An app designed to receive payments that makes it difficult to pay. This app should do two things, and it does both things poorly..Version: 2.3.0
✗ Serious design flawsUser experience is just so so. If I’m buying tickets in the app, I expect for my profile information to be stored so that I don’t have to enter in my contact information. Clearly the company doesn’t have security to store credit card info as you need to enter that every time. And somehow if the website picks up a different phone number your tickets aren’t delivered to the app. Needs some updates to be a seamless experience. Aside from storing future tickets or passes if you don’t want to search email or use your phones wallet, using the app provides 0 benefit..Version: 2.8.1
