✓ Wednesday evening fun!The staff at the West Hills location was very friendly and patient. Loved it when I saw an employee cleaning the machines. The kids had a lot of fun although I wish they saw Chucky at least once on their visit but hopefully next time. Overall, we had a great time and the pizza was very yummy..Version: 1.0

Cheese Olympia 👍Before the remodel, I would bring my 2 year old daughter once a week to play games and eat. the frontline staff, Sofia and the general manager, has always been a happy faces , helpful, generous, respectful. After the remodel and even before it was always spacious, clean and well kept. My daughter always enjoys the games and Chuck E. Cheese suit and brags about it me and her mother. ✓ Chuck E. ROCKS... now with Rewards!As an avid Chuck E. Fan, I had been previously been enrolled in More Cheese Rewards. This new program is much better as you earn rewards more frequently the more you visit. You get 1 point for every dollar spent before taxes. Reward are 50, 100, and 200 points each. The rewards are e-Tickets (for prizes), All You Can Play (AYCP) time, or menu items (Unicorn Churros and Pizzas). If you visit CEC a lot, it's a no brainer to download and sign up! If you only visit once in a blue moon, this app may help you visit more frequently!!! It should be noted that Chuck E. Cheese's has been through a lot lately such as the bankruptcy and is trying to bounce back. I give them full kudos for coming back stronger than before. If you're a kid at heart, a family, parent, grandparent, kid, etc. you can have fun at Chuck E.'s Place!!! For reference- AYCP is the best gaming value in the arcade industry and unlike Dave & Buster's CEC includes ALL games in their AYCP time. The games are a lot of the same as well... games are typically the same as D&B just with tickets adjusted so if you're a kid or a college student, adult or a teenager you're bound to have fun!!! ✓ Best service!It’s been awhile since I have visited Chuckee cheese, but I must say from the moment I walked in the staff was full of smiles, very helpful, patient, and kind. I was able to meet the manager and he was just great all around with helping me understand the packages and with my gazillion questions. This chuckee cheese was far the cleanest from the bathrooms to the tables and of course games! I would most definitely recommend the Salt Lake chuckee to anyone. It definitely has made improvements for the best since the last time I visited approximately 4 years ago.. I hope you continue to train your staff the way this staff has been trained and give that manager of yours a kuddos for being spectacular! Thanks again for making mine and my family feel safe during these difficult times all while being able to offer us a meal and unlimited play for 60 minutes till the end of August..Version: 1.0

✓ Great Fun Delicious pizzaGreat place to bring grandchildren. I wasn’t t expecting the pizza to be as good as I usually get but it was delicious and my grandchild ate 3 pieces—including the crust. ✓ Great LocationWe are from Wimdsor, Ontario Canada. Our little one is “Ub-sessed” w/CC, to say the least. Sadly, the closest Chuck E Cheese is 3hrs away from us in Canda. So we cross the border to MI and visit the Chuck E Cheese there. This CC is BY FAR the best we have visited. The staff is amazing and the front counter attendant remembered us even after almost a year of our last visit. Keep it up and thx!.Version: 1.7

✓ Very impressed!Our four year old son learned to ride a bike this week, and as a reward he asked to go to Chuck E. Cheese. We have a location three minutes from our house, but haven’t been in years. We walked into a quiet (Tuesday night) and very clean environment. The service was exceptional, two high school students who took their job seriously. My son did the hour long play and got souvenirs and a drink cup for $30! We rarely get to do something that cheaply. He was thrilled, And my husband and I relaxed and walked around while he leisurely played the evening away. My ONLY a complaint if you could even call it that was they stopped serving alcohol at 7p, so I missed the window. Otherwise, what a great experience for my little man. ✓ Adding review to correct previous oneSubmitted a review because they offered 500 etickets if you signed up for app only specific locations. I didn’t get the e-tickets when I signed up, so I left bad review, but it turns out you have to do your first purchase and scan the receipt and it gives you the tickets after you sign out and sign in again you should have the tickets available, but none of that it’s explained so it’s a little confusing but anyway I wanted to correct the review and say it’s just Poot explanation but the etickets were indeed given to us.
