✓ Would give 5 Stars but…I would give this game 5 stars if it had less card playing! I don’t mind 1 or two rounds of cards for a snippet of the Highly entertaining story, but I am on Chapter 20 and 4 or 5 is too much. I endure the card games. I resent that you really don’t control much of the play. Yes, some of the decisions that you make CAN affect whether you win or lose.. but not that much overall. I am truly enjoying the characters and the storyline. I will play it less now that so many bulbs are required to get a rug. It is a good game. If you like this type of card game, you might rate it a 5 star! It is possible that I would buy bulbs to skip the card games….Version: 1.0.37.1
✓ Favorite game everThis is by far is my favorite game out of ANY I have ever played. I don’t like the repetitiveness, like we put the trophy shelf and then turn around and replace it 🤨 ( with several levels it was this way). The only reason I leave a 3 star review is because I choose one game to spend money on and i chose this one. Just to get to where I am and it say wait on an update. ✓ StuckI’ll start by saying I actually love playing this game but I have been unable to use any lightbulbs for 7 days- there is a pop up stating “you’ve reached the end of the currently available story”. So I’ve been patiently waiting for an update so that I can continue on the third “cafe” which is a mansion. Thankfully it allows continued play so that you can accumulate more light bulbs and collect more money but frankly it’s very frustrating. I will add this is the second time this has happened. ✓ Not happyJust so you know, I really like this game first of all it’s been on my tablet for about two years now and I’m really enjoying it but not happy because something is a mess when I go to click on it it says that I have to wait until there’s more updated information when you go to do the adventure with Piper so I’m not sure what’s going on but that’s been going on for since January at least and I mean do I have to get to a certain level to unlock it or something like that I’m not sure.Version: 1.0.54.2
✓ What a shame it’s rigged. !This game is wonderful and relaxing great graphics and great story. BUT ! only initially. I am on level 83 and now realise that my solitaire games are rigged. I now get loads of coins like 20,000 + and regardless of whether I use boosters or not. More often than not I lose all the money as at 6,000 a level not many goes and no stars so, no progression. Why no stars as suddenly you just know the cards won’t be right. In a straight deck you get more chances of winning. Also I won’t pay real money to progress so I can see me deleting this very soon such a shame.Version: 1.0.45.2
✓ Great game but some levels are riggedThis game is fun, unique and has many good aspects, however I’m really put off it because it’s impossible to get three stars on some levels (once you reach level 15). I have replayed levels (15, 16, 18 etc) countless times and even when I’ve played them pretty much perfectly, I can’t get three stars. At the start of the level, when you flip a card from the deck, usually every other one is one you can use, if not all of them. HOWEVER, when you’re about to finish and only have a couple of cards left to clear, you almost always have to flip at least three to five in a row before you get just one that you can use, then possibly another few more for the last card you have left. You need these cards leftover in the deck to get extra points for the three stars, but that has been impossible for me, it seems rigged to make you use them all up. Sometimes you have to use coins to buy extra cards just to finish the level. You can also get points from combos, but most of the time you’re one card off from getting them as well, which seems rigged too. Here’s the good stuff though: the story’s entertaining with good voiceovers; there’s cool decorations and design options; you get lots of coins every hour; there’s no ads; there’s no need to spend real money on the game; and the levels have been fairly easy to complete so far (I’m at level 30)..Version: 1.0.41.4

✓ Fun, but gets absolutely infuriating fastThis game was really fun at first! In Stony Point, the levels were all relatively beatable and it was easy to progress. However once I reached London, that completely went out the window. First of all, you have to pay a certain amount of coins to play a level. If you win, you get that money back and just SLIGHTLY more. If you lose, though, you also lose that money, and if you don’t have enough to play the next level you’re screwed until you get some income. This has left me stuck on one level for, quite literally, three days, unable to advance in the storyline. The gameplay here has serious issues. Fix your game please..Version: 1.0.42.2

✓ Rigged!At first it’s a lovely game really enjoyable storyline and graphics, reminds me slightly of Lily’s garden and Penny and Flo but that’s where the comparison stops. After reading the other reviews I totally agree the game rigged once you get to the second cafe. This isn’t a match 3 game its a version of solitaire which gets harder and harder, eventually you will use all the money earned just trying to get through one level and if you don’t buy coins using real cash you can’t progress through the game. Yes there are no adverts! BUT i would watch a 30 second ad to gain coins in order to progress. The cost of coins is astronomical and there’s no end in how much coins are needed, this could end up be a really expensive game to play, unfortunately because this it will probably be deleted in the next few days. Update… I’ve not deleted the game the story line is quite engaging… if you don’t worry about meeting the goals when you play you can gain stars anyway. I log on about 3 times a day collect funds and play a few levels when I’m losing 3 or 4 times in a row I leave the game and go back later. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PUT NEW LEVELS UP? ✓ Unwinnable handsThe only reason I gave this game two stars instead of one is because the concept is cute and I thoroughly enjoyed the first chapter in Stony Point renovating Nino’s. The solitaire hands at that point were mostly winnable and if you had to buy a booster it didn’t deplete your coins. However, once I got to London, the hands became much more difficult and now I’m on level 64 and have discovered that this level is impossible to win without using boosters that cost $4,000 - $6,000 coins and even then it’s unlikely that you’ll win the hand using only one booster. I decided to try to win without using any boosters. Each day I earn $6,000 daily bonus and then about $5,000 from the cash register. I usually have a little left from the previous day, so at $2,000 per hand I play six times. I’ve been doing this for four days now. I have discovered that level 64 has three different spreads in the layout with the exact same cards. No matter how you play the hand you are NOT able to win with the cards you are dealt, in effect, you HAVE to use a booster. This is total crap, a hand should be winnable, at least in one of the spreads, but all three of them are unwinnable. I’m deleting the game, which is a bummer because the storyline had promise but this is just another one of those games that wants you to spend real money to buy boosters and makes the game impossible otherwise..Version: 1.0.29.3
✓ Fun, But Needs ImprovementThe game is super fun and cute BUT the levels cost way too much as your progress and the amount earned back per level isn’t much. Once you arrive to the more difficult levels it is likely that you will lose and have to replay a few times which is why when a player wins a game they should get more $$$ back or the level costs should be reduced. Its cumbersome waiting an hour just to get 2k. The deck also repeats too many cards in a row. I understand that its randomized but if I didn’t need a 3 the first time, I certainly don’t need it two more times. This just quickly depletes the cards in the deck. I was originally going to give 3 out of 5 stars however, many people are parroting the same reviews and theres no changes being made.Version: 1.0.29.3
✓ Fun but..This game is fun. But could use some changes. Like if someone is in the same room , you shouldn’t need to use your light bulbs to talk to them, that’s a waste of them. Also we should win a light bulb for each star we get on each game. And it would be nice to have a cookbook for the cafés that have actual recipes for pet treats, that we could use to make real treats for our dogs. About ready to delete this game. It is ridiculous to have 20 light bulbs and use them to talk to people, instead of on activities. And the price keeps going up to play the card game. Don’t waste your time getting this game. ✓ Got boredThe format of the game is fine, BUT it becomes too difficult too quickly. Boosts cost a ridiculous amount of coins. You have get far too many bulbs to do very small tasks. You have to wait an hour just to get enough coins to play one game to hopefully get one bulb, which gets you nothing. It can take all day sometimes just get 4 bulbs for a task that tells you, you have a text, that’s not to actually read that text! Oh no! You’ll need another 4 bulbs for that! ✓ Had potentialReally enjoyed this game for the longest time and if you tried enough times, with patience you’ll end up beating each level without having to spend any money. The latest updates is nice with the daily challenges that also helps with building money. With that said. I have played till the end of the game many times. ✓ Needs improvementsI usually never write reviews but I actually enjoy this game. Just really frustrated with certain things in the game. What needs to be fixed/improve: -Cost to play next level or reward amount, along with the cost to get more cards or redo. This was very frustrating cause it’ll be like 2K coins to play a level and then if you win you get the 2K back with just a 100 or so coins extra. If you lose, you lose. The cost to get more cards and redo goes up as you level along with the cost to play every level. -The amount of stars you get is inconsistent!!! I was so upset to see that I got my 1 star up to a two star with 2 remaining card BUT from a 2 star to a 3 star it’s almost impossible!!! I had gotten 6 remaining card and one of them was a gold card and it brought it up to 3 but didn’t count it as 3 stars!? -Regarding the last point the remaining card being gold that didn’t get used, that should be able to save and stack of unused. That’s just not fair. - Level 169 wants you to get all of the suits in order to open up the rest of the cards but IT WAS MISSING A HEART IN ORDER TO GET THE LAST ONE TO OPEN UP? ✓ Great if you like terrorizing catsI tried to be patient since this is the only non-match-3 game I could find. When you get to the second pet cafe, the dog chases a cat around constantly, scaring the cat. The owners of both dog and cat scold the CAT for being scared of the dog. They never try to protect the cat or tell the dog to stop chasing the cat. When the dog is not chasing the cat, it's harassing a bird that lives in the cafe. It's not cute or funny. You guys do know that dogs are predators, right? And they kill cats. Not in all cases but in general that's their natural instinct. And a cat's natural instinct is therefore to fear them. People still know that, don't they? If we were talking about a person, it would be domestic abuse. Imagine having an older sibling constantly threatening your life, and when you cry, rather than telling your sibling to stop threatening you, your parents tell you to stop crying about it. Anyway, this goes on and on for a long time in the story, and it's just not enjoyable. It ruins the feel of the game..Version: 1.0.54.2
