✓ Great game but…….I absolutely love this game but I can’t go any further as I’m unable to collect items. I’m up to the sports shop in chapter 1 and although I’ve found the items I need to proceed they are not able to be clicked. Whatever I do the paper in the drawer and the last print cartridge needed to proceed just can’t be gotten. The only way is using nearly 1,000 coins to get one part completed automatically and I don’t have enough!!!.Version: 2.16.2
✓ Good game but unable to continue…..I’m really enjoying this game however on the food court level I am unable to access the coffee cup lid to reveal the coin which I need to use in the charity box. ✓ No HelpI downloaded this game and after a few rooms I needed to use the hints. Once my coins had been used up I watched ads to collect more. When I had enough I used the hint only for the game to tell me to do something I had already done. Not a lot of use and I don’t fancy the idea of watching endless ads for no gain. ✓ Could be betterAs a game, it’s great. The puzzles are challenging, but engaging. I don’t particularly care about the story one way or the other, but the gameplay is great. My issue is with the energy bar. Most games I find give you one energy every 2-3 minutes max. Waiting 15 minutes for one energy point is insane. I was able to complete the tutorial and three levels, and then waited for hours to be able to play another level. I ended to deleting the game because I didn’t want to wait another few hours to play one level. Maybe if they lower the energy timer I’ll redownload..Version: 2.0.6

✓ Forces you to spend coins to play.On one of the levels, I was tapping like crazy on a towel and the towel wouldn’t budge, even though there was obviously something under it. I then used a hint and guess what? It told me to look under the towel, and all of the sudden I can lift the towel with just one press, even though I did that multiple times before in the same spot. A bit scummy of a move to do, but whatever. Overall not terrible, but the controls are really weird. You have to double tap to open things, and not all things open when you tap them, ruining a bit of the fun of escape rooms..Version: 1.0.8.1

✓ What's the point?I completely understand that it is an escape room game but some are really hard for the hints you are given.. Some hints are no help at all and no way am I paying any money for another hint that wont help either.. If the creators of this game aren't willing to help their players then why would I spend money on their app.. ✓ Interesting game but needs workI love the puzzle aspect of this game, mostly. There have been a few puzzles that even once I have the answer made little to no sense, but for the most part the puzzles are great. The story is kinda neither here nor there- like it doesn’t bother me but it doesn’t really add anything to the game. It doesn’t seem to matter and honestly I don’t care about it at all. Now the hints are the part that needs work. First, I think they are in the wrong order: they give you a clue first and if you ask for a new one, it just points to where you need to go. Maybe for some that is helpful but the clue for me already gives the spot away, so then I’m wasting coins on a hint I don’t need. I feel it should be the other way around- like first tell us where to focus and THEN the clue on how to solve it. Lastly, I don’t like that the last “clue” just solves the puzzle for you, well, it’s not the solution being done for me that is the problem, it’s just that most of them are done in a flash and then disappear! I want to know why/how that conclusion was made! I want to learn how it was done so I can keep it in mind for future puzzles. Please! ✓ Unsure How to ProgressThis game is a fun escape the room adventure with a storyline that sort of links the individual rooms and novel chapter themes. Not sure how to unlock rooms that require cash (1,000 coins) without using real money because watching ads rewards 20 coins or so at a time and we get 50+ coins only after completing a room. I may be missing something, but I’m locked out of coin-opening rooms without purchasing more coins. Suggest devs offer a paid up front game if this is the case. 😒.Version: 2.16.2
✓ Fun but too hardAfter a while of playing, the levels get harder which is ok, but the hints don’t help. I get the same hint over and over again if I leave the game and come back later so that’s a literal waste of coins. Once the levels take too much of my time I stop playing for a few days to a few weeks and then it’s the same thing all over again. I’m all for challenging games, but this is a bit much at times. ✓ Started out okI enjoyed some of the rooms and puzzles. Unfortunately the hint button is just far enough in the corner my palm would hit it quite often, wasting coins. But that was ok, since the add coin button was also located where you would constantly hit it whether you wanted to or not. That was frustrating. What was even more irritating is some levels you could do the same action a hundred times with no progress, then close the program and come back later, do the same exact thing and it would actually work. Once i got to the shoe store, i was DONE. Magnet constantly disappeared, couldnt get the compass to work. Finally get in the secret room and the maze with the flower was the last straw. ✓ Fun game but no new levelsIt’s weird because the developers have several social media marketing campaigns like they’re still invested in the app but I downloaded it months ago and no levels have been added. It’s a fun game and definitely the most challenging of escape room apps out there. I would recommend playing but, at this time, limit how much real money you spend on coins because you’ll run out of levels and the app will be useless after that point. ✓ Glitches, so many glitchesI constantly find myself unable to click, enlarge, tap on certain things that are necessary for progressing. I need to restart the app about 5-10 per level. It makes you go crazy because you know what you need to do but the game won’t allow it until you restart. I keep going crazy because the game is screwing up and I start to junk I’m doing something wrong, which I’m not. Terrible coders/builders who can’t get their app to work consistently. ✓ Level 8 BugI was really enjoying the game but there seems to be a bug with level 8 in that for some, there’s only two train carriages. When you match the Lego up to the box, it doesn’t do anything as you have Lego pieces left over. One BIG problem is the ads sometimes doesn’t let you exit them forcing you to close the app altogether and restart the whole entire level. I’m writing this as this is my FIFTH time having to close the app out and restart again 😩 please I’m begging you to fix this and make it so we don’t have to absolutely restart the whole level! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it due to the fact of me, being the type of person who doesn’t want the aforementioned murder, horror, or ghost stories,I’m also the type of person who doesn’t want to have pornographic images flash in front of my eyes while I wait for my free coins to download. ✓ Energy takes foreverIf you’re like me and love to be able to continuously play the game and don’t have money to spend on energy or coins this is not for you. You only have enough energy to play 3 levels and that’s only if you’re energy bar is full. It takes 15 minutes for just 1 energy which means if you’re at 0 energy it takes 12 and a half hours to get back fully filled. Like what? Could at least do 5 every 15 minutes or the option to earn your energy spent back by completing the level in a certain amount of time. What I think needs to change: Some puzzles are too janky/clunky to work on this app. Especially puzzles where you need to slide small things. The app struggles with this and makes solving the puzzle so difficult. Another thing is sometimes when you need a hint, they force you to waste huge amounts of coins. The first clue you get is usually a hint as to what puzzle you should work on next, which I doubt people struggle with anyway. The second hint just circles the puzzle - completely and utterly useless and I believe they know it is, and just want to get you to waste coins so you have to buy more or watch ads. The third “hint” just solves that part of the puzzle for you, often without even an explanation. There are no good hints. Just too little and then too much. ✓ Fun but issuesI’m stuck on a puzzle, and used coins for a hint. Okay, great. I was still stuck, so I watched 8 ads to get enough coins for another hint. All it did was highlight the same thing the first hint was about. So I put the game away for a while, came back, watched more ads for more coins (ugh) and took another hint. Imagine how angry I was to see the hint was the EXACT SAME ONE AS THE FIRST HINT. I’m so angry. All that wasted time, and all I want is to finish the damned puzzle. ✓ Fun game, but…It’s a fun game, but some of the puzzles are not intuitive at all. And as others have said, there have been many times where I was tapping a spot, nothing happens, and then I reluctantly use a hint, it tells me to go to the spot I just tapped on. Also, the hint button is in a bad spot and I have inadvertently pressed it multiple times, wasting my coins. It should be moved or maybe add a confirmation, like you have with the hotspot: “Would you like to spend 100 coins on a hint?”.Version: 2.0.6

✓ Fun game but cheats you out of coinsThe concept of the game is fun. It is a very challenging game! My biggest complaint is that I hit the hint button and got a clue. I’ve clicked everywhere trying to figure out where the clue was leading me and couldn’t find it. I hit the clue button again to get another clue and it gave me the same one again and took my coins again. Didn’t realize there was an icon next to it to reread the clue you got and hit the hint button again to reread the clue and got coins taken away again! So I paid for at least 3 hints and only got 1. And still can’t get through the stage. Now I’m going to have to either watch a buttload of ads or pay money to get enough coins to completely the level..Version: 2.06.2

✓ Fun but often frustratingI’m only at level 15 so far but I quite enjoy the game and the storyline. Not too easy, which is a good thing. That being said, it seems the game is a little too precise. For example, touching an object or a cabinet isn’t enough, you have to touch the precise point on the said objets to get the action. It is often misleading. ✓ Well made, but way too expensiveThis is a fun and engaging “escape room” type game. Too bad you need 15 energy per level, it takes HOURS for the bar to fill up, and then you’re only at 50. So yay, you get to play 3 levels, which will maybe take 15 minutes. Do you like the game enough to shell out money for it? I did! I went to purchase energy, expecting maybe $3 for 200 energy, like many other energy-based phone games. No! It’s $2.50 for TWENTY FIVE energy. ✓ Random Non CluesI really want to like this game but there are so many spots where the solutions are actually not found and you have to make stuff up randomly or wait for hints to solve puzzles that have no clues that can actually be found. Super weird and disconnected. And disappointing. Suggestion: Every clue should be linked to the next and with some semblance of logic. ✓ Glitch?I got stuck on the Coffee Shop level. I googled everywhere and could not figure out the tea bag puzzle. Everyone on the internet got different numbers from the fruits, and no matter how I arranged the tea bags nothing happened. I tried using clues and nothing was useful. So I deleted the app. Was really fun until I couldn’t get passed the level and no amount of googling or clues helped. And no, I’m not dumb. I spent hours trying to figure it out and even reset the level multiple times. Why are everyone else’s numbers different? ✓ Fun but there’s some glitchesI’ve been addicted to this game recently and it’s fun to play! There are levels that I’ve tried to solve by clicking on items multiple times but it won’t work, as soon as I use a hint or click on a different clue I can suddenly click on it. I’m also stuck because I’ve completed levels up to 20 and cannot unlock anymore, not sure what I did wrong but I haven’t unlocked levels 7 & 9 and have level 25 completed. ✓ Too glitchyGreat gameplay and graphics, but the glitches ruin it for me. I’m stuck in the candy shop because of a glitch that won’t allow me to place the candy boxes with the circles in the correct order. It just glitches them all together in the same spot. Have tried numerous times using hints to bypass the glitch, but it won’t do it, and now I’m sick of watching ads to get coins for the hints. ✓ Stuck!Ok, I’ve been playing this game for a while, and I e never been stuck. I am in the music museum, and I cannot solve the guitar button puzzle. I looked up hints, but all it says is to hit the buttons for the upcoming buttons. I feel like I am doing that, but nothing works…just red xxx over and over. Therefore, I cannot get what I need to turn off the water and proceed. Also, the puzzle of records on the wall keeps resetting on me. ✓ Fun but glitchy.The game is fun. I was enjoying the story line. Unfortunately, the puzzles aren’t super intuitive. There’s no way to solve some without asking for a hint (or looking it up online.) Also, because the level completely starts over if the game closes, I’ve had to do puzzles multiple times to try and complete a level. I’m currently stuck in level 12 because a puzzle I had solved once before now will not solve, which keeps important items from me. As of right now, I may just give up on the game completely because I’m tired of doing the same level. ✓ Fun but still needs workThis game is super fun and challenging. I had a good time figuring out the puzzles. However, I ended up deleting the game because I got so frustrated. ✓ Too expensiveIt’s a great game for thinkers but way too expensive! The puzzles aren’t intuitive. You have to pay double for hints: 1- to find the hint - even if you’ve found it already and 2- to actually “solve” the hint. Some of the clues are behind the hot spot button, so in order to retrieve evidence, you have to purchase. If you use a hint to solve a clue, they don’t show you the answer. It just closes out which is really frustrating if you’ve spent time trying to figure it out. If you leave the game, your progress is lost = MORE MONEY! ✓ Terrible SupportMy game stopped loading and I did everything I could to change that. I made sure I had enough storage and that everything was updated. Restarted my phone. Waited a couple days incase servers were down. Repeated the prior steps. Finally, I deleted and redownloaded the game and finally, it worked! But I lost ALL MY PROGRESS! I was on level 28. I’m still signed into game centre and all my previous progress shows up. But there is no login specifically for this game! I reported this problem to the app and they were extremely helpful at first and apologetic that they that wouldn’t be able to restore my progress. They offered to send me a redeem code to top up my energy and coins if I sent them my player ID and some more information- which I provided. When I told them that I deleted and redownloaded the game they completely backtracked on what they said and told me there is nothing they can do since I deleted the game. WHICH IS A PERFECTLY REASONABLE WAY TO FIX AN UNREAPONSIVE GAME! They completely shut down and are no longer ever sending me the redeem code for energy and coins even though it would cost them nothing to do so. I gues the moral of this story is: this game isnt worth starting to play in the long run. And if you do start, just know that if your game becomes unresponsive there will never be a way to overcome that and keep your hard-earned progress. They don’t care..Version: 2.0.8
