I had a video that didn’t sync up properly and reached out to customer service, they educated me a little bit on how TikTok updates their API and let me know that they were in the process of making the required updates so things would sync properly. And then offered to have me send the videos I needed the TikTok logo removed from and that they would do it for me and send them back… So unexpected and delightful!
