✓ Maybe I’m Missing Something…I played for a couple hours, am going to delete the game now but as far as the hype goes… I’m not buying into it… There’s no challenge?? I think games like this are the reason America is screwed up. You are rewarded excessively for a few clicks of a button. It’s instant gratification… As last as far as I noticed. I probably played 50 levels but did not have to strategize in any way shape or form. Nor exercise my thought processes. Graphics are great, the characters are very cool and diverse but a major waste of my time..Version: 1.6.6

✓ Battle verification failed, unable to fightKeep getting this error when I win battles in campaign and the dungeons. This is really frustrating when I attempt to try the same level numerous times and get a lucky win with RNG, just to have to keep trying the level over and over again hoping I don’t get the same error. ✓ AFK arena reskinNot a bad game, but it’s so similar to afk arena in every conceivable way. There is nothing to mark it out as different in any way. Every part of the game is copied over. The differences are in the graphic style and the heroes. Broadly I found it quite dull, and having played afk arena a lot previously, i lasted two days with this before giving up..Version: 1.1.6
✓ Good game if you don’t mind payingYes, the graphics are good. And the game design. As hero collection games go, this is exactly the same as any other. However, in comparison with other games like this, this one has even worse drop rates. Plus, the events are designed so that you only get something out of them if you’re strong (which means you paid real money). For f2p players, the events are worthless. I star up my heroes soooo slowly that I finally just decided to get rid of the game since I couldn’t really progress anymore. And one last nitpicky thing — why are the fights laid out in such a way that you only see the backs of your heroes??? I got so aggravated by that!.Version: 1.2.1

✓ It’s a good game, but it could be greatThe animations are smooth and beautiful. But every device I play this game runs extremely hot (iPad Pro and iPhone 12 pro). The game itself gives you several different ways to earn tokens to summon characters. They’ve recently been adding a lot events and it’s a great idea. Personally, I get bored of this game because I’m literally stuck waiting for blue orbs. Blue orbs are needed to level up your character. Made it to rank 61, but I think I’m done with the game. It’s become mundane and not enough exciting or new characters. Also, adding a 4x option for gameplay and skipping dialogue option would be really nice to see. 2x is the fastest it’ll go. There’s a lot of room for improvements. But they are heading in the right direction. Maybe I’ll come back to this game if they add a bunch of new things.Version: 1.1.7
✓ Lots of screen tappingFor an idle game I have to tap to get the reward, tap to confirm, tap the annoying red dots that are supposed to be “helpful”, tap this, tap that, tap, tap, tap. ✓ Tracking enabledIn one of the first world quests, you must add a friend in order to complete the level. The app requires anyone you invite, that they must have tracking enabled or you don’t receive credit for it. The purpose of having that enabled or disabled is to allow individual users to select their privacy mode. For the game to require it on is just wrong, I’m not even sure that it is legal in the United States. Will have to look into that. The game itself is fair, some quest, no matter how many times to beat it will not advance to the next level. Heroes are decent to upgrade without spending money. If it wasn’t for the privacy issue, I would probably keep playing it but I’m out instead..Version: 2.5.0

✓ Another gotcha gameThe game does not scale well at all. Your typical idle RPG gotcha game. On day one you can easily get to level 30 and get to campaign level 9 having a blast. Then the fun ends. ✓ Unsure if it’s worth it read thisMy only issue and what seems to be everyone else’s issue is the leveling once you get 55 and up pretty much It becomes so pain stacking and the grinding required is insane and I don’t have that kindve time really. That being said, it is a pretty good game the story is a little whatever just like a lot of these games though so it’s alright the combat isn’t bad but it has room for great improvement which is a good thing. Finally, spending money seems to be the big goal here I hope these people made the game because they love making games and want to give to a community rather then making a game to get money from players who just want to be the best. Overall it was worth it and it’s free so I got what enjoyment I could out of it still playing no money spent….yet. ✓ From best to worstThis was my favourite game and I played it everyday until one day for 3 yrs.I tried to log in and it said my internet wasn’t connected, I checked and it still didn’t work. I turned my Internet on off and it never worked. I eventually gave up and deleted it, now 2yrs later it still doesn’t work! The strength of the champion types also imbalance. Some are extremely strong, some are weak as a minion of the game. ✓ Extreme pay to winI’ve thrown a $100 at it and didn’t think too much about it until I did the math and realized that at the point in the game I’m at you would have to spend a $100/week just to see reasonable progression. The p2w mechanic explodes at around level 65. For those of you familiar with this idiotic model the matchmaking basically guarantees that you face p2w players at higher levels. They do this to place a constant pressure on you to spend. They try to soften the blow of this with pretty graphics. Anything to allow you to justify the expense to yourself. It’s dumb and appeals to the gambler in all of us. Pro-tip: spend those thousands of dollars on your loved ones. Not some mideastern prostitute of a game..Version: 1.2.0

✓ Very much a pay to playI do like this game but it is probably the most expensive game I have ever played. I have bought a few packs but they didn’t help with progression. While you can play for free, you won’t really get anywhere and you will find yourself just waiting, waiting and waiting to the point it just becomes a very boring game. I’m constantly left with nothing to do because the devs have made the toons you fight so overpowered you lose every time, so you have to pay or wait, and the packs aren’t cheap. I’m about 4 weeks into the game and already thinking of quitting. 1 star for progression, 2/3 for enjoyment because it’s somewhat frustrating, but I will give 5 stars for graphics. Devs do seem to update regularly, but all pay for items with an occasional free 3 day trial of a powerful toon you can use just to tease you. The daily tasks take me 5 to 10 minutes to complete, and that’s all I can do..Version: 1.6.5

✓ Decent idler gameStandard AFK Arena style game. Pros: nice graphics, easy to get currency by playing, not too expensive if you want to drop some cash here and there Cons: RNG can be brutal, gold dice are a trap (don’t purchase packages just for them), most “value” packages are $5 or $10 but I don’t feel like you get enough because of RNG, you’ll hit a wall eventually that takes a long time to surmount unless you whale. I played for a while but the difficulty bump in later levels is just too crazy and the game will pit you against multiples of an already powerful character. Your char levels are capped based on how many stars they have, and for that you need to grind out a TON of fodder and copies of those chars. At this point I’m just doing the daily activities so that in a few weeks I can pass this obstacle and then spend way longer getting past the next..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Seems to have no game play at allMaybe I have missed the point of this game, but I don't think so. It's a well used formula: summon heroes, make a squad to fight, make your way through 5v5 battles - whether in the campaign or other events. The problem is that it's totally unclear what, if any, strategy is involved. I used the same set of heroes throughout and got 3 hours in without making a single choice I think. There is no 'game play' in that sense. A good idle game should involve lots of strategic choices. Find something else.Version: 1.1.6

✓ Fun but money grubbingThe game is fun for a few days until you hit a difficulty spike and the experience you gain becomes meaningless unless you pump money or wait days to collect enough resources. Half the app is locked by progression with some things locked till chapter 40 and I stopped at chapter 6. Character progression is vastly unbalanced where one character at lvl 100 can wipe an entire party of lvl 90s with a %25 buff in health and attack. Also sad to see some famous voice actors support these kind of games. If you have the time and/or money this is the game for you but I’d recommend playing till you get bored but not purchasing anything with money. Definite pay to win..Version: 1.6.5
✓ ArenaHaving a great time as a new player but I have noticed one important flaw. Arena should be player level matched. As a new player I haven’t been able to enter Arena as I am massively out powered by the full list. Player matching or a ranking system should be implemented to fix this issue. Just a thought. ✓ Beautiful, but broken.Aside from having the identical structure of their other games, like Summon Dragons, Magnum Quest has a boring meta revolving around the character Ares. Ares becomes invincible for up to 8 seconds if he loses all HP, combined with a super that makes him an invincible tornado, plowing through all enemies. Developer then releases a new character that teleports Ares into the flank, making him even more undefeatable. PvP? Get Ares, or lose. Main adventure? Ares. Boss challenges? Ares solos them when you would normally use 5 characters. Developer needs to think of something original to balance the game, especially since it is pay to win, so your only option isn’t “buy more Ares.”.Version: 1.2.0
✓ Mobile done wellI’m four days into the game and am enjoying it. The game does offer the usual junk in their cash shop that you see in almost every mobile game these days, however if you’re a low to no spender you can still enjoy the game and actually be competitive. However the game isn’t perfect. There are issues with spammers in the chat channels trying to lure players to sketchy websites. If you joined a server late you may always be behind the curve, since things like redemption codes would have expired and so on. My advice is join a brand new server on day one, if there is no brand new server wait until there is one or you’ll never catch up especially if you’re ftp..Version: 1.1.7
✓ Don’tI’m still playing it just to see how far a completely free account can make it, but I’m also well past the point of knowing that I should stop. You hit the wall around chapter 11. That’s the point where you start logging in once a day for your idle rewards which allow you to level up your characters enough after 2 or 3 days to punch through the last dos checkpoint. I’ll grant that it has more buttons to click on to keep you feeling engaged longer than other games. Ultimately this is a clone of marvel champions, raid shadow legends, Star Wars legends, etc. 21-34 is about as far as a completely free account can get. I log in once a day and get to play for 15 minutes. I don’t pay money for this game and you shouldn’t either..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Fantastic game but has bugsCould easily be one of the best idle games, or games in general that I’ve played on mobile, but I summoned a gold hero, after playing for days, and it never actually loaded into my inventory. Any game that requires you to put effort in to obtain something, but doesn’t give said thing to you once you reach the milestone, is one not worth playing until the bugs are flattened out. ✓ It could be funThis is another one of those games that grab you and it’s fun for a few weeks. You level your team of heroes and progress through the storyline unlocking features of the game. Then BAM!!!! you hit the progression wall. It doesn’t matter if you use gems, draw coupons, or faction draw coupons you seem to get a lot of trash heroes. Makes it really difficult to rank up your heroes in order to go far in the game. I don’t mind spending some money to get me over some of the walls you may hit in a game. Pros: graphics are really good and 3D, versus AFKA’s 2.5D approach; I like the “hot list” approach to prevent newbies from investing in garbage; good time killer. Cons: it has basically nothing new, there’s absolutely no narrative, the heroes are generic AF(K), the sense of déjà vu is overwhelming, you’ll hit the wall on day 3 and only move forward again if you pay..Version: 1.1.5
✓ Too Idle dependent.Graphics, p2w cluttered UI check. We get it same thing different day. I can look past that since it occupies my time today. A month from now likely not. A lot of that is simply due to game play. Once you’re done daily’s trial raid etc. All there is left to do is arena and idle. My heroes are all waiting to be leveled up so I can pass the next stage but I need to wait for the idle rewards which are pretty slow. ✓ Annoying updateWas really enjoying his for a long time. The recent update reset my main dungeon fully as well as all the raids I had completed. Super annoying to have to redo them. In order to finish a location on the map I have to forge 20 items (can’t seem to get enough items needed to do this) and beat trials on hard mode (which is impossible currently). ✓ Abandoned by devsThey just released a new update today for the first time in 9 months and... so far as I can tell it changes nothing. There are no patch notes in the official discord, where the devs have also been inactive for the last 9 months. I would cynically supsect that the only point of this update is to wipe out negative reviews on the previous version. This is actually a very good game, you can download it and have fun, but just don't spend any money. ✓ It’s an ok game..but it seems like a rip off(Originally thought Of giving it 4 stars) giving it 2 stars but it seems like a ripoff, some of the characters you start with literally looks like a rip off from an actual game that’s been out for almost 18 years now. The game literally looks like the online game WoW (World of Warcraft). The sound and the effects is literally stolen from the actual game which isn’t cool. At least find your own sounds instead of getting it from an actual game that’s been around for years. The elves, orcs and dwarves were also stolen from the online game. I’m disappointed that the game isn’t even from the same company and thought of taking the sounds and effects from WoW, stealing almost half of the characters and the sfx from the game. have a good day, next time don’t take copyright sounds/sfx..Version: 1.4.2
