Comprehensive, single screen data entry with categories including but not limited to line access, labs, medications, respiratory, rhythms, and vitals. Code logs are editable and exportable. Data security measures include user authentication for app access, password protected PDF files for export or download, and a confidentiality notice in the email message body.
