started enjoying it over time collecting all the apples etc. and getting the hair salon and the water park But I deleted it because I was making new space for games but when I got a new phone I got it again doing the info and stuff but not playing it for a while. ✓ Love the game but it is not working :(I absolutely love this game and have been playing it for about a month now. I like to play while in the car or watching tv. The ads are not invasive and the game ui is not overwhelming like some apps! I am at about 6500 paws and am enjoying leveling up the workers and trying to get more hairstylists. The pool event is diffent but still enjoyable and i love the wardrobe function that came with the update. I absolutely love this game which is why having it not work is upsetting, after I got the 30 days open achievement the game started freezing. I ended up closing the game, updating the game, reseting my phone’s wifi connection, and reseting the phone itself. Unfortunately the game is stuck on a loading screen and does not function. I love the game but right now it is not working, once this is resolved and the game is working again I will change the rating to 5 stars :).KacieLacyVersion: 2.0.6

✓ Glitch took my diamondThe game glitched and sent two of the same employee to rest, and when i closed and restarted the game the glitched employee was still there. To get him off the cushion costed 1 diamond for the glitch but if I wanted the real employee off the cushion, I would have to watch an ad. ✓ What’s Happening???When I downloaded the game I was in the car and didn’t have the best internet but I thought you could probably play it with out much internet. So I went into the app for the first time and when Pang was done saying everything the game wanted me to click the hammer in the corner, so I did and after I clicked it it froze and then kicked me out. So I thought maybe it was because I didn’t have amazing internet. When I got to my house I tried like 5 times and it just kept on doing that. I hope you can fix this!!!! ✓ I love the game but…I have been playing this game for a while and I absolutely love it! however there’s been a problem that started recently so the loading screen and everything else is just fine but after the loading screen pang pops up and tells me that a resting employee wants to talk to me and tells me to tap the speech bubble over their heads but the twist is there is no employees on break and it won’t go away I have opened and closed the game multiple times and this still seems to be an issue, so as much as I love the game until this gets fixed I don’t think i’ll be playing for a bit. ✓ Good but Some Big IssuesI like this game! It’s cute, fun to play and you don’t have to spend money on it if you don’t want to. I don’t mind watching ads to play for free at all. But a lot of the ads crash the game after finishing and you don’t get your reward. The fishing area has the most issues. Most importantly, the fishing rods never actually repair unless you watch videos. Anytime I would leave the app and come back, no matter how long of a break, the rods were still being repaired. I initially thought it was just the customers using the rods while I was gone and somehow I always managed to come back while they were in repair, until I actively watched it happen. I activated the repair on both rods and only watched the ads to fix one, until the timer ran out on the other rod. Instead of being fixed and ready to use like it’s supposed to be, the “repair” timer simply immediately restarted. It makes this part of the game unenjoyable..Minervino95Version: 3.0.4

✓ Deciding if I should Delete the game:(I do like the game; but the glitches are making it hard and irritating to play. The Game has started to crash and I’ve had to restart it multiple times and even then sometimes it doesn’t load. When I click to watch an ad to lower duration times it also doesn’t work and has me watch a second ad. I also have restarted the game three more times only to have the game rewind itself to the part I was previously at before I had to close the game (i.e. the violin playing cricket coming in the spa and playing before I close the game and then when I reopen it the cricket is walking in the spa again and not already there.).Mockingjay_37Version: 2.9.4

✓ Actually really good but fishing rod is broken + adds don’t work?HI this game is awesome but one star so hopefully developers see this.. the fishing rod is broken?? So whenever try to fix it, the timer only goes down when I have the game OPEN for like 30 minutes (which is impossible) and it just does not count down unless I’m on the fishing part. Additionally, when the fishing rod finally does ‘fix itself’ it’s not actually fixed and I can’t use it at ALL. All I get is the option to fix it again so I’m stuck in a loop of trying to fix the rod and it not even working after keeping the app open for 30 minutes :[ very sad because I was looking forward to the fishing! I can’t even get any stars because my fishing rod is constantly broken, and ‘fixing it’ does not work. ALSO adds don’t work for me so I have no other options?? ✓ Fun for a whileLet me just say that the art style of this game is so cuteeee! It’s what made me wanted to play in the first place. It was fun and interesting throughout the first stages of the game, but after that things got kind of repetitive and boring. It doesn’t force you to watch ads every 5 seconds, but a lot of “boosts” require you to do so, so it basically makes you WANT to watch the ads. Other than that there is not much else to say, overall it’s simple and relaxing, especially if you’re bored and have a couple of minutes to spare..NnnnaaaaannnnnnaaaaaVersion: 2.14.1
