Bonus signup code is not working…I just signed up for my kids and I received the 500 E-tickets for joining but the code for the extra 250 e-tickets does not work. Entering it under ‘Offers’ gives me the following message: “Oops! Please enter a valid coupon code”. The code is ‘250SIGNUP’. Please fix..Version: 1.5

I visit 6 time a year…Everytime i come with my kids, usually its around opening time latest 12pm and everytime they play chuck e cheese theme song and he never come out. I ask the cashier when is chuck e cheeses come out and they say next song but next song come and nothing. I hate the fact that we come early to have a better experience with the machines and chuck e and at the end we wait an hour or more for nothing. This upset me cause my kids want to see him and it never happens. :(.Version: 1.0

No validI scanned the receipt that I bought today ( the app showed to me that this bar code was scanned by someone else !!! ) Haw it scanned by someone else while I didn’t showed it to anyone ! ) The result is Zero point … Non useful app.Version: 1.0

App is pretty terribleChuck E Cheese is fine. It’s loud, the food is pretty bad, but kids love it and I love my kids, so here we are. I decided to download the app to see if there were any coupons I could use for our family trip tomorrow. I thought I’d also check the cost of booking a party there. One I’d created an account it threw me into the “home” screen, which is just a spot to scan for points (???) It doesn’t say what the points are for or what they do and it doesn’t welcome you or give up any other info on how the app works. At the bottom of the screen there were some icons to get to other places in the App. Great! I had to do some digging, but found 2 coupons (WHY is their frozen garbage pizza the same price as actual good pizza?!) and went to look at Birthday info. Not entirely sure what happened, but I chose to look at an icon labeled “gifts” and now I’m frozen on a picture of the million-dollar-merch that my kid always wants at the ticket counter; even though he never has enough for anything more than a slap bracelet and a tootsie roll. Seriously, I should just buy both the pizzas and the treats at the dollar store and save my money- but again, I love my kids and they adore the grey rat-turned-mouse. The app is now stuck and I can’t find the coupons and tomorrow’s trip is looming large. Please fix the blasted app..Version: 1.0

HmmmmLet’s starts by saying my family loves Chuck E. Cheese. We have for years. But a few things have changed. Check e cheese used to. One out and walk around the store and dance with the kids then throw tickets up in the air for them to grab. Now thAt it’s went all digital no more Chuck E. Cheese in person and no more ticket grabs after dancing with him. But we do enjoy the unlimited play pass cards. (No more spilled coins being picked up bt others). Used to if a game broke and didn’t give you your tickets and ply would come and give you a few while the worked on the machine…now it’s to bad so sad. Sorry I wasted some play time on a faulty game. I will say the staff is always friendly. And the restaurant around where we are located always seem very well cleaned. I am disappointed in the app. I was expecting to be able to find coupons already loaded on the app. Nope. I have to earn them I guess through points. Or maybe even put some small games on so our kids can earn some free tickets or like 5 mins extra playtime with purchase. That would be awesome.Version: 1.0

RewardsWhen I ride with my granddaughter, there was a promotion on the counter that said, download the app and get 500 free tickets. I talk to the lady behind the counter and said how do I do this she said you just take your receipt and scan it and you get the tickets on your card I said OK cool so now this evening I’m trying to do it and I did not get the 500 tickets as promised it said irons like 63 points or something I don’t know why they have to make things so complicated sometimes.Version: 1.6

PointsThey have signs everywhere saying if you download the app you can get 500 e-points. Waited 10 mins, nothing appeared on the page. Asked for help and told it will take long to load. Waited another 5-10 minutes and nothing appeared. They also didn’t offer anything to accommodate, the lady just kept saying “it takes a while it takes a while, just keep waiting until it appears”. It’s been 3 hours and still nothing on my account, just 10 points for signing in..Version: 1.0

SadWhen thinking back as a child this was the place to be. They used to preform on stage the pizza wasn’t double the price and cut the budget on ingredients and go off to by clover valley products. There was something about seeing those tickets dish out that made it worth the while. No PlayStation area anymore literally I see nothing but machine boxes designed only for you to stick your money in. Idk about others but mine lot has no shredded cheese in the salad bar. I asked and it not that they are out they truly just don’t serve it for salads. Should I even get to the prizes? I’d rather not cause it’s just to pathetic to come from me. What a cruel thing. Summer program bought in store, unable to upload on app!!This app is pretty simple but the only issue is that I bought a gold pass summer pass in store & there’s no place to input my receipt number so I can see all my benefits online! I was told to scan my receipt but there’s nowhere to do that at. Sent an email to Chuck E. Cheese, hopefully hear back from them ASAP..Version: 1.0

Lame, poorly executedI wanted to take my kid to this place. It was 10p the night before and I read I could get $10 off if I downloaded the app. I downloaded the app, signed up which requires your phone. And no $10 off anywhere. Then at 10p I got an email saying click here for 500 free tickets. When I redeemed you need to use in the next 3hrs which is impossible at 10p on a Friday night. I ended up canceling my plans and went somewhere else..Version: 1.6

Rip offI bought a card on time the last time I was here and realized my other card had points so I paused the new card thinking it would stay paused until this weeks visit. We lost our money because apparently the card can only be paused for the 1 day. It does not explain this when you purchase.Version: 1.0

Need someone specific to answer questions.Although I know what to expect when coming into a CEC, it would have been helpful to have someone on the side to answer all of my questions w/o having to pause and make cotton candy or register people in, between trying to figure out how much to purchase or what plan to get it was a little frustrating to say the least. I guess for what it’s worth I just hope I can get the free e-points promised for using and downloading the app. Just my personal opinion no negativity needed.Version: 1.4

Prize redemptionI’m very disappointed I bought 2 gold summer passes so we have ALOT of accumulated tickets for prizes and was set to have 2 upcoming birthday parties here as well (may not at this point) Ive been told numerous times by different employees and even management that they are not allowed to give my child the prize which they have wanted so badly for so long off of the wall. They are not allowed to have empty spaces or so they say but they have given the large prizes away and left empty spots many times as I come here every week with our passes I even asked to have them ordered and possibly let know when in stock they did say yes to ordering but that they would not let me know when the are In so likely I won’t be here when and if they ever get them in. I come in again today and the toy my child wanted so badly last week that I was told no to by manager is now gone and a large empty space where it was! That’s not fair, I can cause a stink too but I chose not to, I guess the squeaky wheel got the grease.!!.Version: 1.0

Does NOT work with all Summer Passes!!!My family purchased the Gold Summer Pass last week in a local Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. Went to the same location today to get our free 120 weekly minutes and was told that we needed to download the app to access our benefits even though I had the physical receipt in my hand. Nobody ever said anything at time of purchase about needing the app, but was told today that the restaurant’s “system” resets every week, so benefits no longer show up in their system. After over an hour spent waiting in the restaurant for the benefits to “load” onto my app, still no benefits. Restaurant did not want to honor what they sold in person although they eventually did after I pitched a fit. And if they don’t give you everything you need in person (ie the 60 minute card for a friend to play), you can forget about it because it won’t show up on the app and the location’s not going to honor it because it’s between you and “the app.” My advice is to “pass” on the Summer Pass!.Version: 1.0

Classic kid fun that needs improvementMy toddlers enjoy it however there are so many missed opportunities. The cleaning needs improvement, the napkin holder had all kind of build up on top of it. The seats were sticky and the fountain drink drain had pennies in it. My daughter lost a lot of points due to games not working properly. When I reported this to staff member she said she would have someone look into...15 mins later my daughter is at the same game again and it’s stuck just like it was before. Please do better! I really like the affordable fun your establishment offers and the pizza(the rest of the food was edible but not good.) I hate to say it but we usually visit as a last resort due to this common reoccurring issues every visit..Version: 1.0

PizzaHalloween pizza was advertised as a large pumpkin. The first pizza came out just like a regular pizza! When I asked about the pumpkin design they said ok. They actually did their best to match the picture! I have to give them credit for trying. Plus they gave 30 points. Thanks to the staff it turned out positive and we had hot pizza the second time!.Version: 1.5

Complete waste of time and moneySo Sunday go to Chuck E. Cheese so that my son could play and eat snacks. First of when I came in there they barely greeted us. I then asked about any specials and the girl looked at me blankly. A guy then comes up and tells us about the pass. I then ask about pricing etc etc. They neglected to tell me the bathroom was not working and they had a out house to use. Why would you not inform us about the bathroom before we ordered. Rude and unhelpfulI took my granddaughter and nephew to the chuckeecheese in Las Vegas on Grand Caynon and had the rudest and most unhelpful employees ever, Ross. The place was filthy, none of the tables were clean and the man at the front counter(again-Ross) took a drinking cup back and put his hands and fingers inside the cup and put it back in the bin for the next unexpected customer, disgusting!!! Not to mention it took over 40mins to get our food and that’s on a Thursday afternoon with 4 other families there!! So upsetting!!.Version: 1.0

Where are the coupons?I went online to find coupons to use. There were only two, but the website said to download the app for more offers. There are no offers on the app, only reward tracking. I just wanted to find a coupon to use because the kid of a friend really wants Chuck E Cheese for her birthday. There are good arcades around here that are cheaper and don’t serve terrible pizza and I will be talking her into picking somewhere else for her birthday..Version: 1.6

The Worse Birthday PartyThe birthday party started at 5:30 pm, and they didn't bring the children anything to drink, and we did not receive food until 6 o’clock, and our kids did not get their play passes until we had to go up there and ask for them. This was very unprofessional and unorganized. I understand that they are busy, but they need to have staff that can do a party or have a limit or how many parties they do in a day. Terrible B-dayThis was the worst party. The party started at 11:00. They didn’t open the doors till 11:10. I even called and confirm the party two days before. They only had one person working, who wasn’t suppose to be there till 12. There was two parties going on, we didn’t get the pizza till 1:30. I had to ask for the cake 3 times, and it wasn’t the one I ordered. The tables were dirty when we got there. Had to ask for drinks several times. No balloons. This chuckie cheese is not staffed adequately for holding parties. Bad experience..Version: 1.2

Unhappy games are riggedHello I wanted to take in a moment to discuss my recent experience at Chuck E. Cheese in San Bernardino. Very bad experience, the food, the pizza, the salad bar, very low standards, unhappiness with the cleaning this of the tables unsatisfied with the games that they have there the game room, attendants. Even the manager didn’t even care that the games were working and they didn’t give any remorse to even try to help you or even say you know what for your trouble let me give you a few more tokens. App keeps crashingYou can’t do anything as a guest as it keeps crashing. It won’t let me sign up as my phone number is already being used, probably by me. It won’t send me a link to reset password and it doesn’t like the password I set up with cec years ago. Why does it have to so complicated to find out how much it cost to buy a pizza and play at CEC? The website has no pricing information as it expects everyone to use this app. But the app doesn’t work. I have an iphone12, the app should work without crashing..Version: 1.5

App isn’t useable and takes away my rewardsMore often than not, the app crashes. When I first open the app, it pops up an error “unauthorized: access token not found.” Then, when I try to click on my account, the app crashes. I have made sure it’s up to date, forced closed the app, and tried over and over with no ability to access my account. My inbox is “not available right now”. My rewards show 0, although I know I have points, and the reward page is a blank white screen. Account history button brings up “ unauthorized: access token not found”. Majority of the app is unusable. This has been happening on and off, but majority of the time, since downloading the app close to a year ago. At this point, I am not able to use the rewards that I have earned. There’s no way to sign into your account online since it just brings you back to the app. I get emails telling me of rewards I have or that are expiring, but I can’t even access them. Feels unfair to have rewards expire simply because the app won’t let me access them. I hope improvements are made to make the app useable and to be able to use my rewards, although I doubt it will be fixed before they expire *sigh*.Version: 1.5
