Amazing value for moneyI’ve always struggled with tracking my progress effectively and in an organized environment but this app has really helped me. It has hundreds of different recipes for every meal of the day and caters to any dietary requirements. They also give you personalized workouts to follow and track your steps which really makes a difference!.Version: 1.31.0

Love it but..I love the app, I’m extremely new to IF. The app is very informative and I feel like it all makes sense. One negative tho is meal suggestions are all fruit snacks, there are not many meal options? For dinner it’s suggesting apples and peanut butter or coffee or fruits with yogurt. There are a few things such as mushrooms on toast or the very rare stirfry etc When I press the top bar and look at the suggested meals I tried to click on them and it would be great if that was a link to the actual recipe for that suggestion. Instead I’m searching through tonnes of recipes of 100 kcal snacks etc trying to find the suggested dinner recipe and I can’t. I’m going to try removing fruits from my ingredient list altogether to see if it makes any difference. Edit to your feedback: I do have the app as stated above? And still do so not sure what you mean by that. But yeah rest stands :).Version: 1.35.0

Fast - EasyAs a complete newby to intermittent fasting I needed the information, the encouragement and the prompts the app gives me. I still have to wrap my head around eating some of the breakfast meals suggested as I’ve for so many years had my habitual meals, but that is quite possibly contributed to why I lol the way I do. Perfect to keep me on top of my fitness journey!I really love this app! I’ve had it for a week and I’ve already had so much improvement in regards to energy levels, and it’s helped me lose 4 pounds! I love the updates on drinking water (which I can never keep in mind), and I love the workouts that are not only quick but easy to do at home. My only problem with the app that keeps me from giving it 4 stars is that the recipes have no search function, nor can you save them so you can go back to it later. If you saw a recipe and wanted to go back to it, it might be pure luck if you see it again. But I love that there’s a large library of recipes, the selection is nice as some of them I wouldn’t normally consider or think of..Version: 1.24.1

The bad reviews are liesI just want to first say THANK YOU! For creating this app. I have been looking forever for an app like this. I have been using it about a week now and I haven’t been very productive and consistent, keep my fast. For some reason, this app makes it easy to fast. I signed up with a 50% discount for 3 months! So many of the bad reviews are because people don’t like to pay for anything, I like that you HAVE to pay SOMETHING because when your money is involved, you will utilize it, instead of just getting a free trial and never using it. The subscription was marked down TREMENDOUSLY AND FOR 3 MONTHS? The bad reviews could definitely sway someone’s decision, but I assure you that this app is NOT a scam, very useful. They give you the ability to track water intake, they give you meal plans, they give you exercises, and on top of giving you KNOWLEDGE! This is BY FARRRR the best app and I’m so thankful for this. ExcellentThis app is excellent. It’s the most supportive, informative and helpful dietary app and I love it. I love the fact you can install it onto your Apple Watch and receive notifications. Customer support is fantastic, I had troubles with the app logging in and the friendly support helped me out the same day. ExcitedI am excited to start this journey to fasting and eating healthier. Although, I can already see I will be adapting some of the recipes to my liking, but I noticed while perusing through them, they do allow substitutions; so I should be fine there as long as I don’t go “hog wild”. My youngest granddaughter is getting married in February, and I want to look good for her sake. This plan gives me the time and the guidance to achieve my goals. Excellent app!I really like this app. I’ve just finished my 1st week; and I’ve lost a few pounds already. It’s very simple; I now only eat between 12-1pm and 8-9pm so basically I skip breakfast. It’s working! I like the reminders to drink enough water…& it tracks my steps via my Apple watch. Lots of good info and tells me the reasons why this system works. It’s good! Going on summer hold next week and hope to be able to wear a bikini again 🤗.Version: 1.17.0

Easy to useLike the app. The only thing is that I wish it would sync to my Fitbit as I don’t own an Apple Watch. Maybe the next update…..Version: 1.18.0

Overall great motivatorThe app is simple enough to not get lost in the information. It’s organized nicely and has useful prompts and the timer with the information of the stages of fasting is terrific. Feedback: I get a notification every day that my curated content is ready and then I click it and nothing is there. Perhaps I’ve read all of the articles by now? The prompt should be smarter so it doesn’t prompt if there is nothing to read; otherwise it’s a waste of a notification. I’d also recommend refreshing the articles. How did I read them all in just a couple of weeks? Isn’t there more to share? My favorite feature (other than the timer overall) is the messaging when you try to stop the fast earlier than your goal. It’s very persuasive. I have never moved past that screen and am always convinced to wait the extra minutes. Thanks for that!!.Version: 1.18.0

The Name Says It All!The Fast Easy App is exactly what it says: an easy way to fast! During COVID I gained quite a bit of weight. I tried several different diets, but felt deprived, defeated and very frustrated! I had given up trying and decided to schedule an appointment to get medical (Rx) help. Fortunately, I saw an ad for FastEasy, checked it out and thought I might as well give it a try before using medication to lose weight. Much to my surprise, I found intermittent fast (using the Fast Easy App) very successful! At first I tried the 16:8 fast, ate whatever I wanted, didn’t really exercise, yet I started losing weight. I am not an overnight success story, but my weight loss has been slow and steady. I started late April and as of today, I’ve lost 20 lbs 4 oz. I’ve switched to the 18:6 fast, do not feel deprived or hungry! I’ve started eating much better, exercising more and I feel fantastic! I’ve adopted intermittent fasting using the FastEasy App as a lifestyle choice! I highly recommend the FastEasy App. There are so many helpful tips, recipes, reminders, statistics to help you on your journey to better health!.Version: 1.18.0

The change I neededThank you Fast easy. I’ve tried to lose weight all year and haven’t been able to move a single kilo. BEWARE!!!If you are looking to just see if you like it through the trial period thinking you won’t be charged if you cancel on or before your week is up, I would recommend not doing it. I looked at the app the day I signed up for the trial week and I didn’t look at it again. On the last day of my trial week by 3 am I was already charged $30. I emailed to try to get a refund and was told no refunds, purchases are final but they will instead offer you a year for free! So they won’t refund $30 but they instead will lose much more then $30 by giving a year for free..Version: 1.31.0

Nice but needs a few tweaksI tried your app. Loved it. Love the drink water reminders and showing me what phase I’m in of a fast. But I’m going to continue to use Zero as; 1. It’s free and hasn’t locked me out demanding a subscription unlike yours 2. You don’t have a handy applet on my Apple Watch face that shows fast progress, and I can stop and start fasts from there. Should you remedy these two things, I will purchase your product subscription as I think it’s way better!.Version: 1.26.1

Surprisingly pleasantI’ve tried apps that I can live with to help with my health, even an employer paid and sponsored program and so many others. I’m NOT a big eater. Had chemo and radiation with continued nausea, at times, and I’m still on so many dehydrating medications by mouth after 8 years of survival. While I realize hydration is my KEY, it’s next to impossible to get enough. There are days I fast because I’m NOT hungry. All the apps and programs most concentrated on food, eating, counting, cooking….I got discouraged, (and half nauseated), always considering FOOD. This app feels streamlined, fresh, easy, and, in my case, NOT about food. Amazingly comforting in my case. All about hydration and not eating, which doesn’t bother me at all. I have days I can’t eat. Serious question!!!!!I am actually excited about getting started with IF. However, I am NOT a vegan or vegetarian and I cannot seem to find any recipes with meat or chicken. I originally entered Keto as my diet preference but when there were no meat options I changed it to Paleo, but still no meat. I went back to the food preferences thinking that I missed something and there are NO meat 0or even fish options under protein. I CANNOT eat strictly vegan or vegetarian. What am I doing wrong? LisaI was not really understanding it all but I was thinking it’s more difficult than it is it’s not difficult I start eating at 11 am until 7 pm which is quite normal for many people I follow the diet they recommend using the foods I usually eat Tgey give you menus using food you like I ve added a lot more of their ideas and it works I’m very impressed indeed I’m losing weight that’s for certain . In the first 3 weeks I lost 5 lbs!I love this app. It is easy and flexible. It allows you to really try out and find which level of fast works with you. I started out with the longer fast time and found it was unideal for my schedule and ended up lowered the time of fast from 20hrs, to 18hrs to last 14hrs. I obviously lost weight fast with the 20 hr fast but it was not working with my outrageous work schedule. With fasting my sugar levels were improved, which was the reason for me to join this fasting quest to begin with; although even though I have improved with my water intact, sugar levels and eating habits, I will have to end my journey, because I just found out that I am pregnant. If it were not for that, I would definitely love to continue my fast journey, but for now that will need to wait. I love this app, and its makers are so accessible when you need help, they even contact you after the issue is resolved just to make sure you are still ok. Fantastic app! just needs a recipe search function…I’m loving this app! This is my first foray into intermittent fasting and enjoying it so far. The recipes are fantastic and there are lots of them and for me being vegan there’s a huge complete only vegan selection!! I love this so much. Unfortunately though, there’s no search function 😥 so you have to scroll through all the recipes 100 or so before you can find the recipe suggested for my individual meal plan 😳 I hope this gets fixed asap as I can’t see myself scrolling through the entire recipe collection everyday and I would be sad to unsubscribe because of this one oversight in the app design. It’d also be awesome for the the meal plans to have hyperlinks directly to each recipe. That’d be super useful! All in all I’d be eager to recommend this app once the above fault is fixed. The general user interface is simple and clear. There are lots of options for varying fasts, and I love that it includes a 7min workout, hydration tracker, steps counter and the daily tips are interesting and helpful!
