Well I’ll start with it is a fun game to start however to start with you can win bingo’s and all is fun till you start to level up than it starts getting harder and harder to get a bingo the pay outs are just silly if u buy four cards say at 320 and you win you only get something like 100 so ether way your losing money or if you play 2 cards at 240 you get 14 coins how do you win money back????? I play big bets 4 cards I use my supers and still I lose most games I’m lucky to win 1 in every 10-12 games if lucky it’s impossible to win any competitions. So overall I REALLY wouldn’t recommend this game unless you have a lot of money to waste. ✓ Money grabSuch a shame. This is really a fun game with intricate graphics and catchy themes. After playing for a week, I’ve realized you can never accumulate enough funds to play regularly without spending actual money. I should have realized it with all the “offers.” you also never win back anywhere near the amount of coins you spend to play. That makes zero sense and also That makes it not fun. ✓ The Upgrades result most of the game not working properlyThe game operated fine before. Players could get free dabs, free currency by watching videos. With each upgrade, these free options freeze and do not work most of the time. They keep upgrading every few weeks! Why?? Why so many upgrades to a new version? The answer is that they are making it harder and harder to get free currency by watching videos. They are trying to get your money. ✓ So many issuesI have always loved this game. Unfortunately in the past few months it’s has gone down hill dramatically. They owe me so much on compensation, they promise so much and will not come through with their promises. Half of the time they game doesn’t load or you get cheated out of real money just to be able to play. But over the last year they have taken a lot away from game that helped one progress properly. Algorithm almost seems designed to make you spend money. I’ve waited and efforts don’t seem to go in positive direction for the game overall. I LOVED this game and have spent literally hundreds but I am no longer investing when the game is unbalanced for high level long term players. Customer support has really lacked and there seems to be no compassion or empathy regarding developing a balanced app for players wanting to stick with it. When they start to run out and you don’t purchase anything you suddenly are on a losing streak. The few times, I decided to boost my chances by throwing in some coins for mega cards for a better chance at Bingos. Of course I didn’t get a single one. Oddly enough three people hit Bingos on the first five numbers called. That’s like three people getting struck by lightning all at once. Meanwhile I was staring at three blank cards for eight numbers, not one of my numbers on any of those cars were called. and if you run out of coins or diamonds, you can play for free but don’t expect any Bingos. I got this because it looked unique; instead, it’s just a slower version of other games. If you choose to use ads to add power ups or extra coins, the game freezes. These used to actually work pretty well. ✓ Love it but it’s waaaay too expensive!I really love the game play in this bingo game, graphics are really nice and I like the side games but the rounds cost way too much coin and you get next to no coin or bonuses in return, even if you win bingo or complete a collection. The daily harvest of coins is pitiful and should at least be 5x as many coin due to the amount of time, bonus and coin you spend to get to those levels. Even if I won bingo on all four cards, I still would not win back the amount of coin I spent to play those 4 cards. This happened to me today. It’s getting worse with every update. I realise these tactics are to encourage people to buy additional coin and boosts but why would you when you get next to nothing for your money and it’s all gone in about 5 minutes of game play. They say you have sent a message an hour after it happened, ask for screen shots or say you’ve already been given them back. ✓ Support is a jokeThis game is great as long as you don’t have to contact support over the game crashing, freezing or losing a signal. I’ve had this game about a month now and it has crashed/frozen twice now. Contacted support to get credits back as this happened in rounds I was playing. Support acts like you’re asking for blood or something. I could understand if you were asking for a refund on purchases you made in the game but this was just coins and rewards that I had earned already and lost when I had a technical issue. In the beginning each bingo game was a few coin so your coins lasted longer but now I’m on to island 12 each card is 260 coin so if you play 4 cards it’s over 1000 coins each round and it takes a lot longer to advance each round. ✓ Bingo AlohaIts a frustrating game, you can spend too much coin and or rockets. And rarely get an additional bingo. Just used 20 rockets and 40 gems. Had 12 squares over 4 cards and not one additional bingo. The return for completing games or rounds are really not motivating to continuing playing. The pop ups to actually spend dollars are many and often. As you progress along daily challenges the rewards don’t equate to the time spent amassing these, and quite often expire way before you can achieve the goal and thus have to start again. It’s far too dependent on mechanics like instant wins. You can harvest once an hour but it’ll probably take about 16 hours of constant doing that to get enough for 1 solid game. The “freebie” links on Facebook don’t work. They said that I used it and it was on a cooldown, however I just started the game and that was inaccurate. The “help chat” takes almost a day to respond with very generic answers. In general the game is good, there are lots of different ways to win coins but the amounts won are so imbalanced to what you put in, eg. 320 to play and get double and triple bingos and still win around 100 odd. If course, you can purchase more powerups using the millions of popups that you get for the offers. I love bingo and found this game through MyPoints. ✓ Takes too long to get enough moneyI spend most the day collecting money so I have enough by the end of it to play a game or 2 (not even on the highest bet, usually 2nd lowest out of the 5 bet types). The games are amazing and fun! The fact that there are limited bingos, the rounds sometimes don’t let you join until so many bingos are made (why join when you will use a lot of coins for not a full round), the cards cost a lot of coins and for someone like myself I can’t afford to buy the packages.
