✓ HelpfulVery easy to use and practical, my only critique is that the scanner is really bad at picking up highlighter color because the pictures get really over exposed. I would suggest for the makers of this app to implement a way to edit the lighting of the scans so that highlights come through in case notes are color coded..Version: 2.0.157
✓ Please helpHello have been using your app for one hour and I have already experienced bugs you need to update this right now because it’s unacceptable that I didn’t even install it like two hours ago and you’re already failing me. whenever I would scan something it would go and it would like bring the demon inside my phone and I don’t need that I don’t need this bus driver energy right here so please install please update this and thank you very much because I really need this and I’m not looking forward to CY for no reason that you could not be updating this unacceptable with capital letter Siri, i use the iphone 11 and whenever i used to try to scan the page, it would shutter randomly black and white on and off and it would freeze and crash. but it seems like this bug is fixed. if not, please check..Version: 3.0.172
✓ Amazing but there are some issues.I love this app! It’s so convenient and the flash cards are so helpful! I also love the feature where you can scan your notes and make them into flash cards. However, I came across one issue/ one thing you could add. I thought this app had an area where you can just scan your notes and keep them. Also, whenever I tried to scan my notes and make them regular notes, they always turn to flash cards. Other then that, this app is great!!! I definitely recommend this! :).Version: 3.0.172

✓ On to something specialYou guys are on the right track. Keep up the great work. Lots of love definitely went into the development of this app. I found this notebook at Walmart and got curious about the app. I already was impressed with the folder and thought the arrows were useful for easy to highlight notes! But they actually serve an even greater purpose with the built in camera flash card maker. I like the animation it shows when your done studying and I like that we can store notes into note books. The study mode is pretty straight forward. I would like to see a pattern mode where let’s say you can’t progress until you successfully study pile A correctly under let’s say condition of 0 misses. Before moving to pile B of the same deck. Basically like how a relay race is ran. I want to run each leg of my deck successfully 3 times before passing the baton to the next leg of my study. I think you guys are doing great work bridging tech and paper..Version: 3.0.172

✓ Super Cool, a few things to work outThis is an awesome feature and really helps by getting all of my notes into google drive. I would recommend this notebook to anybody! The one complaint I have is how the flash cards work. The app can’t recognize what the front of the flash card would say so on every card you have to type in each front side of the card. The picture is also a bit fuzzy if you don’t crop it just right. Overall, love the notebook and think that this is a great idea that just needs a couple fixes.Version: 1.0.76

✓ Perfect for Dungeons and DragonsI play dungeon and dragons and I’m The Dungeon Master for my group. I was shopping with my daughter and noticed this app on the front of the Five Star Notebook. I’ve used it for a few sessions. And I think 5 star really has an avenue they should pursue!!!! Notebooks and Dnd go together like peanut butter and Jelly. It’s the perfect balance between written notes and digital storage. Love the idea of creating flash cards and storing notes. Great for creating a digital version of what I write down. Nice to go back to my notes and review through them and it’s all stored! I would like to see a few items that could be modified. 1. Shareable flash cards. Create a link that allows people to use created flash cards. This would be great for teachers. For me, I’d use it for my players. This is a really incredible app and a neat idea. ✓ Wonderful Product ButMy notebook has both ruled and grid paper. The scan feature only works on the ruled pages and no matter how carefully I align the qr boxes into the brackets the app will not scan my grid paper notes. Just super frustrating and I hope they are able to fix/address it. Otherwise seriously this is wonderful!!!.Version: 3.5.191

✓ 1 scanAmazing app, one update it needs for me is that when I scan a page, it works amazing, I go to scan a second page and it doesn’t work. After I scan 1 page it wont let me scan anything else. ✓ Awesome App!This is great, the scanning feature works great, taking pictures for things that aren’t in a Five Star notebook is equally great! I would like to see the ability to add tags and typed notes to scanned files, that would be a huge benefit for someone taking notes for an extended period of time (like a semester or school year) so they could spend less time digging and more time reviewing the notes they need!.Version: 3.0.172
✓ Impressive!Wow! A company that finally made something useful. I’m impressed and pleasantly surprised. I purchased a Five Star 5 subject notebook from Office Max on clearance today. I wasn’t feeling that great when I bought it so I didn’t noticed all of the little details about the app until later on in the evening. I downloaded the app not expecting much while making flash cards for my biochemistry class. I tested out the app by writing a question on the first page and keying in the answer. Then I placed my physical flash cards on the page and the question was on the front of the virtual card in app and I typed the answer in on the back. OMG! When you can turn biochemistry notes and questions into a fun game it makes a huge difference. This is a blessing for me. I’m going to go back to Office Max and buy as many of these notebooks as I can for my classes for next semester. The app is easy and fun to use. I can’t wait to tell my professor about this because it makes reviewing the material so much fun. I’ll definitely be using the app on my lunch break, for sure. Thank you Five Star..Version: 4.1.230
✓ Great for a Newer App!Very easy to learn how to use. My only complaint is that it’s difficult to make flash cards if you’re writing out definitions. You would need to write the term on one line and the definition on the next line in order for this to work! Overall, it’s a great app and will be extremely useful!!.Version: 3.0.168

✓ Good app, only one issue…Im actually quite impressed of how well this app works, and how i can easily scan all my math homework into google drive. There is one minor problem though, sometimes the holes in the side of the paper are picked up as if one of those triangles are filled in, which makes a flashcard. No big deal, i can just delete that, but it may be annoying for some people..Version: 3.0.172
