✓ Well Worth The MoneyThis was the most expensive app I have ever purchased because I got the pro version, but I have NEVER been more pleased and impressed with an app! This was well worth the money and picking the Pro version. If you are on the fence about it, go ahead and download it because it is well worth every penny! The customer service is fast and the amount of information and effort put into this app is incredible. You will not be disappointed!.Version: 4.08
✓ My Movies 4 ProI upgraded from version 3.31 to 4.05 and the process was smooth and easy. I used the ‘Report Incorrect Data’ option for clarity on the new ‘Top Cast’ list and how that impacts on the new ‘Movie Collections’ section and will continue to use that option when identifying issues relating to the upgrade. ✓ Excellent Movie and TV Show Cataloging ToolI have that many films I sometimes have to check if I already have the title, this is excellent for that purpose and to see what format I have it on. If I scan a new movie barcode and it is not in the database it usually appears within a few days. ✓ Totally worth itI remember when My Movies 3 was released, I left a pretty scathing review about buying premium for an app and then not to long into the future having to pay more for the new version. However, after using the app extensively since and seen the development and commitment the devs have put into it, I honestly have no problem paying the few £s for the new version. The app is perfect for collectors of physical media, and the option to have your catalogue uploaded to the internet and can be viewed by friends and family is so handy and really helped during lockdown when I seemed to do nothing other than watch movies. I would love to see an option added where we can leave reviews for movies. That’s the only suggestion I have. Thanks for the great app.Version: 4.05

Also, when it says this disc is missing info to be complete, it would be nice if it told you what categories of info are missing. Right now it seems as if you have to guess. I’m using Pro 4 atm and I’ve been with this app since the off when it was just My Movies. The reason I purchased it was ti stop buying multiple copies of the same title, now I scan the barcode of the disc and i can check immediately it’s that easy. Although it does much more than just store your library i just use it for that reason alone and i would recommend l this app to everyone out there who requires an easy to use and lonely looking way ti catalogue their collection ..Version: 4.10

✓ My movie collectionDo I enjoy my movies.dk This is a easy question as I have been a user of this service for many many years and enjoy all the features that it provides. I only have a few things in life that I dedicate time to and this is one of them. As it is a very simple system to be able to go through your whole collection,watch a trailer of the movie in case you have forgotten what the movie is about and then in my case I can sit back in my home theatre cinema room and scroll through my whole collection to find which movie I’m wanting to watch that day. Another great feature is that you can also go onto the mobile app and scroll your collection to see if the movie you are about to buy from store is in your collection saving you the valuable funds and time from having to return it to store and get a refund. You also have the ability to see movie trailers not only of your own collection but of new movies that have arrived at your local cinema or make a note of it so once it is released on dvd/Blu-ray you can go and purchase the film. It also has the benefit of keeping your discs in tiptop condition as you can save them to you pc or an external hard drive and then have the opportunity to take your whole collection with you if you desire to a hotel and just play on a laptop or through a Apple TV box. So so much I could state about this. Though the bottom line would be I would be truly lost without the service. ✓ Very Useful ToolI’ve been using and buying upgrades for this app for well over five years, and have found it to be a critical tool for keeping track of my disc and online movie/TV collection. It’s prevented me from duplicating movie purchases (I always check to make sure I don’t already own a given movie, which seem odd but it’s surprisingly easy to make this mistake). That alone has always paid for the purchase price. The barcode feature makes adding movies to the database very easy, saving hours of time vs. keying the titles in manually. This is perhaps the most important feature for me whenever I buy a new disc. For iTunes movies, there is now a way in version 4 to specify resolution, which is much better than having to enter “HD” or “SD” in the notes field. Thanks to the developers for continuing to maintain this app and add features. I have absolutely no problem paying for the upgrades, as no one should be expected to work for free..Version: 4.05

The addition of the ability to track movie collections and identify those movies needed to complete the collection in My Movies Pro 4 is a great addition. As my family’s collection has grown, it has become difficult to remember every movie we have—especially since there are many movies that I have no interest in seeing! Being able to quickly pull up the information in My Movies and not end up with duplicate copies has saved me more than the cost of the app and the renewals. Not only is this a great app, but it probably has the best tech support of any app, I’ve ever used. Company is in Denmark and I’m on the west coast of America. It really feels like a personal project for him which is nice to see. The periodic paid updates are good as you don’t always have to upgrade if you don’t want to. The latest updates in 4 pro are great especially the ability to show collections of movies and automatically setting old titles to use updated posters without having to re-add the movie. A few updates I would like to see is the ability to link movies to streaming services and to play them and also show movies in the main list that are available on those services. It would make choosing a movie from those available to me a much more immersive experience, even the possibility to buy digital versions of movies from links in the app like other apps can do, but otherwise excellent work..Version: 4.06

Great organization, easy to use ui, clear instructions of use and really easy to follow directions for logging your movies not already in the system. My one complaint is how the collection looks as a whole. Would love more customization features. Even just a selection of a solid color for my background. Maybe like a fake wood finish to make it nicer to look through? And if these things are available I completely resend my complaints and would love to know how to customize. Other than that however I have no complaints. I would add however if you are planning to add any information whatsoever I would suggest to throughly read their guide lines! Really helps out. ✓ Movie collection app.It’s by far my favorite of the available collection apps for films as it regards what one owns. My only complaint is the app got rid of 2 fun options, the first option was the bookshelf skin that made it appear as though your collection was displayed on a shelf. The Black background is great and the white background is the one they should have ditched, keeping the shelf instead. The second option that I miss the most was when you turned the phone sideways, it use to show the films in a scrollable format where the titles to the left and right were standing upright and turntable like pages… it’s what attracted me most about the app aside from its useful function…God, how I miss the Mymoviespro version 1 :).Version: 4.08

I have over 800 titles and this is the only way to keep track of them. My Movies also serves as a great way to track actors and movie series. Love the new movie collection feature. There's no questions on if you're adding the right one, no issues of you find inaccurate information or missing titles. Just submit a report and they usual fix it or reasons within 24hours! ✓ Solid way to catalogue media collections!I’ve used My Movies for over a decade and across multiple versions and devices. It always works, and the only gripe I’ve got is that syncs can take a LONG time and leaving the app for any reason means you’ve gotta start at square one again. Even if your screen auto locks, you’ve got to start over. Pretty frustrating. I just synced because I got a new phone and it was right around 20 minutes of sync and hoping nobody would call and that the screen would’t lock. I’ve got 1,000 or so titles in the library, so that could be part of it, but a 64 gig iCloud restore is faster than syncing the database across devices. It’s a bummer, but it’s the only bummer. It doesn’t have to happen with every use, of course, and if that were resolved this would be a 5 star review..Version: 4.08
