✓ Quit on me todayWas working fine then all of a sudden, wouldn’t let me check done. Then after a few stops wouldn’t let me navigate. So till it gets fixed 3 stars..Lsura12Version: 1.3.2

✓ Voice option no longer worksLove this app but I asked on November 2. If you could look into it it’s no longer possible on my apple 13 phone to use the microphone to enter addresses in your list. It’ll pull up an address and you can press on it but nothing happens. It is way way less convenient to use now. I hope you can fix it someday..AngryGod66Version: 1.3.2

✓ Mileage & Fastest RouteHi, I have been using this app for roughly 10 months 7 days a week. As far as being easy to use, it’s a 5 Star App. As far as setting the fastest route for let’s say 18 delivery stops, it’s close to a 5 Star App, it does have the occasional location that can be right next door to another location and it will put a couple stops in between them. This has happened abt 10 times out of abt 250 times that I’ve used it. I usually can spot it and that’s when I let commonsense take over and do what I have to to make it right. Where the app is a Low 1 Star is if you are gonna use this app for Tax Purposes of keeping track of mileage while working. It is NEVER Correct. If I drive 215 miles in a night, it will say my mileage is abt 80 miles. I don’t think it counts the mileage from you base to your first stop and from your last stop to base, I believe it only counts the mileage from the first stop to the last which causes it to be way off. I use to report the mileage issue all the time but I now gave up because it doesn’t get fixed. So if you are getting this app for Tax reasons, it’s not even worth any Star. ✓ Needs a manual edit featureI like a lot about this app. It looks and feels nice when using it, and it seems to give a well-optimized route. I find it a bit expensive for an optimization app that doesn’t offer native navigation, but the free version is good enough too. However, after it has optimized my route I need to be able to manually swap the stops around to account for other variables. ✓ What happenedI was liking the new update but now I can’t enjoy the app without having to pay a monthly or yearly subscription. It was cool to be able to choose to optimize it or not. ✓ Same problem persists despite numerous conversationsCan u please fix the bug where I can’t use the free app even though I am inputting less than 20 stops. One one occasion I accidentally put in 21 stops, paid the $10, and now the app will not let me use without a monthly. You have told me on several occasions that the bug would be fixed but it apparently has not. Great app but this is getting a bit frustrating. ✓ Closest one to actually being usableThis app is easy to use and seems to be much better than the other apps on the list. The only thing that I didn’t like was the fact that it does not continuously go to your next plotted point. If I plot a route then I don’t want to hit okay delivery successful I just want it to go onto my next routed point. I wanted a hands free way to find multiple points on my route with an audio prompt. I can make that happen but only one point at a time. Being that my company tracks the bins I collect the option on here is not needed but not having to look at my phone to start the next point on the route is sorely needed. ✓ Not easy to navigate the appTo start a route seems very difficult to navigate. Optimizing a route must be done after u start a route but, actually starting a route should be much easier to find and go! I paid for a yearly subscription and now they just want to charge more even though my app said it would renew at the original price. ✓ Great until new updateI’m a property inspector and I used this app for the past few months to help make my route more efficient, well since this new update they randomize locations and now you have to pay to have the most optimal map. I guess they need to make money off it, but now there’s no free function on it can’t even start a route with out it asking for payment..Yodie120Version: 1.2.1

✓ Great concept needs polishing1) I would like to be able to delete any route I want. The “you can’t delete this route” should never come up 2) I would like an “add a route” option? I’m sorry but I feel like this shouldn’t have to be said. You have “repeat route” “duplicate route” and “continue ride” and of course the “delete route” that you can use if it’s in the correct position. I’m not a developer but if I want to clear out all routes and have 0 and then push a little + symbol to add my first and only route it shouldn’t be that difficult. I prefer a clean environment and just gave up trying to figure out which routes I can delete. 3) when adding/editing Places the keyboard doesn’t go away and blocks the screen example: if I edit the name the keyboard comes up and then scroll to service time the keyboard doesn’t go away and makes it impossible to select the time. So you have to exit the screen and go back in to set the time I pay for the monthly subscription but am looking for something more polished. ✓ DOES NOT USE FULL IPAD SCREEN 😢 🚛💨 💣💥I was going to use this App but on opening it on my iPad it is not optimised to use the entire screen but only slightly bigger than the phone screen when in Portrait mode 😕 My iPad is set up on an Apple Keyboard so the screen is in Landscape position. I would REALLY like the format etc etc so would still love to try it out but NOT unless it is optimised for full ipad screen ✅ If this is fixed I would love to try it out. I am driving for a company in Australia that has over 150 trucks nation wide, and NOBODY in the depot I am working in nor the two HR bosses that have dropped in recently even knew about Apps like this 🤷‍♂️ I have briefly shown them CIRCUIT, but ONLY because it uses the entire iPad screen. FYI, I want the full screen because I’m over 60 now and it’s just easier when your eyesight is not as good as it used to be. Hey, I’m still doing over 400 incline PushUps in my WorkOut 🏋🏼‍♂️, so not old, just my eyes 😉 Let me know when you have upgraded the App for full iPad screen ✅ Also, the company HR fellow is going to touch base with me when he drops in again about the App, so it would be to your best interest if this could be implemented ASAP if there is a possibility of getting it implemented into the company.
